I migliori hotel con spa a Melbourne

La nostra prima parte della nostra esperienza era con Cameron, della squadra di servizio, e c'era un problema nella nostra stanza 0804, in cui il condizionamento d'aria non funzionava e ha continuato a far saltare in aria calda (oltre 25.5 gradi). Cameron si trovava immediatamente sul palco e spiegava cosa avrebbe indagato, ma dopo una notte molto calda, ha fatto tutti gli accordi con Lisa sul desk front per spostarci in un'altra stanza di tipo identica 1304 e ci ha aiutati a spostarci. La posizione e le azioni proattive di Cameron sono state di prima classe.Ben fatto, Cameron. Eravamo su un pacchetto prepagato di 4 notti, ma dopo 2 notti abbiamo ricevuto notizie disturbanti su un membro della famiglia criticamente malato. Sono andato in un stato molto disturbato per parlare con Lisa sul Front Desk, che era molto empatico e comprensivo e non avrebbe potuto essere più sostenibile. Lisa poi andò a parlare con il suo manager e ritornò e consigliò che sarei contattato da Luxury Escapes re la situazione e il nostro taglio per le nostre vacanze . Per fortuna potevamo tornare a Sydney quella sera, tornando a casa nostra e andando all'ospedale per passare 45 minuti con il nostro familiare prima che fossero passati. L'empathia e l'approccio personale adottato da Lisa rimarranno con me per sempre in un momento così critico della nostra vita. Finalmente abbiamo ricevuto un'e-mail da Luxury Escapes che diceva che Novotel Melbourne su Collins aveva rimborsato metà della nostra commissione prepagata e ha accettato di regolare il pacchetto a 2 notti invece delle 4 notti originali. L' hotel non ha dovuto farlo , soprattutto considerando l' immediata uscita che abbiamo dovuto fare , quindi ringrazio il direttore dell' hotel Lisa per aver parlato con lui quando ha preso la decisione . Torneremo a Melbourne quando la vita ritornerà alla normalità e dopo la nostra esperienza ci sarà solo un hotel che considereremo di rimanere in e questo è Novotel Melbourne su Collins.

Lara accogliendo i versi per le loro attrazioni, Pai, Mandy e Kiz valgono soldi per il loro servizio di massaggio e affascinante che ci serve per il tè alto che abbiamo molto gentile e buon servizio, su tutte le esperienze che meritano di celebrare il mio regalo di compleanno dei miei figli.Congratulazioni per raccomandare alla mia famiglia e ai miei amici.Doppie feste di compleanno per me e mia sorella.

Ottimo ubicazione. Tutti i negozi e i pranzi sono a pochi passi. Il personale dell'hotel è estremamente amichevole e utile. Io apprezzerei il loro servizio meglio di quelli di Park Hyatt Melbourne. La denuncia era solo la scarsa prova del suono. Posso sentire chiaramente rumori dalla stanza vicina. Questo è un disturbo che l'hotel deve guardare dentro.

Recentemente sono rimasto a Melbourne a Imagine Lighthouse e sono stato soffiato da appartamenti moderni e elegante e da una posizione eccellente. Le camere erano spaziali e ben attrezzate, con tutte le attrazioni come una piscina grande e una giornata di giornata, che mi serviva per un soggiorno confortevole. Grazie speciali al signor KIT per la ricezione per essere un grande ospite e un amico e per fornire grandi raccomandazioni per attrazioni e ristoranti locali. In generale, consiglio fortemente Imagine Lighthouse per chiunque visiti Melbourne.

Stayed here as a Diamond Ambassador in an iconic suite - Check in experience was great, warm welcome, benefits acknowledged and welcome drink provided. Amazing room, ridiculous amount of space, comfortable bed, great little office/working area. Unfortunately, the general level of service/care factor is lacking especially when staying in a room costing over 1k a night! One of my complimentary water bottles was open/used and about half empty, yuck. Later that day I wanted to use my $25 credit on the minibar 200ml bottle of gin (which is listed as inclusive of 4 mixers). Gin was missing from the mini bar I couldn't find it. Called down to reception to ask if it was by request, they assured me it should be there and would send someone up. Waited 2 hours and no one came which frustrated me as I was waiting so called down again and was assured someone was on the way. Someone did arrive with a huge bag full of everything except the gin. When questioned didn't seem to know what I was talking about, I had to point to it on the minibar menu and was met with a very confused expression, he left. Then about 30 minutes later a different person arrives with the gin bottle, success. However upon checkout there were a bunch of mini bar items charged which I hadn't consumed, and in fact were not even missing. I hate having to have that conversation but after only 3 words they were ”happy to remove them” which makes me think this isn't an uncommon occurrence. I later noticed that the mixers were charged as well where as they should have been included with the gin purchase cost, but I couldn't be bothered wasting my time to try and sort it out. Club lounge service was attentive but did fill up and get quite busy in the evenings however my drink was always topped up and the staff there were friendly and engaging. Temperature control seems non-existent in the room and I'm convinced it makes no difference what you set it to. I had my do not disturb on until mid morning, so as I was leaving for the day dropped by reception and said I may have missed housekeeping and could they have someone make up the room. Arrived back a few hours later and it hadn't been done. All up a real mixed bag here, but can't help feel my simple requests were a bother and inconvenience.

Beautiful older style hotel situated just north of the bustling city centre. Check in was quick however we had requested a room on a high floor and we were given one on street level, we asked about this and they kindly changed the room. Breakfast was included in our stay and was great with plenty of choices for all types. We had a massage at the day spa which was fantastic and faultless. The location is an easy walk into the city as well as Smith St Collingwood which is really buzzing on the weekends. The room we had was a mid range type (cant remember) and was of a good size with a large walk in robe and bathroom. Would definitely return for our next visit to Melbourne.

E'stato un bel soggiorno con una grande stanza e il manager era bello suo inglese. E'terribile. E ho l'impressione che stia facendo tutto questo da solo.

This hotel is superb in terms of its location, this is just right opposite to the main train station and the airport bus station, which is just 20mins away from MeL airport, regarding on its location, nothing can ask for more. However for the amenities mentioned in the rating, we have requested to refill the fixed conditioner / shampoo/ shower gel bottle inside the shower area every morning, but until we check out, still no any refill, we have to simply use our own one, you May question why don’t we contact for front desk demandingly for the refill, you needa understand no one would like to waste any time n effort to deal with that stupid thing after a long day, but i have to point out i that, if a hotel could not handle the request promptly, this is a disgrace honestly. It is nonsense for a customer to keep on the request every morning

Il posto va bene. Ho avuto un buon soggiorno nella mia stanza. Sono molto rigorosi con il tempo di check-out fino a. Pochi minuti prima di check-out all'11, il personale è andato in camera per ricordarmi che dovevo controllare e le ho chiesto per qualche minuto perché dovevo fare la doccia. Quando sono tornato in camera, la mia carta chiave non funziona più. Mi hanno già chiusa perché è ora di controllare. Non tornerò a questo ostello. Perché ho avuto buon colazione a Howm.

Check-in was good and smooth. Really inconvenient as there is no valet parking but this was mentioned on their website and pre-booking information. Room service food was horrible. Apart from the fries, the rest was very bad. I did not make a complaint as I wanted to go to bed and could not be bothered. Breakfast was good, but it is very surprising that they charge me for a coffee when breakfast is included under the package. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, I would say 4 star rating suits much better.
