Hotel Overall: We were quite surprised as to the quality of the hotel, although 5 star we weren't expecting such good service, friendly staff, food and quality of facilities. Being used to flying BA business and staying in deluxe hotels in Dubai (Jumeirah Al Naseem) etc., obviously we are used to comfort and excellent service. Staff: The hotel staff couldn't do anymore to please, the GM/owner and Reception Manager came out during breakfast and dinner to introduce themselves, nice touch. The rest of the staff were attentive and service was excellent always. It's a quiet hotel, only 40 suites, rooms cleaned properly and good facilities. Pool and beds/towels around pool/service around pool all excellent, and quick. We had a lovely room with sunny garden, sunbeds with direct access to the pool. When we asked for more milk in the room, the waiter was there within 2 mins (he must have run!) Buffet Breakfast selection was adequate, and they made eggs/omelet to order. We ate 4 evening meals there and 2 lunches and the quality is very good. Although my one suggestion (having been in the hospitality industry for 40+ years, running several chains) would be to have the Moroccan menu every night and then change the other menu which is currently Mediterranean to an international themed e.g. French one night, Italian night, Spanish, Thai etc., reducing menu choice but offering more variety. Shuttle service is offered from hotel to town during the day and evening free of charge, and the driver was very friendly. I never return to the same hotels other than Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf & Al Naseem but I think I may have to make an exception for Sirayane Boutique Hotel and Spa as it was such good quality for the price.
