Siamo stati per 1 notte e le camere note sono di dimensioni adeguate e un letto comodo, buona pressione dell'acqua sotto la doccia. Presumibilmente a causa di covid, quindi nessun buffer. Ma puoi ancora selezionare le scelte sul piatto della colazione. Porta il tuo spazzolino da denti e pasta in quanto non è fornito dall'hotel.

The location of Shambhala Hotel Pattaya is not so convenient but room price is competitive. In general, the bed is comfortable. However, the one-off items including toothbrush are not readily provided and we had to request for it. Another thing is, we encountered mosquitos and other little bugs moving around the room. This is not acceptable and the hotel should strive to improve this.

The room have some dusk and the water pressure in shower room is little low. The location is good with indoor and outdoor carpark. The services is good.

Nearby main street and friendly staff. parking lot is available. The room was good with blind curtain and amenity.

Located a few streets away from walking street. Hotel service was good. Hotel breakfast is considered decently provided. Pool was too cold as it was “indoor”

Excellent hotel! Very modern and new . The pool is shady which is not the best.. but the rooms are very nice and clean. Great comfortable bed and good sound isolation. Will be back 👌

Great checkin/checkout experience. We got a corner Deluxe room at the top floor (8th) and it was facing south. The air conditioner couldn’t keep up with the heated walls and ceiling during the day. We couldn’t take a nap after check in due to the and the hotel team didn’t respond positively to my request to change the room. They sent a guy instead that did absolutely nothing, he just took a look and reassured that “it will be okay in 10-20 minutes” (spoiler: it wasn’t and the room only become properly colder after 9-10pm) Also I spotted a lot of dust under the bed and in the corners. And the most frustrating experience was to get kicked out of the pool strictly at 8pm. On the positive side they have very decent breakfast. And location is great on the map, just beware that it’s a bit far from public transport and traffic around is always heavy. Expect serious delays if you’re driving down from sukhumvit of up from the beach road. Overall it’s probably a great hotel for business trips (they have meeting rooms and meeting zones) but I wouldn’t recommend it for romantic occasions and couples.

There was a strong cigarette smell in the room. Also, although I requested a room with windows, my room was facing concrete wall with no direct sunlight. The guests in the next room were partying and making a lot of noise thus I think soundproof between rooms is not good. In my opinion it is not worth the price.

Everything is nice, comfortable, cold aircon, hot water , nice TV, clean, big nice bed, a lot of parking & beautiful receptions. Only thing is not so good maybe is the road around this location is always traffic jam, but overall it's convenient to go everywhere.

Great value for money. Clean and nice hotel, not so crowded. If you stay longer term you go do self laundry just a footsteps away.
