Parking. Around $21 per day for an outdoor lot. You're bombarded with signs as soon as you pull up to pay online (the only option). Check-in. I was told that I would be given a free room upgrade to a one bedroom suite, which was very generous of them. The process of adding my card info for incidentals was unnecessarily complicated. Room. Small. Unexpectedly small. The glass kitchen mugs for coffee were dirty. The couch cushion had melted chocolate on it. The pullout bed came with a mattress pad (just the top scratchy part), one sheet, one fleece blanket, one pillow. Very squeaky. The bedroom only fits the bed and nightstands. Bed is firm with very thick pillows that hurt your neck and a sharp frame. Drawer storage is in cabinets out in the entryway. Bathroom. Have to hold the flusher down for about 5 seconds to get it to fully flush. Only had two washcloths and three body towels. Stand-up shower has a solid wall on the side of the controls, so it soaks and freezes you if you reach in and around to turn it on, and freezes you if you climb in first and turn it on. Water pressure is good, but there's a blinding spotlight above you. Realized too late there was a crushed insect inside one of the washcloths... Breakfast. Standard continental. No pot of oatmeal, no make your own waffles. Pool. Dirty, cloudy, full of bugs. Service. Called twice for towels and washcloths, never received them. Had to walk to the front desk to get them myself. Would never stay again.
