The location is a little bit far away from any attractions, the second night we didn't have any hot water, and waited from 7 pm -10 pm. During the time, we called front desk, but they only said they would check the maintenance, then hang out, never call us back. Our families were disappointed with their service

What a fabulous location. Artsy modern clean hotel. Many extras offer such as late night snacks. The staff was exceptional. Great place to stay when you need to get to your flight in the early morning. We will stay here again. Our rate with trip.com was also great.

Il servizio è molto amichevole.Si sente come un ambiente familiare.Molto pulito e confortevole. Il cibo è buono , soddisfacente e abbondante . La piscina e la palestra sono ideali per le attività . In generale si raccomandano sicuramente ai nostri amici e quando ritornare a Toronto Mississauga sarà la nostra prima scelta di soggiornare .

La posizione dell'hotel è abbastanza facile da trovare . La stanza è pulita e grande. Inoltre il servizio è grande. Il pasto per colazione è delizioso 😋.

L'hotel è vecchio ma le camere sono grandi e spaziose. L'iscrizione era veloce, e il personale del desk front was friendly. Parcheggio gratuito. Dennys era sul sito, che era bello. La piscina ha un enorme slide d'acqua.

Ho prenotato una camera per 3 ospiti, ma ci sono due tariffe per l'incidenza (CAD20x2).Secondo la mia esperienza di viaggio, ci dovrebbe essere una tariffa per camera. Dopo aver controllato, non c'è alcuna menzione del rimborso del canone d'incidenza, finché non sollevo questa domanda. Credo che una migliore capacità di comunicazione possa evitare inutili malintesi.

I stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ. The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.
