ABSOLUTELY HATED MY STAY HERE!!!! I BOOKED THIS PARTICULAR HOTEL BECAUSE IT WAS NEAR EVERYTHING I NORMALLY VISIT WHILE IN MIAMI. HOWEVER, I BROUGHT MY 15 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER FOR HER BIRTHDAY THIS YEAR AND IT DID NOT DISCLOSE THAT THE POOL COULD NOT BE USED WHILE THERE ARE POOL PARTIES. THIS WAS NEVERRRRRRRRR MENTIONED ON THE SITE WHEN I BOOKED. SO I SPENT WELL OVER $900 ON A WEEKEND TRIP THAT WAS NOT ENJOYABLE AT ALL. WILL NEVER BE BACK!

Davvero non consiglio questo hotel. La stanza è troppo piccola. La reception continuava a chiedere un deposito. Hanno addebitato la mia carta tre volte e hanno detto che c'era un problema con il sistema informatico. Continuavano a chiedermi di strisciare la mia carta e ha detto che sarebbe stato rimborsato in tre giorni. Questa gestione è davvero pessima...recensione negativa. La peggiore esperienza che ho avuto la prima volta che sono stato in questo hotel è stata l'hotel. Aveva anche una tariffa resort di 45 dollari a notte. Era non ne vale assolutamente la pena...

Property was beautiful, very Art Deco.

This hotel was in an excellent location to all that South Beach has to offer! We self-parked around the corner for $20 per 24-hour period, which was much cheaper than the valet option at hotel. The difference is that the hotel valet gives in-out privileges while the self-park garage does not. But for our needs, the self-park option worked out great. We did not dine at the hotel, other than visiting the third floor cafe one time. My daughter was hungry so she picked up a cup with yogurt and granola (it had 3 berries on top). No price on it. She opened it as I went to ask for the price, so automatically, I knew we were buying it. Turns out that yogurt was $18 - That is outrageous. Overall, I loved the hotel's location, but wouldn't go back. There are so many hotels to choose from. The pool was nice, but too warm, and it definitely is geared towards adults. The pools are also smaller than they seem in the photos. But my biggest issue had to do with how small the rooms are. It was just my pre-teen and me in the room, but I felt really cramped. I knew that it was small ahead of time, but I couldn't really understand what that meant until I got there.

The frst time I stayed here felt like a 5 star restor. The second time felt like a motel above a club.

I reached out to the property over some incorrect charges over 6 weeks ago. They are still yet to come back to me. Poor communication, bad service.

This was my first time staying here and the hotel is very beautiful from the inside to the outside landscaping. Love that the staff greeted me with some Prosecco at check-in. It smells utterly amazing and was a very cozy stay. Would highly recommend staying and would love to come back.

Very small rooms but surprisingly comfortable. Great location - close to everything and fun pool parties on weekends. Staff was very friendly

Ho effettuato la prenotazione tramite *******, l'hotel non aveva alcuna prenotazione effettuata all'arrivo. Il numero di conferma non era nel sistema e ho dovuto prenotare una stanza sul posto. Incredibilmente disorganizzato e deludente

I did not like how there was no place in the shower to place your personal soap, shampoo, face wash, etc
