L'hotel è pulito ed è facile effettuare il check-in. Fornisce acqua e latte. La posizione è eccellente. Ci sono due grandi supermercati, W e C, di fronte, così come la stazione ferroviaria. Anche il bar per la colazione è molto chiaro.

很不錯的酒店，房間乾淨衞生，停車場很大，火車站Mitchelton很近，P+R不收停車費。樓下的餐廳很棒，服務員都很熱心！早餐也是在這家餐廳，麪包咖啡水果。很喜歡門口的那顆大樹！It’s a nice stay!

停車方便，前台熱情，提供免費水，電視很新，早餐簡單且西式，就是房間窗户打不開。

I had the BEST stay here! Over the last few weeks I’ve stayed in a few hotels in the Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast before getting to Brisbane. My 2 night stay at The Brook was the best so far! The room was so nice & clean, the staff were warm, friendly & helpful. The food at the restaurant was delish & the little extra’s were such a nice touch & so appreciated. There was a complimentary drink offered for the restaurant, a 10% discount on food, nice bottle of red wine in the room, and in the bathroom there was double the toiletries (which was so good because you know 1 of those tiny bottles of shower gel is never enough). They even gave me a late check out at no extra charge. Gemma & Emma in the restaurant/bar were so helpful, kind & down to earth. And the tree! The tree covered in fairy lights was the highlight. Overall, I can not fault it!! It was amazing & I would definitely stay again!

Whilst the rooms are certainly newer with nice features and service was amazing unfortunately the property is let down by poor cleaning. Upon welcome we found plants and cutlery still in dishwasher (not washed) hair all over the bathroom sick and shower plus the carpets had been missed with hair clips and bits of rubbish left around. Pity for the housekeeping issues otherwise it would have been a 5/5

The accommodation was really good. Clean and spacious room. The refurbishment of the hotel area is amazing. It had a awesome atmosphere and the food was really great. Good selection and reasonably priced. There is an amazing tree in the outdoor area that lights up at night and is a beautiful feature.

We were a party of 4 who ordered meals at the same time. 3 came out together. We waited and waited for the 4th and eventually had to chase it up with the staff. By the time it came out the other 3 meals were barely warm. Dirty plates sat in front of us for 45 mins and were only cleared when our coffee order came. Groups of 4/5 staff standing around chatting instead of working. They need a shift supervisor to oversee such a large operation and some sort of checking system to make sure everyone at the table gets their meals together.
