All'arrivo siete accolti dalla magnificenza della struttura, le stanze sono semplicemente superbe, curate in ogni singolo dettaglio. La cura e l'attenzione a soddisfare ogni tuo singolo desiderio e richiesta è un must per il personale. Simpatia, disponibilità, accuratezza in ogni singola azione: prima ancora che tu possa capire ciò che desideri loro sono sono già li pronti a soddisfare le tue richieste , sempre con discrezione e professionalità. Abbiamo trovato un'accoglienza a dir poco straordinaria. Il nostro ringraziamento va a tutti coloro che lavorano li, ma un ringraziamento particolare va senza ombra di dubbio a Hicham (Michele per noi), a Khalil e a Rashid senza la loro professionalità e il loro interessamento non avremmo potuto risolvere la questione del bagaglio non arrivato. Una bella struttura non vale nulla senza le persone che vi si dedicano. Loro sono il non plus ultra di Palais Ronsard. Sono la vera anima dell'hotel. Easily the best hotel we have stayed at and we have stayed in hotels in Dubai, Maldives and all over Europe. From the minute we checked in, we knew we had found somewhere we would love and want to come back to. We were checked in by the lovely Oumaima, we checked in around 9pm and we were tired and so we had dinner at the hotel. Another Oumaima served us. Both ladies were amazing and so welcoming. The food is high quality, very posh and a wonderful experience… The staff at the hotel are amazing. Any request you have, they will make sure to fulfil it. I forgot my adapter for my GHD products at home and Saleem made sure housekeeping found some for me. He even offered to send me a technician to fix the problem in case he wasn’t successful in finding one for me but after I told him it’s not a fault he made sure to find the adapter for me. The hotel is beautiful and perfect for couples, girls holiday or mother/daughter holidays. Perfect to unwind, perfect to relax and I am so impressed. I would like to come back with my daughters so they can live their princess dreams and we will stay at Palais Ronsard. It doesn’t feel like you’re in marrackech. It’s like being in france but with halal food. I miss the place and the staff so much! I wish we extended our stay… thank you for hosting us and giving us the best time. We will make sure to come back!

A beautiful palace with amazing view and quiet environment. If you like to be a way in a hidden paradise, that is the place. Been there twice and each time we felt home. Service is excellent. Food is beautifully done ( specially the pastilla).

Absolutely beautiful hotel with superb staff. This is truly a 5 star experience. Karima, the General Manager, has everything running to perfection. The rooms are gorgeous (we had room 14 with a huge balcony looking over the desert and the High Atlas Mountains in the distance), the pool is stunning and restaurants are beautiful with excellent food and service. The one and only complaint I could make is, the cocktails were very expensive and not very strong. Also, a special shout out to Yassine and “Le Taureau” for looking after us from start to finish.

This is our 1st time in Marrakesh & now I am a PR fan, eternally. Every square inch is covered in trompe l’oeil glamour. Fires are roaring in the fireplaces & in our rooms.The meals aref Michelin Star quality The staff is absolutely fantastic.

We were welcomed like part of the family. Large airy room with amazing views and terraces. Food delicious and service respectfully attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for staff especially Salim. Spa a relaxing sanctuary with great treatments. Cocktails by the pool a must!

One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. Has an authentic Moroccan feel as well as 5 star luxury. The rooms are beautiful and the whole place is just breathtaking! The staff are so kind and can't do enough for you. My partner asked where to get antibitoics from and they offered to send a driver to and from the pharmacy for us. Would 100% return and recommend to anyone.

Our visit to this hotel was a magical experience, even though we didn't stay overnight. Dounia and the rest of the staff treated us with such warmth and hospitality, making us feel like valued guests. The dessert we enjoyed was nothing short of a dream . The hotel's ambiance transported us to a fairytale realm where we felt like royalty. It's clear that this place is dedicated to creating memorable moments for all who visit, whether for a stay or just for a dessert.
