After many years of delayed construction we stayed at the Ritz Carlton this past Sunday night. I grabbed a rate of $491 through the Marriott website which is comparable or a bit cheaper than other 5* hotels at the other end of town. The hotel is situated at the western end of the city near the main railway station which isn't the best location in Melb for a luxury hotel. However when pulling into the entrance to have the car valet parked ($75) it's another world. The guys at the entrance were friendly and very helpful. We were escorted to the lifts and whisked up to Level 80 for check in. We were given lots of information about the hotel and facilities and the man checking us in was pleasant and tole us that we were as close to the top on Level 77. The room is spacious with a separate toilet, luggage compartment and big bathroom with bath and a large desk. The views were incredible looking across the city to the east and the bay. Unfortunately our room was a couple of levels above the neighbouring tall building so I could hear the air con all night. As typical of luxury hotels the bed had too soft pillows for my liking and we should've asked for firmer pillows, I don't know why hotels continue to provide such soft pillows. I went to Level 64 for a swim in the shallow pool which was great with incredible views. We met friends and family for drinks in the lounge where the service was prompt and friendly but the drinks are very expensive which is to be expected of a luxury hotel. On the Sunday night near midnight there was a 3.8 richter earthquake in Melbourne but I didn't feel it but my wife said the building moved slightly and I did notice the clock had moved slightly. Breakfast on the long table is fantastic and we thought the breakfast was reasonably priced a la carte only with good selection available. I would stay here again given the right rate but keep in mind the hotel is a tram ride into the shopping and most of the restaurants are up the other end of the city.

Absolutely fabulous! The room we stayed in had two double beds and was so spacious and well appointed. There was a coffee machine, dressing gowns, glasses and other great amenities in the room. The bathroom was also so generous you could swing a cat in there. The shower was piping hot and had great water pressure and the beds were super comfortable. Yes, there is building works happening next door but to be honest, it really didn’t bother us at all or disturb us from our sleep. The location was also perfect for attending the football as you are literally right next to Marvel stadium. The breakfast was also really nice and had all your basic hot foods and fruit. The chef would also cook an egg to your specification. Very happy and will definitely be back again.

A new and charming hotel, in the district of Docklands in Melbourne. Excellent location, very calm and quiet, next to a Tram Station, free ride to several places in the city, including downtown, walking to the Docklands and the Marina. The room was comfortable and specially clean, great king bed, nice shower with good amenities. Amazing infinity pool with a great view, sauna and a equiped fitness center. The breakfast has great quality, excellent food and beverages. The highlight are the staff, very attentive and friendly, the general manager Mr. Christian, is always available and present. One of the best lounge in Marriott Hotels. The M Club has a super nice atmosphere, excellent options for food and drinks, excellent wines and a chef in the morning preparing a very good breakfast. Congratulations to Fazeel and his team, they are ALL spectacular. I recommend André I'll be back. Thanks to all the wonderful human being from this elegant Marriott Hotel.

We stayed here 3 nights in our travel trip. The hotel located in centre of the city. Price of room staying is valueable. Breakfast is good and enough for traveling day.. Nice staffs. We left early morning with great brf take away. One thing we are not really happy is that we had to wait for a 35-40 mins to check in, even we came after 15:00. The hotel requested a deposit per room even we made 2 reservations for all. It took time I think. I traveled more than 40 countries in the world but almost they used one card for one deposit only. We really made questions ourselves about reason why of this matter. But overall we had good time at the hotel.

