Thank you William for such a great experience. Had a lot of Sushi and Sashimi dishes and Mr William looked after us extremely well.. Thanks to the chef too for such an exquisite and amazing selection of dishes. Service was 10/10 and food quality was excellent.

Sono molto in difficoltà nello scrivere questa recensione per il fatto che ci sono molti aspetti positivi ed altrettanti negativi e per questo motivo lo valuto nella media, premettendo che siamo clienti affezionati alla catena Anantara di cui siamo stati ospiti molte volte in molti paesi del mondo e pertanto abbiamo la possibilità di comparare questa struttura con quelle della stessa proprietà. Andiamo con ordine : arriviamo dall'aeroporto e non troviamo nessuno ad attenderci e a ritirare i bagagli che vengono scaricati dall'autista e abbandonati all'ingresso, facciamo il check-in e ci avviamo con la receptionist alla nostra camera, scoprendo con piacere un upgrade ad un con accesso diretto alla spiaggia, upgrade gradito, che non ci è stato fatto minimamente notare, sminuendone il valore. Nel frattempo attendiamo la consegna delle valigie, uno dei miei parametri di valutazione è proprio il tempo che intercorre dall'arrivo in camera e la consegna dei bagagli; ebbene dopo due solleciti sono arrivati dopo quasi mezz'ora. 1* negativo Camera comunque bella e in perfetto ordine, anche se poi nei giorni seguenti il servizio di rigoverno non è mai stato fatto in maniera impeccabile, ogni giorno mancava qualcosa, o gli asciugamani piccoli, o quelli grandi, o lo zucchero o un tappetino, insomma niente di grave ma mai fatta accuratamente. Camera 5*, servizio 2* Positiva la ristorazione sia al BonManger, che all'Horizon , buona scelta e buona qualità anche nel buffet della colazione. Personale attento e professionale. Così come al bar 5* Spiaggia ampia anche se sarebbe opportuno avere anche qualche ombrellone a disposizione, comunque bella posizione e molto tranquilla essendo riservata solo agli ospiti dell'hotel. Veniamo adesso agli aspetti che ci hanno invece lasciati perplessi e riguardano tutti la reception e l'house keeping : Una sera arriviamo in camera dopo la cena e troviamo il bagno allagato da acqua e schiuma che proveniva dallo scolo di drenaggio del locale WC, situazione non certo piacevole, ho dovuto chiamare 3 volte la reception prima che arrivasse, dopo almeno mezz'ora, qualcuno a pulire ed asciugare il pavimento dai liquidi che avrebbero potuto essere anche di acque sporche, a seguito delle mie chiamate inizialmente erano solo intervenuti sui drenaggi esterni che a loro volta emettevano liquidi. Housekeeping 1* Arriviamo alla partenza : già dal giorno precedente ho chiesto conferma per l'orario del transfer, ho parlato a più riprese con 4 persone diverse che dopo aver brancolato nel buio alla ricerca della prenotazione e fatto diverse telefonate, alla fine l'ultima interlocutrice mi dà la conferma. Nell'avvicinarsi dell'ora prevista incomincio a chiamare la reception per far ritirare i bagagli, dopo 3 telefonate e 20 minuti d'attesa, non vedendo nessuno, insieme a mia moglie ci trasciniamo le borse verso l'ingresso, convinti di trovare la nostra auto. Solo quel punto scopriamo, che contrariamente a quanto confermato in mattinata, la vet

Albergo alberghiero con un bel ufficio, un buon colazione e camere confortevoli. Situato a circa 30-minute camminare sulla spiaggia, ma con alcune camere con vista sul mare e servizio di navetta gratuito, l'hotel è circondato da case private e ha un senso suburbano nei dintorni. Ci sono parcheggi per alcune auto, quindi alcuni ospiti lo usano come base da cui viaggiare al giorno. È possibile camminare solo 5 minuti dalla strada principale verso la città dove si può prendere un autobus verso Flic per circa 20 rupie o l'altra strada verso Port Louis e oltre per non più di 50 rupie.

Durante il Festival di Primavera, una famiglia di 6 persone ha soggiornato per 5 notti ed è stato fantastico! Non disposto ad andare! La colazione è ricca, puoi anche dare da mangiare ai pesci mentre mangi (un bellissimo pesce di mare che può essere visto solo facendo snorkeling), dare da mangiare agli uccelli (vedi almeno tre tipi di uccelli), paesaggi pittoreschi, golf free experience, gita in barca di vetro da e per cervi durante il soggiorno Isola, sala ricreativa, osservazione delle tartarughe elefanti, bicicletta, giro in barca con fondo di vetro da e per la sponda opposta ... Ho anche trovato per caso molti alberi di mango e alberi di Sakyamuni. Il verde dell'intero hotel è squisito, e alcuni vivono in bonsai di grandi dimensioni. La sensazione nel paradiso terrestre assoluto!

