Ho avuto recentemente il piacere di trascorrere la notte a Best Western e sono stato senza sosta. Tutto il personale era estremamente precoce e gentile, sempre pensato di rendere il mio soggiorno il più piacevole possibile. La stanza era pulita e molto confortevole. Le attrezzature dell'hotel sono moderne e offre tutto quello che è necessario. L'accento era sicuramente l'eccellente colazione buffet. C'era una scelta impressionante di cibo, fresco e di ottima qualità. Sono gia' ansioso di visitare la mia prossima visita!

Per un soggiorno di una notte durante il transito in Germania, si deve dire che non stiamo cercando alcuna fantasia, ma l'hotel Atlas ci ha fatto sentire a casa, e il credito è principalmente per il personale, soprattutto considerando i tempi più difficili della pandemia. Quindi, nonostante poche persone che si trovavano intorno, e un'atmosfera meno vivace, ci siamo sentiti benvenuti e questo è molto apprezzato. Non tutte le installazioni sono le più moderne che si potesse aspettare, ma questo è stato ancora molto accettabile in termini di ambiente generale, e la nostra soluzione 3-bed è stata incredibilmente spaziale anche.

Das Hotel ist schon sehr speziell. Eingerichtet im British Style wirkt von und ist es ziemlich betagt. Die Rezeption ist nur sehr eingeschränkt besetzt, eine Aufschlüsselung des Zimmerpreises bekamen wir nicht. Die Minibar in unserem Zimmer war ausgestellt, was wir vor dem Essen änderten. Als wir zurück kamen stank das Zimmer unerträglich nach Ammoniak. Nach Prüfung durch den Receptionisten bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer. Dort gab es kein warmes Wasser. Es ging Richtung Fußgängerpassage und es wurde in der Nacht unerträglich laut. Das Frühstück war ok. Allerdings wurde in der Nacht unser Auto in dem angeschlossenem Parkhaus aufgebrochen. Die Unterstützung durch einen Hotel-MA war sehr gut. Die den Fall aufnehmende Polizei war vor 2 Tagen ebenfalls da, wie sie erwähnten. Wir hätten in der untersten Etage parken sollen, die für Hotelgäste reserviert sei. Das wurde uns leider nicht mitgeteilt.

· Anche se avevamo chiesto 2 letti singoli (anche per posta elettronica a 20-4), non è stato tenuto conto. (per la t****e volta in fila) Abbiamo confermato la nostra domanda a 20-4. La mattina della nostra partenza (10-06) ci è stato appena informato che non c'erano disponibili; per noi è troppo tardi per cercare qualcosa di diverso. La (vecchia) signora che ha ricevuto la risposta brutale, arrabbiata e arrabbiata quando abbiamo fatto un commento su questo. (la giovane donna aveva un senso per noi, e abbiamo ricevuto un biglietto per due bevande). Il bar non era un equipaggio ( si doveva chiamare qualcuno dal bar o prendere qualcosa dal frigorifero); il risultato era che il bar era inattivo e lasciato fino a 3 anni fa. La camera è piccola come il letto (1,4m = adatto per coppie o bambini, non per 2 uomini) , senza frigorifero, caffè o tè, e solo con un piccolo aria condizionata che non soddisfa. La doccia era buona in una piccola bagno. La colazione è buona ma non molto estesa in termini di cibo caldo (nessuna vasca, spezza, salsa ....) Caffè normale non automatico, quindi si deve prendere 4 x espresso per riempire la borsa. Questo hotel è troppo costoso per quello che si ottiene rispetto ad altri hotel, non torneremo qui.

Abbiamo dormito qui una notte per incontrare la famiglia sul mercato di Natale, e per questo è la posizione ideale. Ho avuto qualche preoccupazione per la situazione in un punto così vicino al bacino del Riebeck e devo dire anche che nonostante le finestre chiuse, c'è stato ancora qualche traffico, ma non c'è problema per gli abitanti delle zone rurali, se necessario. L'aria condizionata era già abbastanza forte. Dovremmo aprirla di notte, perché era calda nella stanza. Purtroppo dovremmo riconfigurarla di notte, perché non era in modo corretto. Altrimenti non ci mancava niente. La dimensione della camera era buona. Anche i giochi erano in camera. Poi abbiamo usato il bar anche tardi sera e potevamo far sentire il giorno confortevole.
