Hotel in zona Harold Golen Gallery, Miami

This was a great hotel experience for New Year's Eve weekend for the 2021 Orange Bowl as the UGA football team had this as their base hotel. The hotel went all out to decorate in Red and Black for the weekend and were very responsive. Many special-purpose rooms were available for team and family use. The hotel threw a great New Years Eve party that was rocking well into the morning even after we returned from the football game. In addition, there was live music in Bayfront Park adjacent to the hotel, so there was no lack of places to celebrate New Years. Our room was on the bayside and the views are spectacular. The room was clean and well-appointed, with sofa seating and both a large table and a separate desk near the window to enjoy the view. There are no balconies attached to the rooms. There is an outside pool that opens on the third floor from the spa and salon, with separate men's and ladies' locker rooms. We went out to the pool in the mornings on both days since at this time of year the water is cool and there is only morning sun on the pool and pool deck. In the afternoon the pool deck is fully shaded by the adjacent condo tower since the sun is low. There is some afternoon sun this time of year in a grassy areas off the pool deck where the sun is not blocked until later in the afternoon. There are many large umbrellas around the pool chaise lounges if the sun is too hot. Unfortunately, we found that the outdoor pool bar and pool restaurant lounge have been closed for some time due to the pandemic, and the curtains up in the windows block what would be a fantastic view of Biscayne Bay through all the glass. The lobby, bar, and restaurant are all updated and present a top-notch appearance. It is easy to walk to several convenience stores in the area. We would definitely recommend this to our friends if they needed a hotel in this area of town.

Benvenuto & soggiorno vibrante! Absolutamente amato questo hotel. Anche se si, le camere sono abbastanza piccole vi sopravviverai! Cocktail bevande coupon gratuito anche all'arrivo. L'hotel dispone di tutto quello che ti serve, tra cui un letto confortevole, una luce guidata e le “sala di ferro” su un paio di piani. Essere in grado di prendere il ferro con facilità è un vincitore in vacanza. Il personale era bellissimo e bubble. La posizione era grande, molto spazio di lavoro nel lobby e la piscina superiore del tetto era fab!

La mia esperienza in questo hotel è stata molto piacevole. L'ispezione in e fuori è stata molto facile. La struttura è situata vicino all'aeroporto e hanno parcheggio sulla struttura. La stanza era molto pulita e confortevole. Mi piaceva lo stile della proprietà, miscelato industriale con moderno.

The hotel overall is just ok. The breakfast option was very limited and the pool was very small. We had to walk quite a distance to get stuff from a supermarket. On the plus, the room had all convenience including a full kitchen.

Excellent Customer Service, The Driver very helpful also the room very clean and comfortable.

L'hotel ha una posizione imbattibile su Collins Ave, a pochi passi da Lincoln Rd e Española Way, molti bar e ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi. Non è di fronte alla spiaggia ma hanno una spiaggia che si trova a 5 minuti a piedi, include una sedia a sdraio e asciugamani. La piscina è molto bella ma nel pomeriggio non brilla e l'acqua è fredda. Pulizia eccellente. Per quanto riguarda il servizio, non c'era una sola persona che aiutasse con le valigie considerando che i 2 ascensori davanti erano fuori servizio e dovevi salire circa 4 gradini per andare agli ascensori che funzionano, un po' fastidiosi ma in in generale l'hotel E' molto bello e per la posizione ne vale assolutamente la pena.

E’ la terza volta, nel corso dei nostri viaggi, che passiamo la notte in questo hotel, in attesa del volo per la successiva meta. Pur essendo un hotel di passaggio per aeroporto garantisce comunque servizi di buon livello, quali ad esempio una bella piscina ed una sala fitness di buone dimensioni. Le camere sono ampie, i letti molto confortevoli e la veduta dai piani alti permette di vedere l’aeroporto, la laguna e Miami. Purtroppo si cominciano a vedere invece alcuni segni di anzianità che richiederebbero sistemazione o più attenzione. Il servizio navetta da e per l’aeroporto funziona decisamente bene. In piscina abbiamo trovato parecchie persone maleducate. Il prezzo dell’hotel, rispetto alla media nazionale è decisamente competitivo. La disponibilità della camera ci è stata accordata solo ad orario previsto check-in, non un minuto prima

This was my second time, service was Excellent, the staff made you feel very welcome and they assisted you in making your stay seamless. Even when the fire alarm went off at 3 in the morning. Food was great. Very safe for someone on their own.