Where shall I start...Our stay way pretty perfect! Most of you know Mauritius for the big hotel areas, so it was an absolute miracle that we found this lil gem on the island. We had a wonderful 9 days at the SALT of Palmar. We loved that it was super tiny, and very familiar, every corner had a special detail and the service was superb. The staff really makes you feel at home. If you are looking for a Mandarin Oriental Standard, then this won't be the right one. But what this hotel had, is a lot of soul and personality. Rooms: Book a room with a sea view. We had one, but I would say that that's the magic of it. You will realize quite fast that the hotel is refurbished, so here and there you see that it's not 100% up to date, but it really doesn't matter. The rooms were super clean, and spacious and had a great personalized interior. Housekeeping in the morning and also for turndown service did a great job. Thanks to the team! You will see that TV is missing and also Mini-Bars, but that's why you have chosen a Lil boutique hotel over a big chain. Beach: The beach is beautiful, clean, and located around the corner, so u don't get the feeling that it's getting crowded with too many guests, what I loved. The pool is nice, but there could be more sunbeds. Be aware that you are on the eastern side, so when u arrive in August or September, it's very windy and may get chilly. While in November, you will be happy to have the breeze. Snorkelling: Yes, you can snorkel, and you will see fish. But don't expect reef-like on the Maledives for sure. Food: ONE OF A KIND. If you are looking for endless buffets and a big choice just to look at, this won't be your cup of tea. The food was just amazing. Very individualized menu, a big variety. We didn't eat twice the same. The breakfast menu was outstanding and so was the coffee (which usually always sucks in hotels). Nevertheless, you have to say that if you wanna dishes outside the included menu or wines, they are quite expensive (even for Europeans). The only experience, where we were not really stunned, was the cocktails at any point. Watery, not really strong etc. Foodservice: A very big thanks to the service team. you made our experience stunning, also the way you took care of my parents and everything around my mom's birthday. OUr warmest thanks to Vidusha!! But also to Vinesh, Med, Vajna and Vashish (I Hope I got the names right) We hop to see you soon!

The reason we have given a rating of Very Good is because the Mauritian staff have been amazing & do go beyond to make our stay a great experience - ‘hospitality, warm welcome, smile & humour’. As we walked in we were impressed with the welcome & induction by the member of staff on duty (02.11.23). The hotel itself had the ‘wow’ factor for us in terms of Spa & Wellness. Great environment, architecture & design. The second day my husband & I had one treatment each. Yolena did an amazing job. Best treatment I have ever had. My husband’s feedback on his treatment with Vanessa is all very positive, relaxed & professional. We enjoyed the music. Great singers - unfortunately there was a lot of noise from a big group of different ages, some teenagers. It did spoil the appreciation of such great singers. The service from the mauritian waiters/waitresses were fantastic - we were looked after so well. They made us feel special. Renu, Arvin (Manager), barman were all so dedicated to their job, and doing their very best. No disrespect to the newly-imported staff - they are trying but sadly the language is a great barrier, which is a detriment to the service all tourists received from Le Jadis. We loved the creole lunches prepared by Anna, and it was to expectation. The one disappointment for us was the food in the main restaurant. It was very poor. So unexpected from a 5-star hotel. The first meal - beef sirloin was tough & lots of fat, and unedible (it was returmed & changed to a different meal on the menu). Second meal was Red Thai chicken curry, which did not look nor tasted like red thai chicken. The 3rd & 4th meal were, basically, buffet,!!! The very basic of presenting food was missing - hot food was served on cold plates. In fact, there is no facility for warming plates. Unbelievable of a 5-star hotel!! One other factor which needs to be mentioned - we chose Le Jadis because of the Spa & Wellness, and calming environment, quiet & peaceful. We were quite shocked that Le Jadis finds the need to take groups for parties, i.e. teenagers celebrating birthday, creating non-stop screaming, shouting in the swimming pool for the whole afternoon. This does contradict the very essence of Le Jadis’ philosophy on calm, quiet and peaceful. Please note that this review is based on our very recent Experience at Le Jadis but it is also against a benchmark of all other 4-star & 5-star hotels where we have been over the years

Resort incantevole e raffinato. Staff sempre pronto a risolvere qualsiasi criticità o a soddisfare le vostre richieste. Durante l’intero soggiorno il caro Josh è stato sempre a nostra disposizione. Dotato di ogni confort, pulito, accogliente, dotato di servizio serale, a disposizione dei clienti un centro surf, attività di ogni tipo per giovani e famiglie, diverse spiagge e piscine . Un grazie particolare a Jimmy ed a tutto lo Staff! Consigliatissimo anche per clienti esigenti come noi!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato al Sunrise Attitude per una settimana, da fine dicembre a inizio gennaio per la nostra luna di miele. Il posto è a dir poco magico. Ambienti esterni stupendi, curati nel minimo dettaglio, infatti sembra di entrare in un micromondo di colori e suoni africani. Le camere sono comode e ben attrezzate con tutti i comfort. Lo staff è gentilissimo, flessibile, attento e pronto per ogni esigenza e necessità dell'ospite, sempre sorridente e davvero interessato al buon andamento della vacanza. Lloyd, Avish, Vicky, Sarita, Sebastien, Tayrell, Manuel, Ravi e tutto lo staff sono davvero stupendi e cordiali! Il mare è a 20 secondi dalla struttura, al di là di una stradina ed è a dir poco stupendo per colori, comodità e pace che trasmette. La struttura ha due grandissime piscine con comode sdraio per potersi rilassare al massimo e, inoltre, organizza per ogni giornata diverse attività che permettono di poter diversificare il soggiorno e vivere a pieno la vacanza. Propone anche attività gratuite come snorkelling e giro in barca al largo. La cena di Capodanno è stata organizzata con grande cura e con ricchezza di particolari, così come anche la speciale cena per la luna di miele che ci è stata offerta. Vi invito davvero a soggiornare al Sunrise Attitude...io sono già molto nostalgica e sicuramente ci ritornerò! Grazie per tutto! Anna e Francesco ♥️
