Ho passato un bel soggiorno. Il personale era molto efficace , piacevole, caldo e benvenuto ...je voglio ringraziare tutte le signore che fanno il casalingo . Il luogo è ideale per praticare attività fisiche ... dalla sala sportiva ”di alta gamma” alla grande piscina esterna, si ha tutto per darsi in un ambiente tranquillo. Raccomando vivamente questo centro che può essere adatta a tutti... senza dimenticare il ristorante dove si può prendere il colazione dove si può fare un buon pasto. Grazie ancora a tutta la squadra. salve, vengo per salutare su come sono contento con la vostra struttura, le stanze e la cordialidade dei vostro staff, però sono veramente deluso e descontento con la colazione (sempre la stessa cosa tutti i giorni) , non avete caffè decaffeinato (mia sposa non può bere caffè con caffeina), il pranzo e la cena sempre sono la stessa cosa tutti i giorni, può variare qualcosina (per una cucina internazionale che ancora non la visto) non existe carne bovina di buona qualità, incredibili! Rispetto la vostra cucina tradizionale con il vostri condimenti per preparare le cose, però se è cucina internazionale non deve avere solo e vostro cibo. Ma non resta dubbio che la cucina è un punto di molta debolezza e anzi tutto la birra che è sempre caldissima (non avete frigo?)! io e mia famiglia siamo andati a Corfù (Grecia) dove li se trova lo stesso gruppo (Sempre Labranda) dove i cibi sono sempre variabile con carne bovina vera e le bevande sono sempre freddissima.

I rarely take the time to review but I felt some reviews were unfair. I was worried after reading the reviews after I had booked. I think most are unfair. I think people are confusing this for a 5* The prices for a couple are a little more than you would pay for a shared room in a hostel. The hotel is basic and was more than adequate for our stay. contrary to some reviews I found the staff very friendly and polite. The breakfast is basic and buffet style. A selection of 3 types of bread, boiled eggs, Green tea, coffee, pastries , Cakes, juice, msemen, cereal and a microwave to warm things if you need to. The hotel is slightly further than most but perfectly accessible. 10 minutes in taxi 13-15drh in day 30dh at night £1.5-£3 cheap. Taxis easily flagged down on the main road opposite. language is possibly an issue as other than 1 or 2 they dont really speak english. They were upfront about pricing and whilst some things they do try charging a premium for in comparison with the shops outside they are not too dear. Like everything in Marrakesh be streetsmart, ask for clarification of charges and question any charges you feel are incorrect. I was asked to pay taxes on my checkout and I had already paid it on arrival. I questioned it and he quickly corrected his error. whether he was hustling or just made an error I dont know but he was polite and corrected himself. From the old pictures on websites and from the foyer it is obvious that this place was once quite nice. it is at present tired and needs a refurb but this is reflected in the price. This is Marrakesh, the hustle is real. do your research and book something that is appropriate for you in your budget. dont book 3 star and expect 5 star. hope this helps someone considering booking I enjoyed my stay.

Credo che ci sia confusione tra gli hotel El Hamra e El Henra che sono nella stessa strada. El Hamra raggruppa da solo tutto ciò che non si desidera: tutto è sporco, strisce con capelli dei capelli degli animali morti. Il suolo non è nemmeno sgualdrizzato. Sdb sporco. Per correre tutto, non mi sento nemmeno parlare in camera. Non doppio vetro, è 2 ore del mattino e si sentono solo la circolazione. Devo parlare anche di questo odore di effluente? Questo hotel è un bel nascondiglio. Vivo un incubo. Sarei stato meglio a passare la notte all'aeroporto.

Un hotel super confortable con unos empleados muy amables que nos dieron un buen servicio y estuvieron atentos a todo. Quisimos informarnos también por varios tours de quads, camellos, cenas con espectáculos y se encargaron de todo y sobretodo a unos precios razonables con gente encantadora en cada excursión. Trabajan con gente seria que te hacen confiar. Gracias a ellos hemos pasado con mi pareja unas vacaciones inolvidables. Volvería a repetir con este hotel. Muchas gracias!!!
