Gansu, Cina: hotel pet friendly

We arrived at the accommodation when it was raining heavily. There were a lot of leaks from the roof, when we entered the room we simply saw that the mattress was completely wet as a result of the leak. We then moved to another room where there was a leak in the bathroom as well as a lot of dirt, including in the toilet. In the meantime, the girl at the desk honored us with a very tasty local watermelon. She apologized for the situation and moved us to another room. The next room was a huge room, I think it was their suite. The room itself was really comfortable and large, but it was simply full of spiders and cobwebs. We decided that we would still stay in the room despite its poor maintenance. They cleaned the room for us a little, but it didn't help, but we had no more strength to complain. We cleaned it ourselves so that the stay would be reasonable. It should be noted that the place only has a solar water heater, so on cloudy and rainy days there will be no hot water as happened to us on the day of arrival. We asked the staff in the evening for tomatoes and onions and they happily gave us them free of charge. This is noteworthy and thank you for that. It should be noted that the Didi does not always arrive at the accommodation location, they offer a paid shuttle, which is convenient. On the second day we went out to the dunes at sunrise, the guy at the desk insisted that we would be cold and gave us some kind of sand socks. Only when we returned did we realize that it was actually a fee of 20 for both of us (just like on the website, and much more than supermarkets in the area). We did not understand why we were not told that it was a fee, plus it looked used and did not come in a plastic wrap. Apart from this incident, the staff was nice and helped us with the shuttle (for a fee). The breakfast was great, and they tried to help us according to our vegetarianism. We wanted to extend our stay after cleaning the room ourselves and it was decent and good, but the price was high for us, which is perfectly fine and reasonable on their part, and we decided to leave.

The train station basement had no internet connection so I was not able to get DiDi.  Not only did I overpay even after negotiating, but the driver spent the beginning part of the trip texting and I had to swing my arm across him as we were about to rear end another car.  20 minutes later arrival at Maiji Shan park entrance. The friendly owner was already there and immediately helped me with my bags.  A few minute drive to the expansive farmhouse.  I asked for a bowl of noodles which was hot and delicious provided by a grandmother woman. Chinese farm Breakfast was plentiful.  I used the heat as the mountains got cold quickly when the sun dropped.  The immaculate room was large with two double beds, a tv and desk.  The bathroom had integrated toilet and shower so it is wet.  Plenty of hot water tho the turn on was a matter of button pressing.  I learned something new!  Toiletries and paper towels (another first) were provided.  The owner took me to Maiji Shan.  Sadly, it was closed; rain had made rocks fall making it dangerous to climb the stairs. Nevertheless, I took some photos.  I tried to walk back (beautiful fall day), but the owner met me along the wayThe owner and I communicated via WeChat translator.  DIdi was not available and as we started for the train station the bus came behind us.  So the owner put me on it and I wrote via the app.  The bus drives very slowly but I got to the station to run back and forth with my bags, then going to a different floor to get a paper ticket, then back to the waiting area, thru the gate, up the stairs, and finally to my sleeper car.  Outside of asking me for my passport and various tickets about 10 times no personnel was particularly helpful tho I was noisily wheezing.  As I was getting off, Another passenger grabbed my bags and ran down the stairs with them and then went back to the train.  Probably someone in the medical field!  Platform smoking and between cars smoking can affect some people.

Ho passato molto tempo a fare ricerche online, desiderosa di vedere il cielo stellato sopra il deserto del Gobi. Il giorno del check-in era nuvoloso, ma le nuvole si sono diradate quella notte, rivelando un cielo pieno di stelle. I bambini sono rimasti a bocca aperta! Quando si viaggia, si desidera sempre vedere paesaggi diversi. Il servizio dell'hotel è stato eccellente. Dopo aver effettuato la prenotazione, ci hanno contattato per consigliarci guide turistiche, ristoranti e attività locali. Posizione: si trova a circa dieci minuti di auto (circa dieci chilometri) dalla Crescent Lake Scenic Area. Le camere con vista sulle stelle hanno finestre a tutta altezza che offrono una vista sul deserto, e le camere con vista sulle montagne hanno un rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero ottimo.

Servizi: Sembra un po' vecchio, ma ho scoperto che è stato ristrutturato dieci anni fa e che tutto il legno era di olmo. Non credo che si possa definire vecchio, ma piuttosto un senso di vetustà. Igiene: È abbastanza pulito, ma vivere al primo piano potrebbe essere un po' umido per chi vive in zone asciutte. Ambiente: Il verde del B&B è molto bello e la foresta di bambù è ben curata, ma non ci sono pesci nello stagno. Servizio: Il servizio è eccellente. Il ragazzo e la ragazza alla reception hanno risposto a tutte le domande, si sono precipitati ad aiutare con i bagagli e hanno parcheggiato l'auto. Sembra il servizio di un hotel, non di un B&B. In breve, questa esperienza è stata molto positiva.

