This lovely gem is right in the heart of the city! The interior hallways are sleek and modern while homage to a historic past. The building is a former law office and the interior is a classic courtyard presentation. The restaurants and bar are on the roof top, which is the 5th floor. My room was on the street side and I got an upgrade due to my Hilton status, so I had this huge suite on the 4th floor with incredible views of the interior when I opened my door. The bathroom was roomy and spacious. The shower was huge with both a hand held and a shower rainfall option. I had dual sinks and the lotion and other amenities were very nice. The bed was comfy, the windows could open and there were many lighting options. There was bedside lighting, overhead lighting and more. It was quite amazing! The bedroom was all white and quite bright. My ”living room” was dark, but had so many additional lighting options, plus the record player, TV, and the bright window for when the curtains were open. The sliding door between the 2 rooms was perfect. And, I had not only a desk with hand sanitizer, but also a small dining table with 2 chairs in my ”living room”. It was a heavenly stay. Now, the pool was tiny, but the hot tub was lovely and the cocktails were nice! Breakfast at Oliva was included for me and was delicious. The other restaurant on the rooftop, Paixa Do was also quite amazing. Creative food and a gorgeous view with excellent service and a great wine selection. What else? The front desk staff and bellmen were lovely. The concierge was a little odd to me, so I ignored him after the first day. It was easy to take an Uber from my hotel and the Uber was very cheap in US $. Within walking distance were a few Sanbornes, a money exchange place, and some nice restaurants. I totally would return here again. It was my fifth trip to Mexico City in the last 15-20 years and I've stayed only in 1 other place twice. Again, this is a fantastic place to stay...I almost forgot to mention the private movie theater upstairs, the art gallery and the records (vinyl LPs) that one could take and play on bluetooth speakers in your room! What a treat!

Personalmente pensa che sia buono. Il personale è molto amichevole.Le strutture sono anche buone. Si è diviso in una stanza sceneggiata con balcone, una stanza super grande. La reception ci aiuta a prenotare l'autista all'aeroporto.Non c'è un blocco all'aeroporto quel giorno, circa venti minuti.

Easy place to stay in Mexico City. Convenient to the airport, Main Zocalo and Cathedral, Archeological and History Museums. Shoutout to the doorman who was excellent help when we were looking for our Uber drivers coming around the roundabout in front of the hotel. Second shoutout to the amazing kitchen and staff who made breakfast an absolute delight. Rooms are pretty generic - and they were comfortable. But the staff really shined.

Abbiamo soggiornato per qualche giorno mentre visitavamo CDMX e AMO Questo posto.Ecco alcuni consigli utili: 1. La sala sul 16° piano è gratuita, eccetto per la booze, quindi fermati e prendete caffè o colazione al mattino, o fermati per un snack dopo cena. Parlano inglese qui.2. Ci sono 2 scambi di denaro vicino, più possono cambiare al desk front also... quindi sposta l'aeroporto di rip-off su di ottenere pesos... nessuna preoccupazione.3. Ci è un noleggio di auto Avis meno di un blocco lontano... fantastico!4. C'è un bar pieno nel lobby e un bicchiere all'interno dell'hotel... molte opzioni alimentari vicino prima delle 9:00. Dopo le 9 non sono sicuro. 5. Il quartiere è abbastanza sicuro... è il quartiere d'affari, quindi gli edifici sono grandi e bellissimi. Ho visto un paio di randagio senza casa qui e là, ma non molto. Nel domenica, chiudono la strada principale e fanno un evento di bicicletta che si può noleggiare una bici e andare! Così cool. Il personale di lobby è grande qui. Eduardo parlava inglese e era molto utile e gentile, lo amavamo così tanto.

La posizione è comoda. La stanza è molto pulita e la rete wireless è molto comoda. La colazione di auto-supporto è migliore di quanto mi aspettassi. E'difficile trovare il menu della salata in Messico, mangiare molte salate sana e sentirsi molto sana. Il ricevitore dell'hotel e il nonno del ragazzo sono anche molto amichevoli e amichevoli.

The hotel is very modern and clean, it has TVs that you can cast Netflix etc from your phone on. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. It is in a nice location and I felt safe in the area and the hotel without my husband and with three small children. There is a mall and Walmart within walking distance and there are no problems getting an Uber taxi or food delivered. It’s easy and cheap to get around to the main sites. The negatives are they don’t have fridges in the rooms, ice is available but they give it to you in a plastic bag rather than an ice bucket. We needed the ice to keep baby bottles cool, our plug on the sink didn’t close and we had nothing else to put them in. The second negative is that the cleaners keep taking the spare room keys from the slot by the door even if you haven’t pushed it down to activate the lights when you are out it will be taken. The third negative is about the Starbucks at the hotel. There is a young man who works there and he just couldn’t get the orders right, I went there three times he was working and each one of those drinks were incorrect. It really annoyed me that he would would then strongly push for a tip when he isn’t great at his job. The one day my 4 year old ordered a strawberries and cream Frappuccino and he got served a small cappuccino! The last negative is that the a/c is terrible, it doesn’t get very cold but makes the air quality terrible. Our noses were all dried out and cut by the time we left.

Amo questo hotel. Grande posizione per essere in Centro. Offerito caffè gratuito al caffè e camminare con la nostra prenotazione. La colazione era grande con molte opzioni. Il servizio era perfetto. L'hotel è bellissimo e pochi tocchi come il frigorifero in bottiglia d'acqua gratuita su ogni piano fa una grande differenza nelle strutture. Solo in basso è necessario prenotare la navetta aeroportuale 24 ore in anticipo, ma non c'è modo di prenotare l'hotel, che è un problema/barrare per molti viaggiatori d'oltremare.

Ottimo ubicazione, in reception non sono molto attenti al momento della registrazione****, e un dettaglio molto cattivo con la camera 314, non ha abbastanza ventilazione, non ha aria condizionata o almeno un ventilatore, Ho dovuto chiedere un ventilatore in ricevimento per portare il caldo in camera terribilemente chiuso (sono stati molto attenti a portarlo) ma se è un cattivo dettaglio, il resto è bene l'hotel.
