I had the BEST stay here! Over the last few weeks I’ve stayed in a few hotels in the Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast before getting to Brisbane. My 2 night stay at The Brook was the best so far! The room was so nice & clean, the staff were warm, friendly & helpful. The food at the restaurant was delish & the little extra’s were such a nice touch & so appreciated. There was a complimentary drink offered for the restaurant, a 10% discount on food, nice bottle of red wine in the room, and in the bathroom there was double the toiletries (which was so good because you know 1 of those tiny bottles of shower gel is never enough). They even gave me a late check out at no extra charge. Gemma & Emma in the restaurant/bar were so helpful, kind & down to earth. And the tree! The tree covered in fairy lights was the highlight. Overall, I can not fault it!! It was amazing & I would definitely stay again!

If you want basic, grubby, unfriendly service and not after value for money then this is the place for you, After going into our first room that smelt like someone had been smoking in there for years on end then second room provided was no better at all, Cleanliness is not existent in this establishment at all. Walls stained, cutlery draw had food scraps, toilet dirty, hair is sink and pillowcases which shows these aren’t changed, dishwasher still with food in it, sofa badly stained and overall entire apartment was dusty. Given we were travelling with our 7 month old daughter we didn’t want to stay put given how disgusting the place was but was denied a refund after going down to express our concerns. We were forced to sleep / stay here despite it being so grubby!! Emailed and sent messages hoping some action would be taken following morning but nothing, Goes to show they expect a premium price but want to deliver less than even remotely satisfactory. DO NOT STAY HERE If it wasn’t for the hospital next door this place would not stand a chance with these standards. Management clearly have no regard for their guests. Worst stay we have experienced. To be refused a refund and told there was nothing they could do is a joke. You have been warned

Il motel era facile da navigare per noi campagna di uomo che non guida nella città potevamo camminare verso le camere del centro commerciale Westfield pulite e tedesche avevamo 16 anni e era sul retro non molto rumore stradale per essere su una strada occupata. Aldi vicino alla porta era una grande comodità

Overall we rated everything a 10 for us. From the excellent reception staff to ease of access, from secure parking to coffee and a light snack on the way out in the morning, to the locale of the hotel and the proximity to shops and restaurants - it was perfect for our stay. We have stayed here before.

Il personale era amichevole, la camera era bella. La piscina aveva un sacco di foglie in essa. La palestra era un po' strana; c'è un compagno di palestra a 3 minuti a piedi che è davvero ben coperto. However the hotel ask you to pay the gym provider directly to go; then bring a reception to reception with your bank details, and they will then ‘pass them to accounts’ for a refund. Seems like a ball pain - esp with a UK bank account. La colazione non era grande, le banane erano tutte le loro migliori.

L'hotel è all'interno del quartiere scolastico di QUT KG, c'è un bar di ristorante alla porta, woolies.Il parcheggio è troppo costoso 45 coltelli per una notte. Si consiglia di fermarsi al lato della strada dopo le sette della sera, gratis.La stanza è molto pulita e la casa è molto comoda.

Ottimo in ogni senso 10 su 10 camere sono spaziosi e confortevoli con tutte le attrezzature frigorifero, ugello, ecc molto comodo letto. Grande bagno moderno. Molto utile e obbligatorio personale niente è troppo difficile per loro. Parcheggio sicuro sotto copertina se ne ha bisogno. La posizione dove si può trovare è la più bella a Brisbane, che è una passeggiata o un viaggio breve con il trasporto pubblico. Questo sarà il primo posto in cui contattare per l'alloggio la prossima volta che devo rimanere a Brisbane. Un'esperienza estremamente piacevole e preziosa per l'argento 10 su 10 mantenere il livello elevato

My husband and I recently stayed at the Herston Place Motel . We found the manager Chris to be completely professional ,friendly and accomodating. Nothing was too much hassle. He was very courteous and had a great and wicked sense of humour. He was well dressed and very likeable. A great character indeed. He treated us like long lost friends. The room was very clean and had everything that you could possibly need. We will most definitely stay there again on our next trip. Big thumbs up. Lyn and John.

Stanza in studio, pulito. piacevole, vicino ai centri sanitari e centro commerciale Westfield. Nelle vicinanze anche parchi naturali per coloro che amano fare un pedaggio o semplicemente camminare in famiglia .accessibile a piedi. Un personale a l’écoute des besoins du client.
