Questo hotel in città, effettua il check-out durante il giorno, lascia i bagagli alla reception ed esci a mangiare. 2 ore dopo, il bagaglio è stato consegnato, tutte le carte bancarie sono state rubate, sono stati rubati più di 1.000 dollari USA e stavo ancora comprando scarpe in un negozio sulla spiaggia, ho controllato che un uomo di colore le stesse usando e si è stimato che era una famiglia di ladri d'albergo. L'hotel non lo ammette, dicendo che il monitoraggio è rotto e così via, è disordinato.

Everything was cool, but the smoke alarm went off because I was in the shower to long. They did give free breakfast for the issue and gave us a better room tough.

There were roaches in my room , i spoke to the front desk and they had security come kill a roach that was on the wall , i took pictures and made videos on Roaches running around my room. I’m also waiting for the manner to respond back to my email due to me requesting of 3 days worth of my money back. Other than that the customer service was beauty and the works were nice

Hotel super bien situado y todos los empleados super atentos, simpaticos y amables, vistas preciosas, cerca de todos los transportes, tiendas y ocio. Cosas a mejorar las duchas, los baños mas amplios y mas ascensores

Es fängt bereits in der Lobby an, trotz des guten ersten Eindrucks, wird man an der Rezeption abgefertigt wie ein Masthuhn. Auf dem Zimmer geht es leider schon weiter, überall in den Ecken ist es dreckig, auf den Bettlaken sind Flecken! Die Kopflehne der Betten ist aus Kunstleder, welches so spröde war, dass einzelne Flocken in den Haaren landeten. Unser Zimmer wurde wohl kurz zuvor gestrichen, das hat man anhand der Farbkrümel auf dem Boden erahnen können. Das Spaltmaß der Zimmertür war ebenso kritisch, man konnte quasi vom Flur hereinspannen! Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls extrem in die Jahre gekommen, die Antirutschmatte in der Dusche war fleckig, Haare an den Wänden konnte man auch finden. Des Weiteren haben die Zimmer keinen Kühlschrank! Alles war sehr minimalistisch. Ich habe mich in meinem Leben noch nie so sehr vor einem Hotelzimmer geekelt wie hier - ein Wunder dass ich überhaupt ein Auge zudrücken konnte. Man bezahlt sehr viel für das Parken (100$ für zwei Tage, obwohl außen 40$ pro Nacht steht).

Rooms need updating. Rooms have broken shower faucet, dirty walls and bathroom. Great location and everything is nearby.

There was vomit on the curtains, the shower water handle was broken and the phone did not work. What was worse was when we reported it to the front desk they said take a picture of the problems and email it to us. They didn't even bother to send maintenance to the room to investigate and correct the problems I would rather stay at a motel 6 than the Yve. It is a dump!

The hotel is in the best location for any concert or game at the arena, but it is pretty tired and in need of a renovation. Our bed headboard was worn out and peeling and there were fake eyelashes that had been worn stuck to the nightstand. Location is what sold us.

Bed was dirty, no sheets on bed, just a cover. No mattress cover and the mattress was stained badly. Rest of the room was satisfactory

We stayed 2 nights here after a cruise and found these issue that would make us NOT advise this hotel if given the choice. 1) The room was very minimal with little storage space 2) There was only 1 paper cup and no other glasses for drinking 3) No hand towels. Only a fer bath towels and wash cloth 4) A super small mini-bathroom with minimal counter space that made grooming a logistics challenge. 5) The toilet did not flush well and was not addressed even after report to front desk. We were not unique, another couple traveling with us had similar experience with their room. I expected more for the amount charged. On the plus side, it was clean!

Bad smell in the room, dirty towels and the elevator is not sufficient for the building wait time when it’s not busy is nothing less than 5mins
