Siamo rimasti qui per due notti per il torneo dei miei figli. Era (in gran parte) pulito (un po' seccato sulle piastrelle della doccia e un capello nel mio letto) ma altrimenti pulito. Le camere erano molto spaziose e il desk front era super utile. Il letto era molto inconfortabile per me (molto morbido), ma la mia famiglia era a posto.Il vento d’aria, mentre correva il calore, mi ha fatto saltare la bocca e mi ha fatto uscire la bocca. Non ha fornito una spugna da pranzo, ma ha ricevuto una sul desk front e ha anche preso in prestito un mixer che era conveniente. La piscina sembrava pulita, il tubo caldo non lo faceva. La zona di mettere è molto piccola, un buco e il basket era un gioiello, ma divertente fare cose come assassini del tempo. Il brunch è probabilmente la migliore qualità che abbia mai avuto per un marchio a catena hotel. Rimarrei qui solo se non avessimo una stanza a ruote accessibile e se i letti non fossero così morbidi.

I recently stayed in one of the Villas and checked out on April 29. We were three friends traveling together, celebrating my birthday, I was very disappointed. The hotel was very understaffed. I had a few bad experiences with one employee, whose name was Christina. The first time, my friends and I ordered lunch at the pool bar. We were given a number that clipped onto the table. The number was not facing out directly, but on a slight angle. Christina came up to us with a plate of food, that was not ours, and in a nasty tone said, ”How can I see the number if it's not facing me”. After we finished lunch, my two friends went to the bar to settle the bill. They were standing there waiting to pay the bill and Christina was just ignoring them. Then my friend, Larisa, said something like “can I pay?” and Christina just kind of looked at her and rolled her eyes and said you should’ve said what you wanted. Then Larisa asked her why she had an attitude, and Christina got very defensive and said, ”I do not have an attitude, you have an attitude.” And Larisa reminded her of what happened at the table with the number and that you should never argue with customers, but she was still very defensive. And then after a while, just said she was sick. When we were at the pool, we noticed that all of the cabanas were unoccupied. We called the number that was on a chain and asked what the cost was. We were told by Margaret that it was $200.00. We offered $100, and Margaret said ”We would never accept that amount.” The next time we had a run in with Christina was while my friend and I were waiting at the Starbucks counter for at least 10 minutes. Christina walked past us several times and not once asked if we could be helped. I finally asked if we could place an order, and she responded in a very nasty tone, ”You have to wait in line.” We then stood in line and placed our order. I ordered a Grande Americano. She made a tall Americano. I told her the order was wrong, and she proceeded to argue with me ”That is what you ordered”. She changed the coffee to a Grande, and we sat at a high-top table to eat. While sitting at the table, we noticed that the food and beverage manager passed us, so we stopped him to tell him of our experience. Jeff told us that Christina was on our way out, and at her last review she was disciplined due to her attitude. I also mentioned to Jeff that we offered $100 for a cabana rental and Margaret said no. He told us he would buy a round of drinks at the pool bar and offered us a cabana on Sunday. When we went to speak to Jeff on Sunday to get a cabana, he first told us to take any one. Then he said ”No, they are sold, take number 4”. Well Jeff lied to us. No other cabana was occupied that day. Several employees did stand out though with exceptional service. Sono sceso a chiedere un'altra stanza, e mi hanno dato una stanza che ha guardato il parcheggio. La stanza era come un motel 6. Sono stato molto deluso, soprattutto per quello che abbiamo pagato per la stanza, soprattutto a Scottsdale. La mattina dopo sono andato a colazione e ho scoperto che dovevo pagare $10.00 per un colazione continentale o $17.00 per un deluxe colazione. Ho scelto il deluxe. Tutti quelli che hanno ordinato il deluxe colazione hanno servito caffè, succo d’arancia, ecc. I camerieri hanno riempito le tazze di caffè. Non sono mai venuti a me e mi hanno chiesto se volessi avere più sapone. Mi sentivo come un cittadino di seconda classe. Mio marito ha dovuto fare una procedura alla Digestive Health Clinic lungo la strada. Ecco perché abbiamo scelto il vostro hotel. Sono così deluso a Hilton. Abbiamo sempre avuto esperienze meravigliose con loro. Non il suo tempo.

I stayed here because it was the closest lodging to Banner Hospital on Thinderbird. It was also a good price. There was a reason for that. They are remodeling. When I entered the lobby, the floor was partially tiled, but there was no furniture. The front desk was just constructed and there were signs on it that said, ”Do not touch.” Check in was reasonably fast. My room was 114. First off, room 114 was a dead zone for my cell phone. My carrier is T Mobile and my phone Is a simple flip phone. The room was clean but it was obvious that the patch and spackle crew had recently made repairs. I wanted a few extra towels and talked with the house keeping person who was in the hall. Her name is Maya and we were able to communicate with my limited Spanish and her limited English. We did laugh a lot. I had tried the phone in the room and it didn't work. Hmmm - cell phone doesn't work and room phone doesn't work. So I walked down to the front desk and reported it. I was told that maintenance comes in at 9 am and that they would fix it. When I was locking up for the evening, I flipped the security fastener in place and it fell off the door. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and despite the remodel work, it was quiet. This is a pet friendly hotel. The only disturbance was at 7 am when another guest was leaving with a yappy little dog. The bathroom was a nice size and there was good pressure and lots of hot water. The repair to the phone and door were made. It was kind of fun to return from the hospital each day and see the remodel progress in the lobby. I stayed for 5 days and really can't complain. I received a good rate and had a good stay.

Il personale era molto cordiale le camere erano pulite ed erano molto accomodanti Sono stato molto fortunato a poter essere aiutato da Katie alla reception è stata molto accomodante quando ho richiesto una camera con vasca idromassaggio perché la notte precedente non erano disponibili . E un bonus ero proprio accanto alla piscina. Ritornerò sicuramente!

Mio marito ed io siamo stati benissimo qui, l'unica cosa negativa è che non c'è più la colazione. Altro che è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole, e ci siamo divertiti!
