Four of us stayed here and as usual being the 3rd time for me, things went well as per my expectations with friendly staff and services. The hotel recently upgraded the self-serve laundry room with now 2 sets of washer & dryer where the new set does not require activation from the app thus making so much easier for foreign guests

The room is generally clean except there is a pair of shorts hanging in the cupboard. The toilet is huge and beds are comfy. Reception service is so so, wasn’t friendly. The worst is the gym, utterly disappointing. Out of 3 gym equipments, 2 are faulty.

Good location, good price, clean and comfortable. Front desk and staff are very friendly. Plenty of food around the hotel. Wanda Mall is about 850m from the hotel, calling a Didi is easy and quick. Cheers.

Overall, my experience at the hotel was mixed. Upon entering the room, we encountered some issues. The TV remote control was oily, which was off-putting. Additionally, the TV screen was too small for a suite room, and it didn't function properly. Unfortunately, we couldn't use our MacBook to connect to the TV for streaming movies, which was disappointing. On the upside, the hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to the Wanda shopping mall.

Good service, nice position

We travelled in a group of 8 people and we came back here because some of us had stayed at this hotel on previous occasions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Even though not all the staff at the reception are fluent in English, they will go out of their way to assist you through the use of Wechat or a translate app. I cannot reallly comment on the breakfast as I only had coffee … freshly grinded beans and drip which was good. Some rooms had the smell of cigarette and so it would be nice if the hotel could cater for non smoking rooms. Beds were comfortable, Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Hotel is so old , is not 4 star , same as 2 star . Room so old . Suggest if go meizhou , live in new hotels , city is small , easy can go traveling place .

整體環境不錯，行政雙床房，空間大，裏面也有小孩玩的小布偶。早餐性價比親民，可選擇種類還算豐富，味道也不錯！一百來梅州，還是會選擇華美達。

之前在惠州去了幾次華美達信任品牌，結果去了後看到讓人膈應的衞生環境，由於太晚於是將就睡了一晚第二天退房重新找酒店。。。酒店裡還遇到低素質的香港老年團明明電梯有位置我跟朋友兩人上去了以為大陸人聽不懂廣東話背後蛐蛐我們非要往電梯裏擠，結果我問電梯你們家的明明有位置為什麼不能上，糟糕至極的體驗。。。。

來梅州能感受一下華美達酒店，昨天晚上住的是温德姆，這家酒店和温德姆是一個集團的，最近還真是不錯，由於路過的這些城市都沒有凱悦，所以就能感受更多不同品牌的酒店。酒店的總體感覺還是很棒的，性價比非常高，100多塊錢含早餐，我覺得物有所值。

酒店位置離市中心有點距離，裝修也比較舊了，不過房間挺大的。酒店最搞笑一點是停車位都不夠十點半到了還沒有停車位，得自己去找。總之此華美達非彼華美達！
