I spent so long choosing a hotel at thaiwoo and I'm so glad that I decided on AB hotel! First, the service provided by Ms Wang was excellent, she was so patient and helpful, and communication by wechat was always prompt. Second, the hotel apartment looks modern and clean. I do not notice any smell even for a pet friendly hotel. Compared to nanshanli next door, I think that this offers a better value for money as you get a larger room (with kitchen and living room). However, the downside is that during winter we had to walk outdoors to get to the ski rental hall which is in the nanshanli building itself. Nonetheless my family looks forward to staying again in future!

This hotel offered a spacious and clean room in an ideal location, walking distance to the ski entrance. The staff was exceptionally helpful. A special thank you to 王艳蕊 for patiently answering all my questions via WeChat. I had a wonderful experience.

超預期！絕對超預期！原本打算獨自旅行，結果跟老爸老媽報備完，立馬拍大腿要跟我一起旅行哈哈哈。晚上到的，店是朝着大海的，得往裡走。接待的小哥哥小姐姐特別温柔，還給升級了海景套房，真的超開心超感恩！清晨起床，打開窗簾，面朝大海，趕緊下樓，小哥哥小姐姐又超級貼心的給了喂海鷗的小零食。吃飯也很方便，三樓就是餐廳，掃碼下單，做飯的阿姨特別好，跟她説了口味清淡，做出來的菜完全符合預期，菜量超級足，這趟真的值了！當然……還沒完！臨走的時候，又送了我一份小禮物，不善言辭的我，衹能機械的説謝謝謝謝……不管怎樣一定還要來！

The hotel is behind the metro station. The room was ok. The breakfast was also ok, not too many international options tho. The cleaning ladies forgot to leave us water and take out our trash for some days (we had to ask extra in the reception that they should please clean the room). They also forgot our welcome fruit 😕

總體上性價比很高，住宿體驗是超預期的。 有幾個優點：1. 温泉設施很完善，特別是室外的池子，半山之上，風景和體驗都特別美麗。2.十一月的週末人也不算很多，所以温泉池子幾乎不擁擠。 3. 早餐也很值得點贊，品類豐富，味道也很可。4. 工作人員態度挺好的，很專業也很熱情，會主動跟顧客打招呼問好。 不足之處：1.位置比較偏，臨近入口的小路破爛程度有點嚴重，離城區有些距離，周邊沒什麼商業，再加上挨着火車道，晚上偶爾的噪音還是比較明顯。2.雙床房房間小，裝修佈置非常緊湊，如果是一家三口就會有些擁擠了，整個裝幀與現在的連鎖還是有些差距的。 3.沒想到一個房間，住一晚，最多衹能免費提供 6 瓶水，泡完温泉很容易渴，雖説也差不多夠喝了，但是這個明確的限量，顯得有些小家子氣了，自動販賣機裏的可樂拉罐 8 塊一個。 總體而言，性價比還是很高的，幾百塊有這麼 nice 的温泉可泡，還要什麼自行車呢。

I recently stayed in room 3129 at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The location is excellent as it sits right in front of the beach. The hotel also has a hot spring which is a nice addition, although some areas were not functioning properly due to being broken. The reception staff was very attentive and friendly, particularly one male employee. However, it seemed that the female staff members were not as willing to work. I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied. The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service. I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone. In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement. Basically didn't get anything I booked the hotel for.The  room I was given faced the alley way. Bathroom was mouldy and unpleasant with sewage smell coming from the drains. Had to keep the exhaust fan going constantly to try and vent the smell out. As with a lot of Hotels the sound proofing between rooms was non-existent. I booked a QueenRoom with window facing the river. If you want to choose this Hotel you'd better demand to see the room first so you don't get the ones in need of desperate renovations.

Ski And Suites is actually in the same building as XueluJu Condotel hotel. It is run in a airbnb style. The cleaniness is superb. For the price wise, is perfect for a family of 4 to 6 to stay there for a ski holiday. All the hotels are near to the ski site. However, only Hyatt Place, Benlia, Ski & Suites, Condotel are within very near walking distance (about 5-10 min slow walk) to the ski site. Food wise, there are no restaurants that are opened early for breakfast, but there is a Lawson nearby where one can buy some bread, buns, cup noodles for next day breakfast. take note Ski and Suites are not part of the hotel chains that qualified for discounted ski pass and ski equipment rental from the ski site. However, they have their own network to still give you discount ski pass and much cheaper ski equipment (whole set which include helmet, goggles, ski top and pants, ski or snowboards) for rental. December is not their peak periods and so is very nice to ski there as there is not much crowd. I must also give praise to the ”housekeeper” who is contactable thru wechat when we have any issues. Overall, will stay there again if we go for a ski holiday in Thaiwoo.
