Stayed 6/29-6/30. The hotel looks like an 80s building. The staff at the front desk on check in were nice enough, athough it appeared I interrupted one of their naps. No upgrades for elites at this property, despite a very very low occupancy - at least not for this ”titanium for life” member - perhaps you will do better. I was provided with a coupon for ”breakfast” and a $10 food and beverage credit. My room was adequate. Toilet barely flushed; standing water in tub. tiles falling off the wall. The bar of soap looked like the little sliver you have at the very end of a bar of soap, usually about 3 days after you should have replaced it. This property was so stingy with the soap that you only get one of those little slivers to share between the sink and the shower. Room needed a good dehumidifier as the A/C just didn't do it. So, after a long day driving from Houston to Mobile, went to bed early. Got up looking forward to breakfast. This hotel still has the lounge closed, but they have a nice area set aside in the restaurant. The ”free breakfast” consists of previously-frozen pastries, some fruit, and free coffee. That's it. So, glad I saved my $10 coupon. I tried explaining that I wanted to order off the menu. The waitstaff provided a menu. The breakfast menu us incredibly limited, especially for a ”full-service” Marriott. They had one interesting thing on there: an omelette with shrimp and crawfish. Great! I ordered that and a side of bacon. Tried to use my $10 food and beverage coupon, and was told, I can't, It is only for use in the restaurant. Apparently elite members sitting here are not considered part of the restaurant can do not expect to use your $10 F&B credit for breakfast. You simply can't. Not sure why, but had to pay full price. Will dispute on credit card. So, was going to stay another night, but checked out and went to another hotel. This one is very bad, no idea how they have 4 stars. Very very disappointing management, disappointing stay in general, and disappointing room. Keep looking for other properties - this is not a nice one at all.

Ho prenotato una stanza per questo hotel online. Dopo 9 ore di guida per arrivare lì, sono arrivato in un hotel in fase di rinnovamento. Quando sono arrivato, sembrava che la zona dell'ufficio fosse stata riempita con una cintura di sicurezza gialla senza entrare. Ho cercato un modo per entrare e ho trovato un piccolo aperto nella cassetta dove potevo entrare in ufficio. Quando ho detto che avevo una prenotazione, mi hanno informato di non avere prenotazioni per quella notte, e che non avevo ricevuto alcuna presentazione per la notte precedente! Quando gli ho mostrato la mia conferma e-mail, mi hanno detto che dovevo chiamare l'agente di prenotazione. Ho chiamato l'agente di prenotazione che ha rimborsato il pagamento ”no show” e ha confermato la mia prenotazione per questa sera. Con me in attesa, l'agente di prenotazione ha chiamato l'hotel e ha parlato con il direttore. Il manager si è rivolto a me e mi ha detto che avrei dovuto fare una nuova prenotazione con un prezzo più alto! In quel momento, l'agente di prenotazione ha cancellato la mia prenotazione e ha rilasciato un rimborso immediato. Sono stato trattato così brutalmente dal manager con nessuna scusa offerta!!! Perché le grandi riparazioni erano in corso, con l'ufficio quasi completamente sbloccato, non avrebbero dovuto essere nemmeno aperte per l'attività. Non ho mai avuto una peggiore esperienza in nessun hotel che darò all'hotel e al manager 0 stelle!!! HORIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Grandi hotel, l'altro lato è il centro commerciale. Il personale dell'hotel è molto entusiasta, la stanza è pulita e pulita, non semplice. Principalmente, c'è una cena semplice che può essere fornita. Ogni adulto può avere tre tazze di birra e bevanda, la colazione è buona, non è ridicola.Il valore delle cose è alto.

Di solito non lascio cattive recensioni degli hotel, ma sono stato molto deluso dal mio soggiorno in questo Holiday Inn. L'area di lobby e ristorante erano bellissimi. Tuttavia, l'ascensore e le strade avevano un odore di meraviglia e erano stufa. O non hanno aria nelle stanze o non lo girano. Il tessuto su tutti i piani è tintato e deve essere pulito. Tutti i pannelli della stanza sono dicolorati, sembrano bianchi. Quando ho controllato le foglie su una delle letti, le foglie erano dipinte e una delle foglie di cotone, dovevo chiedere nuove foglie, il bagno aveva delle anatre e il vento era molto polveroso. Avrei dovuto andare in un altro hotel, ma tutti gli hotel della zona erano prenotati mentre ero lì per un torneo di basket.

Driving up, we almost left because if the appearance but I'm glad we didn't. They are definitely under construction and some of the amenities are not available ( pool and excersise room), but the room are great. This is probably the cleanest room I've stayed in and I used to travel alot. The air was on 65 when we came in which was a nice suprise. The breakfast was decent, with a Pancake machine. A variety of bagels and toast, microwavable breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, fruit, and cereals. But they will soon have a full hot breakfast once they switch over to Holiday Inn Express. Every employee was incredibly nice.The only complaint, and it is not their fault ( but I wish I had seen a review mention it) ,is that there was alot of traffic noise from the interstate since it is right by it. Between that and what sounded like grass being cut at 6:30 in the morning I could not sleep in like we had intended.
