Hotel terme a Matsumoto

Mi sono trattenuto a Matsumoto perché ho sopravvalutato il tempo di viaggio che mi restava per fare il programma JR. Il Dormy a Matsumoto era perfetto - la primavera calda sul tetto esterno nella neve era una delle mie esperienze preferite. Il colazione è finito alle 9:30, quindi mi è mancato - di solito penso che il colazione finisca alle 10:30, ma hanno avuto gratis Hersheys ice cream, Yakult, caffè e altro ancora in tutto il piccolo Disneyland-hotel-Ryokan.

It's a historical hotel with a long history. You can feel the traditions of Japan. They provide great service. Even though you it's a super old hotel, but it's very clean and tidy inside. They have done the renovation so you don't feel that old. That means you can feel the history but super clean and tidy.

La stanza è molto grande, ho passato un bel tempo, ho una calda calda.

L'ho usato nella mia casa turistica. La bici è fermata davanti all'ingresso Il personale è molto amichevole, il servizio clienti è molto comodo! Vivo in una stanza al quinto piano, ma dalla stanza posso vedere la città calda e la città di Songbuen, e la vista notturna è anche bella ☺️ Il grande bacino di lavaggio pubblico è sostituito a seconda del tempo del giorno. È fantastico installare il bagno con sauna sul 7o piano!

The location to the whole Kamikouchi mountains, forest and rivers is just perfect, the view was spectacular and the customer service provided by the staff in the hotel was exceptional, even much so than any hotels I've met in Singapore. My only slight disappointment was in the food and the onsen that's in there. Though the outdoor view of both onsens were wonderful, you don't get the hot ones like how you can get from the volcanic onsens in other onsen based hotels. Food wise the vegetables they probably get the produce from around the area, but it doesn't feel great. What I really loved from the food surprisingly is the seafood quality and their desserts were spectacular. Would love to give the. 6stars out of 5stars for their service and location, but a 3 for the onsen, and 4 for the food.

Il principale è un senso di esperienza, la stanza è grande, comoda, le cose da bagno all'interno sono molto buone, calde e molto comode, non troppo dolce.Il cibo è ricco di tipo, anche se alcuni non l'ho mai visto, ma la sensazione è molto interessante ～

1 room detail dnn't show there is not toilet and bathroomin this room. And it dont show public bathroom for this room. please show room facilities clearly. 2. staff service : only the man in gray suit dont smile,he speak with gravelly voice and his manner is not polite 3. food : we like private room taste of food is ok but ingredients are so simply

Overall it is a good place for who stay in Matsumoto and wants to enjoy traditional Japanese onsen. Good value for its service but a little bit far from city center.

This is a hotel that thinks about everything you may need before you have to ask. It's remote from the other hotels in the Kamikochi area and that's a great thing: you get to experience staying high up the serene mountains as well as enjoying the walking trails in the valleys below, where most tourists stay. But the staff make it easy to get to the hotel (and back and forth from the walking and hiking trails) even if you're taking public transport rather than a car to get there. They have a shuttle bus always on call to get you back to the hotel from a public bus stop. There's a really laid back vibe at the hotel, unlike some of the sometimes excessively formal atmospheres of others. Staff planned out our tricky onward journey without us having to ask, which was incredibly helpful. Room views were breath-taking and the rooms themselves were tradional-ish and spacious. The onsens were delightful after a long hike and the food was very, very good and generous portions. A hotel that didn't feel transactional. Would love to stay again.