Sono rimasto qui con la mia figlia adolescente per un viaggio di fine settimana per vedere Harry Styles. Ottima posizione se si va a un concerto o a un evento al Marvel Stadium. Ci ha voluto meno di 5 minuti a piedi per tornare all'appartamento dopo il concerto. È anche a meno di 15 minuti a piedi dal quartiere Dockland (centro commerciale e ristoranti). È conveniente anche vicino a 5 minuti a piedi. L'appartamento è abbastanza fondamentale. E 'pulito e pulito. La camera da letto non dispone di aria condizionata, quindi dobbiamo contare sul aria condizionata nella sala da letto. In generale, scrivo un commento dopo aver lasciato per valutare l'intera esperienza. Sono stato qui 2 ore e sono pronto . Sono rimasto qui per molto tempo a causa della grande posizione, vicino al grande trasporto pubblico, a piedi alle strade commerciali, grandi camere e il tranquillo che viene solo da vecchi edifici solidi . Le camere sono estremamente confortevoli con grandi cucine in piccole ma ben pensato camere studio . Una volta ho perso un sacchetto di gioielli costosi qui . Il personale ha avuto grandi difficoltà a trovare e rimetterlo a me, quindi sono grato al cliente di ritorno . Anche se con tanti hotel molto buoni il Grand possiede il proprio a tutti i livelli. Non è nemmeno un alto rischio che amo. La mia visita oggi è stata un altro grande momento ( scusa il pun ) . Siamo arrivati molto tardi e siamo stati salutati da un uomo carino e utile che ha aiutato a parcheggiare. Mi ha seduto e abbiamo avuto un breve ma piacevole chat con qualche suggerimento molto apprezzato dare a qualcuno che conosce la città. Questo signore non ha lasciato dubbio che aspettava il nostro arrivo ci ha salutato per nome, con pazienza e preoccupazione solo che il nostro check-in sarebbe stato veloce, regolare e tutte le nostre esigenze sarebbero soddisfatte. Il nostro hotel è stato molto confortevole e ha un'ottima esperienza di ricezione e di ricezione. I prodotti forniti erano deliziosi, solo la necessità di curare. Poi noto sul tavolo una carta scritta a mano e un sacchetto di cioccolato- il modo di tornare meglio con l'età. Se sentirsi a casa e conforto è importante per voi non guardare più lontano che il Grand Grand Hotel. Come Denise ha citato Oscar Wild sulla carta “ coloro che Dio ama crescere più giovane”. Mi aspetto di svegliarti & essere 30 !!

Il rapporto di prezzo è molto alto. Ho pianificato di partire da molto tempo. Quando ho visto il prezzo speciale di Trip.com, posso camminare dal centro della città. È possibile camminare meno di un chilometro. Mangiare e bere vicino è conveniente. Non voglio camminare può andare al centro della città, tranne treni gratis a fianco della strada

Il personale è molto amichevole, utile e accogliente, fa tutto ciò che rende il nostro soggiorno confortevole e piacevole.L'appartamento è pulito e profumo e offre anche detergenti per lavanderia. C'è un interconnessione che offre accesso ai compagni e alla famiglia o cibo Uber. La posizione è super. 7 minuti a piedi dai negozi. Il punto è che la brigata d'incendio era proprio in giro e si stanno spostando su quella sirena annoiante così era piuttosto rumoroso 😑 e la camera da letto non aveva un ventilatore o aria condizionata e a volte è molto calda. L'unico posto con aria condizionata era la sala da letto, ma ci è voluto un po' per poter scendere.Ma, oltre a consigliare questo posto :)

E prima di prenotare il mio alloggio, ho sottolineato il valore per i soldi dell'hotel che stavo per soggiornare e Atlantis Hotel ha controllato tutte le caselle per me. La posizione era grande, era solo 5 minuti dalla città attraverso il tram vicino, COLES era proprio in strada, Spencer Outlet Centre era anche cool. L'Ufficio di frontiera ha prestato un servizio molto rapido al momento dell'ispezione e, infine, il trasporto pubblico e la comodità complessiva sono stati eccellenti. In futuro rimarrebbe qui, soprattutto per il grande valore per i soldi.

Awesome Romantic Getaway... My wife and I loved our stay at the Dorsett. Location was spot on, Decor and Guest service was warm and welcoming from Reception. We really appreciated the upgrade we received and complimentary late checkout. Juniour Suite had so much space and loved the shower. The pillows were very comfortable and firmness of the King bed was perfect. We utilized the Gym and Pool facilities and were really impressed with the state of the art gym equipment. Buffet breakfast was standard and was surprised when we arrived to be told that breakfast was about to close at 1030 (im sure she miscommunicated this). All in all, we loved our stay and will return in the future.
