wifi is not free and hard to get access. also, somebody opened the door without knocking at around 10:30-11 while we are still resting. at first there was a lady knocked on the door and when I opened it she said she’ll comeback. it was clearly indicated that checkout before 12.

Beautiful hotel with huge lobby. The check-in process was fast and easy. Rooms are big and spacious with a balcony and amazing views of mississauga. The beds are comfortable, and the washroom is a decent size. The gym and pool are absolutely amazing. The only downside is paid parking.

Great Hotel. The pool was very clean and warm. Perfect for families with small kids. The small shop at the lobby has plenty groceries, but misses diapers Overall, great stay

Overall fantastic hotel with great gym and also a great breakfast buffet- highly recommend!

This was a little stop off for us before meeting up with family and it was perfect for what we needed. Lovely and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room and facilities.

The worst hotel I have ever booked. I did not expect that the building is already old. The elevator is so old that the numbers are so hard to press. We also had a hard time looking for the elevator for our room, it was like a maze. The balcony in our room has cigarette butts too! And the worst thing is, the receptionists and the management are not so welcoming. Their faces will welcome you with a frown face and they don't know how to treat the customers well. Our whole experience was the worst! I have so much to mention and I will never ever go back to that hotel again. It is not worth the price!!!
