The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. Hotel is surrounded by restaurants and there is a supermarket nearby which is very very convenient. On the note of cleanliness, the hotel is generally clean but do ensure that the windows are properly closed as you might let in “unwanted guests” .

I stayed at this hotel many times. I am very satisfied with the hotel service and the hotel staff. Clean, comfortable and cozy rooms. There is a washing machine on the top floor where you can wash all your clothes for free and dry them there as well.

Modern Hotel clear and neat front desk staffs polite and nice, Just outside hotel many foods to eat and within 5 mins walk there is a shopping complex with big supper market. Only a problem that there us no taxi outside hotel and need to walk about 5 mins to wait for taxi.

Good value for the price In downtown area with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Will stay at this place again when returned to Haiku.

Cozy place to stay. Very near can walk to Wushan night market. Short distance to clothing wholesale market public bus no. 42 and 96 opposite hotel. Hotel reception very good service and friendly. Definitely come back again next time to Hangzhou.

Great location and this hotel are equipped with some AI control panel for it's air-cond and lighting system. Too bad one needs to pronounce Mandarin correctly to ensure its functionality.
