Nisan ayının ikinci yarısında otelde 3 günlük konaklama yaptık. Otel genel olarak yabancı, orta yaş ve üzeri turist ağırlıklıydı. Otelin konsepti herşey dahil şeklindeydi. Odamız ve otelin genel kullanım alanları ***et temizdi. Rahatsızlık yaşatabilecek birşey olmadı. Hatta kendi kendimize yaşattığımız talihsiz bir olay sonrası yatağımızın tüm örtüleri değiştirildi. Hijyen konusunda sorun yaşamadık. Yemekler genel manada iyiydi. Çeşit konusunda şu da olsaydı diyebileceğimiz birşey olmadı. Lezzet olarak da otel yemeklerine göre iyiydi. Havuzda ve lobide ayrı barlar vardı. Lobideki bar 24 saat açık. Barlardaki ürün çeşitliliği de bize göre makul ve yeterliydi. Chivas, jack, red label, smirnof, olmeca, yeni rakı, tekirdağ rakı gibi markaların başlangıç serilerinin hepsi vardı. Otel denize sıfır konumdaydı. Açık ve ısıtmasız bir havuzu vardı. Havuz başında şezlong bulmak biraz zordu. Denize sıfır ve kendisine ait olan ve servis yapılan iskelesi vardı. Plajı dardı ve denizi biraz bataklık tarzındaydı. Denizini sevmedik. Çalışanların hepsi son derece özveriliydi. Animasyonda Hakan, Anastasya, Lira, restoran kısmında Bektaş şef, havuz barda Coşkun başta olmak üzere çalışanlar genel olarak hepsi işini en iyi şekilde yapmaya çalışıyorlardı. Bir dediğimiz iki edilmedi. Üzülerek döndük. Birdaha gitmek isteyeceğimiz yerler arasında.

Tatilimizi Casa De Maris’de geçirdiğimiz için hem mutlu hem de çok huzurluyuz. Her şey resepsiyonda Kemal Bey’in pozitif ve güler yüzlü karşılaması ile başladı. Odamız çok geniş ve konforlu idi, deniz manzarası ise ayrı bir güzellikti. Restoran , kahvaltı öğle yemeği ve akşam yemekleri bol çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Bektaş Çam şefimiz restoranda tam bir profesyonel ve güler yüzlüydü, her ayrıntısıya dikkat ediyordu. Tüm garsonlar, özellikle Enes Bey misafirlerin tüm ihtiyaçlarını anında karşılıyordu. Barmen arkadaşların hazırladığı kokteyller güne ve akşamlara ayrı tat verdi. Animasyon ekibi günlerin daha eğlenceli geçmesi için her türlü hazırlıkları yaptılar. Yabancı ve Türk misafirlerin memnuniyetleri her daim görülüyordu. Bu misafirperverliğin sonucu tatilimizi uzatarak otele ikinci kez giriş yaparak taçlandırdık 🫶🤍 Tüm Casa De Maris yönetim ekibi ve çalışanlarına ayrı ayrı tebrik ediyoruz 🧿

Hotelul este foarte primitor ca si staful, foarte prietenoss.si serviabil. O sa ma întorc sigur cu plăcere thanks ALI G. AND ALICE.. :) i would come back to this hotel again, entertainment was amazing

Casa da Maris , SPA , tatilimizi tekrar Casa da maris otelinde geçirdiğimiz için çok mutluyuz ,Tüm ekibinize kaldığımız süre içersinde keyifli ve konforlu bir tatil geçirmemize yardımcı oldukları için tekrar teşekkürler ,Otel çalışanlarının hepsi çok Güler yüzlü ve çok ilgililer , özellikle yemekler, animasyon gösterileri Showlar birbirinden muhteşem Animasyon ekininden Can beye, Larasu ,, Ali ve Apoya ilgilerinden dolayı çok teşekkürler ..

Casa de Maris is a fabulous 5 star hotel in Marmaris, Turkey. From the moment we arrived we were treated wonderfully by staff. The rooms are lush and the beds are super comfortable. The mini fridge was freshly stocked everyday. The food was varied and good quality. The hotel even has its own patisserie. The pool area was comfortable with cocktails being served all day. The hotel was spotlessly clean. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend the hotel.

A good quality Holiday Hotel with excellent Management and attentive staff . Never like to be unfairly negative but Grounds are very small , almost cramped and getting a Sun-bed after 8AM nigh this impossible, mainly due to guests unfairly reserving them with their Towels! Plenty available on beach but even this would be in doubt perhaps, as the Season develops. One real treat for me personally was being able to pay £10 per week for all UK Mainstream TV Chanel’s including Sky a sure incentive for us to revisit in the Autumn . All in all an enjoyable stay with good food , and a large comfy Bedroom. Thank you Casa

Although I love this hotel, I think they need a better entertainment team, this year’s entertainment team had no enthusiasm at all. I did like Anastasia but none of them entertained us at all, they don’t get involved enough with the guests & also this year the music was awful around the pool that was a big disappointment, as last Oct it was great, I’m going back in July so I really do hope all this is sorted out, as that might put me off going again.

Would have got a strong 5 but for one thing; The music at the pool by day is woeful and the entertainment at night is poor. Everything else is great. Good food and drinks. Service is fine even if a little slow. Very clean and welcoming. Just music and entertainment let this place down badly
