Fa veramente pietà … sporco mal organizzati clima nn funzionano in tutto l’hotel lavanderia una sola mancanza di lensole e acciuga mani.. i personali lavorano in condizioni pietose poverine e pure sn disponibile nn do la colpa a loro ma al padrone del hotel loro nn c’entrano niente… animatore fanno di tutto per farci felice e nascondere un po’ la realtà del albergo bravi … Fa vomitare mai più

We have gone out of season so it’s a little on the quiet side but that hasn’t made it a bad experience at all, The staff are lovely and work very hard, the animation (entertainment) team make an effort to have some form of entertainment going each night at around 9pm which is nice… the food is buffet style and there is some decent food, it’s scheduled times for the buffet so some hours with no food so you either have to time it right or buy some food elsewhere but that’s fine. It is all inclusive with free drinks until 11pm (ish), after that there is another bar located next to the parking lot which serves food like pizza and chips that is open until 3am but you do have to pay for that it’s not exactly expensive but you can rack up a bill if you are there for hours ahaha, everything seemed clean, there was a little bit of construction going on so good to see them making improvements for the future… would visit again.

Family holiday for 6. We visited here end of May, beginning of June. We were absolutely blown away by the resort. The hotel, resort, beach and location was an absolute dream. The weather was beautiful, the rooms were super clean, the views from our rooms were breathtaking, the hotel beach was clean, the service and hospitality was 10/10. There is a huge and wide variety of food aswell throughout the day. The animation team are a great bunch. We were looked after by all of them especially speedy. Mohammad and Sufiyan in the hotel are really polite and professional. We would visit again. It was a dream holiday. Just what we needed as a family. My 17, 16, 14 and 12 year olds had a great experience.

The beach and pool and beautiful. The staff and animation team are also really helpful and friendly along with reception staff. However, we were placed round near the nightclub which we weren't advised about this kept me up till 4ish every morning, especially as the Aircon didn't work so we had no choice but to sleep with the doors open for air which also allowed all the airport traffic and normal traffic noise in so for 9 days of little to no sleep it did have a negative impact on my holiday. The food I struggled with but I can be a picky eater anyways, there was plenty of fruit and always something to find but nothing to write home about. The animation events on an evening were inside a large conference room and wasn't very entertaining at all, most nights by 9 I was ready for bed anyways though due to low entertainment available and no sleep. Some of the animation team can be too much too, constantly there and at times just getting on your nerves. Not all, there were Mo, Slow and Prince who were fun and had a perfect balance of entertaining you and getting you involved but also didn't push their presence on you. I came here 11 years ago and loved it so I booked a last minute return with a friend and sadly, I wouldn't after this experience revisit Tunisia which is a shame as the location and hotel had so much potential and the first time round really did shine but the changed and the noise and the gradual lack of maintenance had left it unrelaxing and for me, unreturnable. The aqua park is a new addition to when I was there however and this is brilliant, I really enjoyed this.

First room I was given on the day of arrival had damp, with no ventilation and immediately felt my chest tightening as I suffer from asthma. The Room was located on the ground floor next to the nightclub so sleep was disturbed. The Room was filthy and bathroom was wasn't cleaned, extractor fan was not working either. After complaining I was relocated. No Air con, only available from 15th June! This key information was not advertised by the hotel nor the travel agency. Buffet is below standard and no suitable options for children. Not enough beach towels for guests at poolside and you have to pay 20TDR per towel deposit Only 1 room card given per room, which is inconvenient. Overall I will never recommend or visit this hotel again, as I believe it is below 4 stars.

Animation team were fab, couldn’t do enough for you. Kids loves them, especially prince, Always looked after them and made sure they had a great time. Loads to do round the pool. And kids loved the kids mini disco of a night, learning new songs and dances.

Animation team are great, shout out to prince, great guy and really does an amazing job, they do an amazing job of providing activities for the guests day and night. There are load of activities to choose from, including water sports and darts etc

The Animation Team are great. Really welcoming and helpful. 10 out 10 to them. Thank you, aerobic, yoga all excellent especially Momo and Prince. They kept us busy and entertained everyday Lots of actvties for all age groups. Every evening there was entertainment.
