Hotel 5 stelle vicino al Circuito di Portimao, perfetto per il suo utilizzo Parcheggio coperto gratuito, spa completa gratuita, camere spaziose e pulite. Piscina all'aperto. Servizio teli piscina e spiaggia inclusi. Colazione a buffet normale, anche se massima cordialità, abbiamo ordinato 2 caffè espressi, non dalla macchinetta della colazione, e ce li hanno messi senza problemi. È lontano da Portimao, ma con una buona comunicazione stradale Puoi vedere il circuito dalle stanze

La posizione della struttura è ovviamente ottimale se si deve sfruttare la pista adiacente, comunque è necessario spostarsi in auto da hotel a pista ( 5 min ). Camera pulita, letto comodo e box doccia molto ampio; Wi-Fi molto buono e colazione ben assortita. Come lati negativi : Poche prese elettriche e posizionate in punti scomodi della camera ( in bagno non c'è una presa e nemmeno di fianco al letto) Le camere non sono insonorizzate benissimo e se il vicino di stanza è maleducato si può sentire.

Siamo arrivati ​​qui per un evento di pista e abbiamo verificato in anticipo che la prenotazione era stata fatta per una notte in più il giorno prima, il che è stato confermato, siamo arrivati ​​verso le 23:00 e non c'era nessuna prenotazione... la ragazza dietro non era interessata e ha solo detto che eravamo al completo... abbiamo provato a prendere qualcosa da mangiare al bar e ci è stato semplicemente detto di no, quindi abbiamo finito per dormire in macchina... servizio pessimo, risparmiate e soggiornate a Portimão, un hotel molto migliore con un servizio clienti migliore.

Questo hotel è un rifugio fantastico! Sorprendentemente non si sente il rumore della pista da corsa proprio lì vicino. Il personale è molto gentile e attento. La posizione è fantastica se si desidera essere in una zona tranquilla dell'Algarve (30 minuti da Portimão). La colazione è fantastica. Ha varietà e i prodotti sono freschi e di alta qualità. L'hotel ha una fantastica piscina all'aperto, sfortunatamente c'era troppo vento e non siamo riusciti a godercela. Anche la vasca idromassaggio e la piscina interna sono fantastiche! La camera è come nelle foto, è grande e l'arredamento è moderno. Nel complesso, consigliamo questo hotel se si desidera godersi un tranquillo rifugio in Algarve!

Bedroom was comfy and it was very peaceful and the food was very amazing and one of the servants called alcinda (she should be the manager)was very nice but the manager was so rude but on the last 3 days of our stay we had a buffet and was very good and on the desk called rahim was very good and helpful but for us we like hotels near a city so we can catch a bus and go anywhere i would say this the greatest hotel but its for people that like staying in peace and like racing but overall i would say that this hotel should deserve a 4 star because of their kindness accept from the dining manager named antonio and their cleanliness was very good

Room was ok, camp bed set for child not great. Bath area had no doors, not suitable if sharing with friends, lack of privacy. Patio furniture very uncomfortable, you couldn’t relax. Pool area amazing but not enough sun lounges. Biggest let down was food. Hot breakfast selection inedible, continental better. Lunch/dinner menu limited.

Booked 11night with my family. Very disappointed, checked in and found dirty room. Sink full of hair /dust/ sink almost fallen. Hairdryer not working. Receptionist didn't even apologise, they didn't even offer to move room! Food horrible!!! They charged you for everything even a glass of water, the Restaurant and the Buffet area full of flyers/ fruit flyers all over the food. This is not a 5* Hotel! Apart from hairdryer /small fridge (empty) no other facilities in the bedroom. No coffee machine no kettle! Mattress and pillow very uncomfortable too hard. We asked for matters topped, Receptionist didn't even know what is that! Way too far from everything, there is latterly nothing around!

a good stay, very organized and very clean, very attentive and charismatic staff, always wanting to give the greatest satisfaction. A great spot for those looking for peace and relaxation. rest assured you will not be disappointed with your stay there

