It was a pretty clean room and decent sized only down fall was we got a room that the shower did not work in and a light outside that didn't work so pretty disappointed that the shower didn't work but the tub was pretty great

Booked a newer room deluxe king and the hotel overbooked their rooms and ended up in an older room with double beds. Not exactly how I wanted to spend our date weekend

My stay was amazing our room was wonderful. The only complaint I had was a cleaning lady opening the door at 9:45am when we did hear her knocking, that was extremely inappropriate since checkout is at 11am. The lady was very sweet I seen her in the hall. It was a mistake and an opportunity for training her to make sure someone has checked out before entering the room.

The hotel workers were nice and friendly. The lady who checked me in was knowledgeable and amazing. She made sure to make me feel welcomed and even went over the different restaurants with me. Our only complaint was our toilet was messed up so you had to manually reach in the backand push the flapper part down. We did not mention it until we left, but i am sure they wouldve fixed promptly if we had asked. The bed was comfortable, but the middle section was loud and made lots of noise if you moved. I am guessing it was due to a king mattress on 2 twin sized box springs.

We really enjoyed our stay. I loved the fact that someone couldn’t reach a floor without a key card for a room on that floor. Really gave you a good sense of safety. Everything was clean and easy to access. I was confused as there were so many restaurants listed as an option in the hotel. But most of them were only available to VIP members.

You could hear something leaking all night on 11th floor followed by BANG BANG BANG which i have to assume was air moving in the pipes. Fiance found a bunch of hair in the drain when she went tonuse the tub (didnt get to use it) and also found a ton of flower peddals all over the floor in corners and at the edge of the bed. Which made us quesrion the bed itself. Other than the toom being different than the one i clicked buy on it was a hotel room, nothing special about it. Which isnwhat i thought i purchaced.
