Courtyard Nashua

I was in Nashua, NH to attend a friend's birthday event that was held at this hotel. I selected the Marriott Hotel to lodge while in Nashua for this event. I added two additional days to lodge at the hotel, to relax, use the pool, and the health club. It was a huge disappointment that there was no lifeguard in the pool area, and it was full of lots of families with young kids running around the area. It was doubly disappointing because the health club was closed due to it "being out of order." The first night I arrived I went to use the health club and when arrived there, there was a very large sign that read "out of order." I spoke to the hotel staff about this, and they reassured me it would be fixed and up and running the following morning. On Saturday morning and again that evening when I went to the health club, it was still closed. This happened on Sunday, and again on Monday. I had extended my stay by two days to use the pool and the health club, and this was very disappointing. The machine to get "ice" also had a sign that it was "out of order," so I could not get ice for my ice bag to place on my body. My bedroom was not very clean. There was dust growing in the ceiling. And, the toilet was very low, such that it was difficult to sit on the toilet and get up from the toilet when needed to use it. Someone with a handicap, this was very unpleasant. The best part of the hotel is the staff. All courteous. Josh is the nicest and most helpful staff member and he should be recognized . He told me how much he loves his job,that was wonderful to hear! Overall the hotel is comfortable and quiet and the Front Desk very accommodating.

Room was good, clean and lot of spaces especially facing to the courtyard. Gym and swimming pool very nice and clean. Breakfast was great. Laundry room clean and neat. Yes Indeed will stay again when we visit Boston. Food and beverage staff very friendly and attentive.

I was paying a visit to Manchester, NH and decided to stay at this hotel. It's kind of hidden in a wooded area which was nice. I received a room overlooking the courtyard and fire pit, so it was quite...definitely get one of these rooms because the other side backs up to the freeway. My sister stayed on that side, but it wasn't too bad. The staff were great and helped accommodate me due to some issues I had traveling, and that's definitely great customer service. I almost want to come back again ASAP and would definitely consider this hotel during my next visit. The location requires a car, but is drivable to stores and restaurants along with other nearby attractions. I was able to drive down to the mall at the NH border and into Boston before I headed up to Manchester for the day. They even had fresh baked cookies one night. The bar was pretty active when I went, and a friend of mine had some great conversation with the bartender. The fire pit looked very inviting. Parking was no issue as there were plenty of spots during this stay. You may have to walk a little, but it was not bad...a couple minutes to the door was the longest. Most days I was easily near the front door. They also have a covered driveway at the entrance if you need to drop anyone or anything off before parking. Great location and excellent service!!

The staff at the check-in counter were pleasant and efficient. The room and the bed were comfortable, although the room and hallways smelled very strongly like cheap air freshener that gave me a headache. Anyone who is sensitive to strong odors should keep this in mind. I was unable to identify the source. Someone traveling with us thought the cloyingly sweet odor may have been a cleaning product called "Fabulouso." If that is the case, the hotel might want to switch to a different product with a neutral odor that will also keep mold and mildew under control as there was mildew in the bathroom tub/shower. The bar/restaurant was woefully understaffed during our stay. There was only one person working on a busy Thursday evening. She had to do EVERYTHING by herself: tend bar, wait on tables, deliver food orders, bus tables, etc. There were periods of time when there was no one at the bar or on the restaurant floor because the one person working was in the kitchen waiting for (or perhaps even cooking?) the food. Breakfast is not included in your stay, but there is a Starbucks counter with a limited breakfast menu open until 10:00 a.m. The hotel does not put out complimentary coffee for its guests until sometime after Starbucks is closed. I do not think I have ever stayed at a hotel that did not have morning coffee and water dispensers in the lobby for its guests.

I booked through Trivago that led me to booking. Com. In the filters I checked’breakfast included’ and Courtyard by Marriott was in the list. Apparently if you get the discounted rate through a third party there is no complimentary breakfast included. It was one of the more expensive hotels in the Nashua, NH area and we would have booked elsewhere if the breakfast was not included. There were no cups for water, only coffee. The bed did not face the TV. If you wanted to watch you had to crane your neck to watch tv. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not!

My wife and I were in town selling our Beef jerky at the Chocolate Expo. The hotel was in close proximity (15 min) to the expo center in Manchester. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. I was not expecting to write a review, so I did not get the young lady's name who checked us in, but she deserves recognition. The hotel has a larger bistro/bar than most other Courtyards I have stayed at. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Platinum Bonvoy Member

I love this courtyard - happy hour 4:00-6:00 everyday - bartender made us awesome drinks! Fire pit was also a nice touch Staff was super welcoming Room was great - clean! I always visit when I’m up in Nashua! Tysm

I talked to Sonny at the front desk before check in and was super attentive and accommodating to my needs. Very helpful staff you have working here! I would book a stay at this hotel again. Thanks again!