Ho soggiornato in questo ostello per un totale di 5 notti, con due pause quando sono andato in tour al di fuori di Lanzhou. Ho fatto recensioni prima, quindi questo è il mio finale per l'ostello che aveva cominciato a sentirsi come Home. L'ostello stesso è molto comodo un soggiorno: pulito, comodo letto ampiamente con porta scivolante per la privacy, bella zona di seggiolino ... E ' gestito da una famiglia che prende turni di soggiorno in modo che ci sia una reception 24 ore. Tutti sono amichevoli e gentili, soprattutto il padre.I genitori non parlano inglese, ma si può facilmente usare un'app di traduzione; altri ospiti probabilmente interagiscono con voi. Situato a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla Torre del fiume Giallo e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla zona della vecchia strada Lanzhou, dove vi sono una vasta gamma di opzioni alimentari. All'esterno dell'ostello c'è un ristorante Halal (Muslim-run) chiamato (Ruhua hua) che i proprietari dicono siano in esercizio per 20 o 30 anni. Il gusto è una miscela delicata e equilibrata di spezie leggere (per esempio, potrei gustare un indizio di ginger) e salinità.E anche l'8bao è eccellente. A 7 minuti a piedi a destra dopo aver lasciato l'ostello (passato il ristorante sopra citato) sulla strada principale dove molti autobus si muovono, troverete un'altra buona combinazione di opzioni locali di cibo, soprattutto la mattina. L'ostello è convenientemente situato vicino alla stazione ferroviaria Lanzhou West. C'è un autobus 136 che corre proprio fuori dall'ostello e vi raggiunge alla stazione ferroviaria in 20 minuti. Spero che questo possa aiutare qualcuno a decidere dove stare a Lanzhou, perché non sembra una buona gamma di ostelli. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte quando siamo arrivati da Zoige e abbiamo prenotato la tenda prima, ma prima di prenotare, dovresti sapere che il bagno è un piano sotto e non ci sono docce. Quindi se rimani solo una notte e non hai bisogno di una doccia, ma se puoi spendere 20 yuan di più, otterrai una grande stanza con due letti e un bagno privato con doccia! La mattina dopo siamo andati a Diebu per andare da lì a Zhagana. Il bus parte alla luce del traffico sulla strada principale e dovrebbe normalmente fermarsi lì a 9.00 am, ma il giorno in cui siamo stati più come 9.30 am. Mentre aspettavamo l'autobus, abbiamo avuto colazione al cibo vicino alla luce del traffico e chiesto intorno all'autobus

È stato assolutamente fantastico! Veniamo da Hong Kong e mio marito è americano. Siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti dell'alloggio. Ad aprile, bassa stagione, di notte faceva piuttosto fresco, ma il riscaldamento ha mantenuto la stanza calda. Ci hanno persino consigliato di ammirare l'alba, così io e il mio nuovo compagno di campeggio siamo partiti alle 6:30 del mattino: l'uscita ovest era a soli 500-600 metri! Lo spettacolo di luci notturno era davvero meraviglioso e il cielo stellato magnifico! La camera era anche molto pulita e la doccia e il bagno impeccabili! Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte, ma è stata la notte più memorabile del nostro viaggio nel Qinghai-Tibet. Un enorme grazie a Xiaofei e ai suoi amici! A comfortable place staying here in the Homestay, and we arrived very early in the morning - the owner was very willing to receive us though, and get us into our room. After some travelling time by train from Zhangye to Dunhuang, it was a welcoming comfort indeed to be in the Homestay. We took the family room with courtyard and the accommodation comes along with two bedrooms for the children, and a curtain partitioned space/room for us, the parents. It's large enough and comfortable for the four of us. The other plus thing about the Homestay is that, it's very near the Mingshan Mountain & Crescent Lake Park - just a walking distance; the tickets allowed you multiple entries into the Park within 03 days and the Homestay being nearby - you indeed can enter the Park on different days within that 03 days grace period We were fortunate that we came during the off peak, and so the Park and Homestay were not crowded at all. Would we come and stay again in the Homestay? YES - because we love the off peak quiet, and private time here. Would we recommend others to stay here? For off peak time, we certainly say a resounding YES too!! You can pluck the jujube fruits (Chinese Apples) and pears at the courtyard - it gives a feel of your own rustic home, away from the noise & crowd of the nearby Mingshan Mountain & crescent Lake Park. We love it here!! 🖤🖤🌹🌹♥️♥️

La posizione è ottima, molto vicina alle grotte di Mogao. La camera era molto pulita, l'acqua della doccia era grande e calda, il servizio era molto buono, il capo era molto entusiasta di aiutarci con l'andata e il ritorno, il che si è rivelato un aiuto tempestivo quando non siamo riusciti a trovare un taxi durante l'alta stagione. Tutti e tre i pasti erano disponibili e molto buoni! Molto conveniente
