Siamo stati 2 notti in questo hotel (2 camere) siamo stati accolti la prima notte da un signore professionale e gentile. Le stanze sono accettabili e c’è anche la possibilità di mangiate una pizza discreta. Purtroppo la mattina dopo il nostro arrivo alla reception siamo stati gestiti da una signora che si è dichiarata italiana piuttosto arrogante e con una scarsa propensione alle gestione della clientela, oltre che molto imprecisa nelle informazioni. Per farla breve con molta sufficienza ha raccolto l’evidenza documentata da voucher che tutte le colazioni delle 2 camere erano già incluse nell’importo già pagato e che non risultavano tali o per un loro errore o per un errore dell’agenzia in loco. Non solo, siamo stati costretti a partire prestissimo la mattina dell’uscita per raggiungere l’aeroporto di Cancun a fronte di un informazione scorretta della signora che ci ha indicato 3 ORE di tempo in auto: durata reale del tragitto, incluso il traffico , 1,5 ORE. Pertanto se volete soggiornare in questo hotel auguratevi che alla reception non ci sia questa signora….

Una vacanza caratterizzata dal relax, immersi nella natura e nel fantastico scenario di Tulum. Abbiamo soggiornato 15 giorni. Servizio di ottima qualità con personale cordiale e attento a soddisfare le nostre necessità. Ci siamo trovati bene anche con la nostra bambina che ha ricevuto tutte le attenzioni del caso.

Since the first time that I stayed in Niik Tulum I was really surprised with the hospitality of all of the staff there, they are very friendly and amicable and offer a great service, whenever I needed something they were there to assist me in making the perfect reservation, setting me with the perfect room for my wife, baby and me to feel like home. The rooms are very clean, spacious and aesthetic, you have all of the services inside of the hotel such as a Restaurant and a bar. The hotel is located in the heart of Aldea Zama which is the hippest neighborhood of Tulum and the perfect spot to walk around and enjoy all of the nice restaurants, cafes and shops. Staying at Niik Tulum is definitely worth it and I would grade the place, service and location with 5 stars. The hotel manager Alvaro was the best, he coordinated everything and went beyond my expectations, thanks for everything Alvaro, you are really a life saver and a great person to meet!!!

Very gorgeous property. Definitely attention to detail. Very quiet. Many great restaurants and bars within walking distance. My breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. When I tried to eat dinner there, the restaurant was empty, and it seemed like I was bothering the employees so I went to eat a few blocks away. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable experience.

Great great crew running this hotel! Fonsi and Hairo did really great job, actually best while our 17 days honeymoon in Mexico! Definitely worth and chilling atmosphere.. Also perfect breakfast food smells good and affordable. Thank you very much and hope to see you soon:-)

I stayed here for two nights with my partner, the staff were very kind and welcoming. The room is very spacious with a lovely shower. We had breakfast which was also very tasty, the orange juice is fresh. We also had a pizza one night which they cook in their pizza oven which was amazing. Perfect location and only a 10 minute drive to the hotel zone.

I stayed for 2 nights at Niik Tulum, best accommodations way more than expected, the rooms are huge and everything is very clean, all the staff are polite and professional. Prices are very accesible and the restaurant has amazing food with good prices, they also have a Bar with nice cocktails and good ambiance. I will come back next month!!

We loved our stay at Niik Tulum!! The grounds, pool, and rooms are gorgeous, breakfast was delicious and the restaurant at night was so convenient when we were tired from our stimulating days traveling around Tulum. Our rooms were always sparkling clean upon our return and housekeeping even folded some of our clothes we'd left out. There's plenty of free filtered water in the rooms and lobby which was extremely convenient for us gringas. Parking was always easy and the location is so close to great restaurants and shopping. We are so happy with our choice and can't wait to come back!

We felt totally welcome at this hotel. But in the US this would definitely be considered more a motel than a hotel. Very basic. Loved the filtered water in the lobby. The front desk staff was wonderful. The pool was nice (but unheated). The food at the restaurant was great but took a really long time. The room was bare bones but adequate. No conditioner. Had to ask for extra towels (enough for 4 people). The biggest issue for us was the location. We had to take very expensive cabs to both the beach and town. We only attempted to walk to one restaurant and honestly it didn't feel like a safe experience since there were no sidewalks. So factor in taxi rides if you want to get around town.