Super disrespectful experience! I had been in the hotel many times but it never happened something like this: When I arrived from late night work shift, I went to the bar from the hotel for a drink with my colleagues which were already there. The waitress really kind said I couldn't that it was closed. After that I greet my colleagues and grab the keys of my room. Suddenly, a 1.65m tall approx. with glasses and beard which who likes to be called manager, comes to me and in a really rude way says: You cannot take a drink and you have to leave! My reaction was: "Excuse me sir, I'm not going to speak out as rudely as you, I remind you I am a costumer. I asked what was the problem and he didn't reduce his voice tone. I left as asked but as a costumer I tried to tell him that this was not a way to treat people and specially not customers. He literally said I don't care, I have experience in this world, he even told me so I was rude with you eh? (In an ironic way) Conclusion: As a rational human being, as I saw that he would never understand, I thought that it was worth to let a review in Trip Advisor!

Stayed here 2 nights and that was enough. In the middle of nowhere and very little to do. Only about 30 sun beds for the whole place. The pool bar server was so miserable and really didn’t want to be there. The buffet was average for €30 each and much better just taking the snack menu. Rooms are nice but don’t make up for all the other shortcomings. Would not return.

Lovely new hotel, very spacious, and great quality of amenities. Feels a little empty and understaffed, probably not back to pre-covid levels. Restaurant a bit pricey and with limited choice. Great breakfast (but pricey)

I came to the hotel for motor racing as it was close to the track. The hotel is fantastic, great amenities, great food and excellent service from the staff. The hotel is modern, sits very proudly on a beautiful location overlooking the hills. I won’t hesitate to come again. Thanks to everyone at the hotel.

Fizemos chek in para um quarto que estava com alguns "problemas". Sr da receção muito simpático trocou nos de quarto para um melhor. O spa maravilhoso, espaço tranquilo, piscina interior e o jacuzzi perfeitos. Mas o pior foi o jantar que tivemos no restaurante, o novilho não estava mau, mas a "pota à lagareiro" era tudo menos pota à lagareiro.... Sabor horrível... Textura péssima... E as batatas que vieram a acompanhar estavam tão secas que nem sabia a batata.... Horrível. O "chefe" deveria ver a definição do que é a pota à lagareiro.... Chamei um rapaz novo, empregado de sala para me trazer azeite, pois um prato em que é "à lagareiro" deveria pelo menos ter o azeite... Sr ainda olhou para mim e questionou, : "Azeite???" Levou o azeite para a mesa, viu que ninguém estava a gostar, não perguntou como estava a refeição nada, ficámos 40 min com os talheres cruzados à espera que levantassem os pratos... Havia um estagiário que só falava inglês, que nos estava a ver insatisfeitos, ainda o vimos a falar com a "responsável", com os colegas, não sabiamos o que dizia mas assim que falava, eles ficavam sérios e o rapaz ficava no canto só a olhar. NÃO É ASSIM QUE SE ENSINA ESTAGIÁRIOS. Quando foram levantar finalmente a nossa mesa passado os 40 min nem perguntaram como estava, só perguntaram se queriamos sobremesa, não houve nenhuma pergunta a cerca do péssimo prato que nos venderam. Chegando à sobremesa, piorou... Um Cheesecake de morango, apresentação bonita, mas quando colocámos uma garfada à boca.... Soube só a congelado... O creme sabia a água, e a bolacha sem sabor também. Horrível. Chamamos, ninguém vinha, tudo ao telemóvel... Lá veio o rapaz estagiário ver o que nós queríamos, dissemos que não iamos comer, que não estava bom... Rapaz peeguntou se queriamos algo para substituir, alguma fruta... Nós agradecemos mas não queriamos nada. O rapaz saiu com os pratos e veio a "responsável", tirou os pratos das mãos do rapaz que trabalhou muito bem, veio a nossa mesa com a horrível sobremesa perguntar se queríamos alguma coisa... NÃO, Não é assim que se trabalha... Já tinhamos dito que não, deveria de dar uma hipótese ao rapaz de falar e explicar. Saímos, pagámos e pronto não repetir. Única coisa que nos salvou foi o bar, os funcionários do bar 5 estrelas, simpáticos, prestáveis, todas as bebidas divinais, um muito obrigado à sra. Tatiana e ao sr. Osvaldo. Pois sem eles a nossa experiência teria sido horrível.
