Book executive room but nothing difference with deluxe one except small towel. This hotel is definitely NOT 5 star. Bad amenities bad service and breakfast is mediocre. The biggest problem is with the slow ignorance staff. Have to ask several times in order to send what you request ( a fruit knife ). Had to call several times to operator and bell boy to get the answer. Desperate. Not recommended.

Kami memesan kamar Deluxe Queen Bed melalui aplikasi Trip.com, saya juga sudah mengontak marketing Wyndam Opi Hotel Palembang untuk mengabarkan bahwa kami akan menginap disini untuk merayakan anniversari dan memesan co***limentary cake. Namun, ketika kami sudah sampai di Wyndam Opi Hotel Palembang disebutkan bahwa kami mendapatkan kamar Twin Bed yang tidak sesuai dengan pesanan kami di aplikasi. Pihak hotel menyalahkan pihak aplikasi Trip yang telah salah memesan. Padahal di konfirmasi email dan aplikasi jelas tertulis bahwa yang saya pesan Queen Bed. Saya khawatir jika menggunakan twin bed walaupun disatukan tetap ada bahaya jatuh karena bisa saja tergeser. Kami pun jadi tidak puas menikmati kamar karena kasur yang tidak sesuai keinginan kami. Tentu kami kecewa karena baik dari hotel maupun dari aplikasi Trip tidak dapat memberikan kompensasi yang memuaskan bagi kami sebagai tamu dan pemesan. Selain kasus ini, fasilitas hotelnya sebenarnya cukup bagus namun sayang kebersihannya agak kurang karena masih ada noda di sofa dan seprei kasur yang tertingal dari sebelum kami datang.
