The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the onsen, which was a real highlight of the stay. This is a ski resort with true ski-in and ski-out access, which is very convenient. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. Breakfast offered a great variety of options and was very enjoyable. However, the check-in process took quite a long time — around 45 minutes — which was disappointing after arrival. Also, activity vouchers can only be used through the WeChat program, which may be inconvenient for guests who don’t use it. Overall, a very nice hotel with great facilities and rooms, but the check-in experience could be improved.

Ho impiegato così tanto tempo a scegliere un hotel al Thaiwoo e sono così felice di aver scelto l'AB Hotel! Innanzitutto, il servizio offerto dalla Sig.ra Wang è stato eccellente, è stata molto paziente e disponibile, e la comunicazione tramite WeChat è stata sempre tempestiva. In secondo luogo, l'appartamento dell'hotel sembra moderno e pulito. Non ho notato alcun odore, nemmeno per un hotel che accetta animali. Rispetto al Nanshanli, proprio accanto, credo che questo offra un miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo, dato che si ha una stanza più grande (con cucina e soggiorno). J had a lovely stay at the Argyle resort and the fact that you just need to cross the parking lot to get to the Dongshan Bathing Spot is definitely amazing! There are some tourist attractions close by, but very far from historical sites. The room was ok, but it looked different from the pictures. Probably a bit of mold on the wall or water damage, dirty windows, and a piece of the wardrobe door was broken. Not what I would expect at a resort. The breakfast had so many options, but very few western choices, limited to sliced bread, butter and jam, yogurt, fruits and coffee. The coffee machine always had an issue, but the staff quickly came to fix it. During my stay there, everyday someone complained about the coffee maker. One of the things that I found really nice is that every day they would bring or leave fruit in my room. But on the last day, I was sleeping, and someone came in. She did apologize, but it was weird having someone in your room while you’re there. In terms of amenities, they have everything really! From shower cap to razors. And the blow dryer was really good! Because it was golden week, the staff was overwhelmed with work (lots of guests and weddings) and they didn’t talk about the facilities - gym, pool, hot springs.

Ho visitato molte città in Cina e sicuramente questo è considerato tra i 10 migliori hotel che abbia mai avuto finora. What an amazing place!!! We stayed at the Senzeyuan Hotel which is nicer than the other two hotels in my opinion. Service and cleanliness was excellent and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Feng Ting patiently gave us information and quickly responded to any requests we had during our stay. We were very close to the beach and hot spring / water park. There are so many things to do! I went with my daughters and they had a great time. The show and beach party was their favorite! We enjoyed our dinners at the western cafe by the beach. I wish there were more restaurants and things opened but I understand not many people come to the beach in October. I also want to thank the staff at the hot spring/ water park for being so caring. My daughter had a minor emergency and they were very concerned and even walked us back to our room. We felt very taken care of and will definitely be back!

Clean hotel with a great pool and convenient location This is a clean and comfortable hotel in a great location, close to the night market. The pool was well-maintained and a nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hotel was clean, pleasant, and offered a comfortable stay. Overall, it provided good value and I would happily stay here again.

Hotel breakfast is really good with a couple of live stations for noodles and eggs. Rooms were also clean and hotel staff was mostly speedy and helpful. Note that there there’s no shuttle directly to the fulong ski resort, it’s a 1km walk around 15 mins, or a 5 min didi. It’s a 15 mins didi to wanlong ski resort which is also pretty convenient. The two way shuttle from the hotel to the chongli train station only lasts while the fulong resort is open so since we caught the end of the ski season, we no longer had the shuttle service to the train station but the didi was just as convenient. I liked that the location was near ski shops, restaurants and food, and even a pharmacy 200m away.
