La stanza è grande e luminosa, la signorina della reception intima mi ha anche aiutato a aumentare 😊.
Le strutture sono complete, la pulizia è molto pulita e calda e confortevole.
La posizione è anche buona. Non lontano dalla porta è la pista di sci, puoi anche guardare il panorama della neve sul balcone dell'hotel.
La cosa più importante è il rapporto di prezzo super alto, fortemente raccomandato per bambini che spesso vengono a sci e non sono alti 😎.

半夜到達，前台小哥哥（趙景旭）很熱情，因為第一次來有很多問題（滑雪，吃飯，停車，周邊），他都耐心解答，一直笑臉迎人，我們想要離電梯口近點的位置，找了一圈沒有，又很客氣抱歉説沒給到滿意服務，我們帶了小狗子，問我們有沒有狗碗尿墊等等，還特地送到房間裏，上次那麼舒服的服務還是在成都蒼蠅館。
房間還算大，價格很親民，雪景房還不錯，D幢吃早飯很方便，早餐很豐富很喜歡，樓裏也有其他飯店還有麥當勞很方便
酒店一樓就是雪場入口，超級方便，其實後悔DY買雪票了530一位三天，住酒店給7折卡算下來才
470+更便宜，另外最最最初級道是不要刷卡，可以“免費”

The hotel is behind the metro station. The room was ok. The breakfast was also ok, not too many international options tho. The cleaning ladies forgot to leave us water and take out our trash for some days (we had to ask extra in the reception that they should please clean the room). They also forgot our welcome fruit 😕

再説缺點：寵物並不友好、按金500另收取50元（清潔費？）並未需要做過多的清潔…公共區域不讓進入、這樣我們就很不方便，其實可以有個寵物友好區就類似專門的吸煙區，就感覺收了錢卻沒有服務
餐廳服務員不到位…就兩個人忙前忙後的根本照顧不過來，從點餐到上菜到酒水都不好意思催、可是真的等得失去了耐心…泡完温泉要回樓上換衣服再下來吃飯、然後再回去換衣服泡温泉？折騰的樓上樓下跑了兩三趟，感覺也很不方便…不能專門有個温泉區的餐廳嗎？可以穿浴袍就餐的區域是不是會節省時間和體力…
希望增加一些娛樂項目和智能服務，周邊荒蕪…基本就是在酒店內部活動、有點單一乏味了…想多住幾天都找不到合適的理由、冬天應該還會再去！

I recently stayed in room 3129 at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The location is excellent as it sits right in front of the beach. The hotel also has a hot spring which is a nice addition, although some areas were not functioning properly due to being broken.
The reception staff was very attentive and friendly, particularly one male employee. However, it seemed that the female staff members were not as willing to work.
I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied.
The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service.
I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone.
In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement.

Basically didn't get anything I booked the hotel for.The room I was given faced the alley way. Bathroom was mouldy and unpleasant with sewage smell coming from the drains. Had to keep the exhaust fan going constantly to try and vent the smell out. As with a lot of Hotels the sound proofing between rooms was non-existent. I booked a QueenRoom with window facing the river. If you want to choose this Hotel you'd better demand to see the room first so you don't get the ones in need of desperate renovations.

We all loved the beach and the beach bar and Jay the manager was very friendly and assisted us with everything. We even stayed on the beach with a beautiful sea view.
