The Hampton Inn in Milpitas is tucked away behind another hotel and at the end of the street across from a small shopping center. The facility is very nice and clean, and the rooms are well maintained, along with the lobby and eating area. We stayed here for a night before flying out of San Jose Airport, and enjoyed our stay, was a quiet location, and very well maintained, the staff was friendly and the rooms clean, updated, and the beds comfortable. They also have a small Breakfast in the mornings, which consists of Fresh Fruit, Cereal, Hot Oatmeal, Waffles, Egg's and Sausage, along with Toasts, and Muffins, nothing overly special but still enough to satisfy your morning hunger. Plenty of parking and the doors are room keyed controlled for security, also was very quiet at night, overall we wre very pleased with our stay and would stay at this location again, as it was fairly convenient to San Jose airport. Also across the Freeway is McCarthy Ranch which has a number of places to eat and drink, and also close to many business's ... great style, clean, and comfort for the price ...

Stay far away from this ghetto AF hotel. Worst place I have ever stayed. I like to save my reviews for places that deserve a 4 star or higher recognition but this place made me angry enough to reveal it's one star worth rating. I needed a place to stay overnight between apartment leases. This place popped up on the Hotels app and looked nice enough for a few hours. I could not have been more wrong. The room looked fine walking in. But there are no curtains. They have shutters so if you want sunlight, it means anyone can see into your room. The gaps in the shutters are about 6 inches apart. Ok fine, no sunlight to preserve privacy so I kept them shut. Shutters do not keep the very bright streetlight light from shining through. You can hear everything happening around the hotel. Your neighbors. The rolling cart in the hallway being pushed at all hours. The blaring EDD/Rap in the parking lot from guests. I walk into the bathroom. There is mold. The shelves need help. The seat in the handicapped bathroom is stained purple. The shower drain is even with the rest of the bathroom which means water splashes out about 3 feet from the shower. Room was dark and had incredibly poor ventilation. I could smell people smoking cigarettes from inside my room. Even with their AC unit on all night, I would wake up in a sweat to turn it down. Is it worth the headache of moving all my stuff, re masking, and going to inform the front desk? I didn't think so but I wish I had. I forgot my blanket there so called back the same day. No one turned it in. Ok so what does that mean? ”I don't know. Can you call back when the manager is here.” Sure Herschel, the manager tells me there was ”never a blanket in the room”and that his employees have turned in laptops and cellphones, ”valuables” so why would they jeopardize their job for a blanket? Good question my guy. After it ”it's just a blanket” He tells me he can't do anything about it. He has no blanket for me and he can't address the issues in the room because my stay is already over. They could have switched me to a suite if I had told them during my stay. Something about the way they dealt with a measly missing blanket that makes me highly doubt that statement.

If I could, I would have left a 3.5 rating. However, I felt that the staff warranted the 4. The staff was very courteous and extremely helpful. We go adjacent rooms and wanted to open the doors between the rooms. One door’s lock was stuck. Maintenance came promptly to fix the issue. I called the front desk to request towels and was told that we needed to wait for quite some time as no one would be there to back up the front desk person, but we were told we could go the the front desk. After making the decision to go down, the front desk had the towels waiting for us. As with most of California, we are short-staffed. And I could tell that this hotel was. Staff is really doing a great job considering. The room is very spacious. There is plenty of workspace with some great cubbies above the desk to store things. The closet is awesome with shelves and even a laundry basket to organize your belongings. The loveseat sofa becomes a full size bed. I thought the sofa bed and the bed would leave no space to walk, but there have been no issues. The bed is comfortable. The only issue I had was the height. As a short person, I had to climb the bed. The bed does not shake as much as other beds when someone mounts the bed or adjusts positions. The kitchenette would have been perfect should we had chosen to do so. There is even an ice maker in the refrigerator. Just remember to turn it on early enough. There are plenty of plugs to charge all your devices. The bathroom was acceptable. I am not quite sure when the hotel was refreshed last. The toilet seat and shower were worn and had cosmetic damage to some places. I always like when amenities are dispensed. You do not have to worry about leaving enough for everyone else. Plus, I feel it is more environment friendly. The AC is strong. I did notice that one room’s AC was controlled by the unit while the other room was controlled by a thermostat. The breakfast gives patrons a very good variety and has a little bit of everything for anyone. There were two types of juices. There two types of egg selections. Sausage was also offered. Fruit and yogurt were offered, as well as oat meal. There was a small variety of bread and pastries. Coffee and tea were offered as well. For those who want milk, there were plain and chocolate varieties. Each person in the family had their needs met. The front desk person monitored the breakfast area, another sign this hotel is short-staffed. As an employee of a company that owns hotels, I really have to give props to the staff. We have separate staff for each area. I can only imagine the dedication the staff has to their hotel. It is so hard to fault the hotel staff for something they cannot control. While the hotel needs refreshing, it is clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if I am in the area. Any hiccups during a stay can be remedied by a well-oiled staff.

Bella e pulita camera.C'era una cazzo di cucciolo nella mia bagno, ma solo una. Immagino che il personale stia cercando di risolvere questo problema. Mi piaceva che la camera aveva un frigo e una microonde. Le lamiere sono pulite e fanno anche il tuo letto e cambiano i tovaglioli ogni giorno. Google dice che questo hotel offre colazione per qualche motivo, non lo fanno. Ma c'è un buon pranzo a 5 minuti di distanza. Questo hotel è molto meglio degli hotel che ho soggiornato a NYC.

E'stato tre giorni consecutivi; l'hotel è nella zona di Silicon Valley, ci vogliono trenta minuti da Stanford University. Non so perché Xiao Xiao possa riportare l'hotel all'università. Mi sento lontano Forse è una stagione di laurea. Il prezzo dell'hotel intorno è molto costoso.
