Check in was smooth. No pool due to "technical difficulties" but the pool water had been drained long ago, so it was obviously something they could have posted. The room was very roomy, but the quality of the bed - the frame was just a piece of metal that groaned when you moved. The mattress was like sleeping on a camper. The couch was poor quality; you could read through the toilet paper - I was very disappointed as I paid 143.00 for the room. I've been in discount discount rooms where the quality was better. We were told there were no blankets for the pullout couch; the ice machine front fell off when I tried to get ice! My friends had a room too and the walls were so thin we could literally hear whole conversations and the people upstairs just walking around. I'm very disappointed.

I stayed there for 4 nights. All the staff was very unfriendly and rude. The pool was disgusting and cold. Property not kept clean. The whole building has a dirty smell that makes you feel dirty all over. The housekeepers would just walk in even when I had the no disturb sign on door. I asked for new towels and it took them 8 hours to get them to me. Very disappointed in this hotel.

Nothing. But the staff seemed not prepared to handle things that happened on the property. Getting locked out of the room. Because the hatch closed as we came out of the room to go down stairs. The heat,the leak in sink on to the floor. Heat not working no security of the property.

Front desk employee was so polite and super pleasant to talk to. Room was nice and beds were comfortable. Hallway was very clean and pool was nice size.

It’s an ok place to stay. It was clean and in a good area close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Breakfast is a no go. Old instant eggs and dry tasteless sausage every morning. Just seems like things are shortcutted to save money.

Everything about our stay was mediocre at best. The orginal room we were checked into had never been cleaned. We were immediatly moved to another room but the customer service left something to be desired. The cleanliness was fine but lacking detail. The listing offered free extended check out. Upon asking the night before we were told to ask in the morning. When we did they said "we got busy overnight" and were denied. Our key even stopped working before the orginal check out time.

Stayed one night en route to Florida. Quiet, clean, cheap & cheerful! Breakfast was sparse but the hotel had very few guests so why cook for the garbage. There was coffee for the road and some light food so no problem. I would stay here again.
