The hotel is very modern and clean, it has TVs that you can cast Netflix etc from your phone on. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. It is in a nice location and I felt safe in the area and the hotel without my husband and with three small children. There is a mall and Walmart within walking distance and there are no problems getting an Uber taxi or food delivered. It’s easy and cheap to get around to the main sites. The negatives are they don’t have fridges in the rooms, ice is available but they give it to you in a plastic bag rather than an ice bucket. We needed the ice to keep baby bottles cool, our plug on the sink didn’t close and we had nothing else to put them in. The second negative is that the cleaners keep taking the spare room keys from the slot by the door even if you haven’t pushed it down to activate the lights when you are out it will be taken. The third negative is about the Starbucks at the hotel. There is a young man who works there and he just couldn’t get the orders right, I went there three times he was working and each one of those drinks were incorrect. It really annoyed me that he would would then strongly push for a tip when he isn’t great at his job. The one day my 4 year old ordered a strawberries and cream Frappuccino and he got served a small cappuccino! The last negative is that the a/c is terrible, it doesn’t get very cold but makes the air quality terrible. Our noses were all dried out and cut by the time we left.

Excelente atención, amabilidad, impecable orden, limpieza y pulcritud en las habitaciones, variedad en el buffet desayuno, mi hijo es super inquieto y tiene 12 años, se sintio muy contento, le gusto las habitaciones super cómodas y limpias, le encanto la variedad del desayuno. Me absolvieron y solucionaron amablemente mis consultas durante el día y también en la noche. Fue muy relajante encontrarnos en el hotel, es muy conocido y si pides orientación del hotel, todos lo conocen y te brindan la información de ubicación al toque. Gracias a todos.

Ok posto per stare. Il personale era cortese e accogliente. Il colazione era soddisfacente. I mobili in camera erano meno desiderabili e non c'erano finestre con vista, solo opache, false. La luce è scarsa per applicare la maquillatura. Il letto era più forte di quanto mi piacesse, ma ancora offre buona notte di riposo.

I really wanted to love this hotel. But a few things kept that from happening. Here's the summary: + Great location. Not on Reforma, but on the Rapid Bus line that gets you there in just a few minutes. This is clean and efficient. Also sits above a mall, with supermarket and is adjacent to a giant Wal-Mart. The hotel is on the freeway to the airport. + Very clean. The maids were friendly and hard working. The place is spotless and clean! + Quiet. I was on the top floor and heard zero noise from neighbors or the street. + Price. The rate was excellent as a frequent guest of Fiesta Rewards. (-) The room is bare bones. There is no refrigerator (so no storage for the supermarket in the mall). Ice, glasses, cups, are all on request and must be delivered. (-) Major problems with the air conditioning. The window does not open, so you must rely on A/C 100%. The problem is that the central air conditioner will not get cold. It only gets cool. I had to sleep on top of the bed, and the hotel engineer would not fix it. Even if it is cool at night, you will be warm since you can't open the window and the hotel A/C is limited. The hotel should run more chilling equipment 24/7.

Wow! Quite an experience! I arrived early on my first day and the front staff was able to put me in to my room at 9:30AM, which I appreciated since I had just arrived from a red eye flight. During my stay I frequently felt as if I was their most important guest, their staff greeting me with a friendly ‘Hola’, proactively giving me sweet drinks during breakfast, keeping my coffee full, and offering their assistance. Their maid staff was equally awesome, every day they mopped(!!!) the bathroom floor and replaced towels without even being asked. I didn’t even think that I made that much of a mess! It was extra appreciated with hotels cutting the majority of service with COVID. Don’t get me wrong, it is initially a little confusing finding my room due to the elevators/floors, but they escorted me to my room to ensure that I found it. There was also an odd issue with the fire alarm going off on my first day 5 minutes before my alarm was set to go off anyways.

Questa era una soggiorno molto piacevole. Il personale del desk front e i custodi erano molto benvenuti e professionisti. La stanza era eccellente con letti confortevoli e spazio di magazzinaggio ampio. Mi è piaciuto davvero la doccia, l'acqua calda e la pressione forte. Il quartiere non è il più bello, ma si sentiva al sicuro e ha un metrobus quasi davanti, a soli 2 minuti a piedi. L'unica raccomandazione per il miglioramento sarebbe di aggiungere una piccola microonde. Il caffè dalla piccola macchina del caffè si raffredda molto rapidamente.

Per un viaggio di 3 giorni avevo bisogno di qualcosa di economico e Hotel Ancona è uno degli hotel più economici che si trovano nell'applicazione, quindi stavo pensando al peggio e la verità è che no. E' un hotel abbastanza attento e con abbastanza pulizia, puzza pulita finche' entrate in reception e questo è grato. La camera semplice è abbastanza piccola ma abbastanza comoda, la mia camera aveva una TV intelligente che è stata una vera sorpresa (non l'ho provata, ma l'hotel dispone di Wi-Fi, quindi non dubito che si possa mettere Netflix, youtube, ecc sullo schermo) Nella descrizione dell'hotel dice: Adults Only, quindi questo non è un hotel familiare. Bastante rumore dalle altre camere tutta la notte e abbastanza rumore per la mattina, io che ho un pesante sonno, non gli ho dato più importanza. Il punto sbagliato per me è la posizione. Se la zona è accessibile, centrale fino a un certo punto, nei dintorni si trova di TODO, fino al negozio di angolo, al mercato o al centro commerciale il punto sbagliato è che non si trova vicino a nessun Trasporti pubblici, metro e metro sono facili da camminare circa 20 minuti, quindi se o se dovete muoversi in taxi/Uber. Se portate una macchina se c'è un parcheggio ma a mio avviso abbastanza piccolo, quindi forse non potreste trovare un posto per arrivare.
