Buon hotel moderno e vicino alle principali attrazioni del centro. Un sacco di rumore del traffico esterno perché è vicino a una strada principale.

Servizio super cordiale, letto e lenzuola pulite, abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno!

Isolamento pessimo, è vicino alla strada. Molto molto rumoroso, non si riesce a dormire bene Inoltre, la colazione ha pochissima scelta Ma il letto è buono, comodo

Questo è un hotel molto piccolo. La maggior parte delle camere sono piccole ma comode. La camera non ha un frigo minibar. I bagni non possono essere chiusi a chiave, il che potrebbe essere un inconveniente per alcuni. La colazione è decente.

Room had little to do with the images on trip.com. Room was dark with no direct sunlight (wall around 50cm in front of the window). Morning shower was interrupted with an unpleasant surprise as the shower head fell onto me. Both complaints were adressed during check-out the same day, but staff were obviously not trained for complaints and could not handle my feedback, very disappointing for an 'upscale hotel'. trip.com service on the other hand was flawless as usual.

Location of hotel is in a dodgy area. We felt unsafe when we went out in the evening. It's not a 4star hotel as the aircon was not working very well and also hotel asked to pay for room toiletries. Service was okay. The staff were not friendly and did not smile. So didn't feel welcome like in Asia.

Amenities are minimum only. No tissues, no toothpaste & brushes. Strict to check-in time and need to wait until 3pm in accordance with hotel regulations. I don’t think I’ll come back there next time.

I booked this place last minute, but I wouldn’t choose this location again. The room was acceptable, but the breakfast was overpriced. I strongly advise against using their laundry and dry cleaning services, my shirt was stained, and they refused to offer any compensation.

The hotel is centrally located. Near the tourist spots - walkable. Hotel staff are friendly. Room is clean. Area is safe even for a late night food crawl. Short Uber ride away from other tourist districts. Definitely will stay again in our next CDMX visit.
