Hotel a Manila,

Ho avuto un'esperienza fantastica all'Eurotel Ermita. Ci sono numerosi motivi per cui dovrebbe essere la tua prima opzione la prossima volta che visiti Manila. Con i prezzi bassi degli alloggi, soprattutto quando prenoti tramite Trip.com, potresti ottenere le migliori offerte per il tuo soggiorno. Posizione straordinaria proprio di fronte a Robinson's Manila e un breve viaggio a SM Manila. L'UP-Manila, l'UP-Philippine General Hospital e altre istituzioni governative sono tutti nelle vicinanze. Il mio unico suggerimento: spero che ogni volta che gli ospiti ordinano cibo per il servizio in camera, emettano immediatamente le ricevute dopo aver consegnato il cibo e incassato il pagamento. Il traffico a Manila è inevitabile, ma con una corretta gestione e pianificazione del tempo, raggiungere i terminal dell'aeroporto è un gioco da ragazzi. La reception, i fattorini, i servizi pubblici e il personale di sala vi accoglieranno con un caloroso sorriso. Sarebbero felici di aiutarti. Se stai facendo il check-out ma hai ancora bisogno di esplorare la città o fare commissioni, puoi tranquillamente lasciare i bagagli in hotel e riprenderli più tardi. 👍🏻Personale erano alloggiati. Ha prenotato questo ramo hotel per qualche volta. ☺️ Buono per me dal momento che c'è un posto per mangiare e un negozio di comodità solo a pochi passi.

Subito dopo il check-in, c'è stato uno strano rumore, quindi quando ho chiesto informazioni, mi è stato detto che il rumore della ristrutturazione non era un problema. Ero preoccupato per l'odore della stanza, quindi quando ho chiesto una stanza alternativa, l'hanno facilmente cambiata in un piano inferiore. Tuttavia, la finestra era bloccata nella stanza accanto all'ascensore. Il bucato che ho ordinato non è arrivato in tempo, due bottiglie di acqua minerale al giorno erano esaurite e l'hotel ha creato opportunità per comunicare in inglese. Non riesco a trovare alcun motivo per scegliere questo hotel tra i tanti hotel.

La camera era molto spaziosa, il personale molto cordiale e le nostre domande sono state prontamente esaudite. Consiglio vivamente al mio amico di soggiornare in hotel. Ritornerò sicuramente per soggiornare all'hotel New Coast Manila nel mio prossimo viaggio nelle Filippine. Solo un piccolo commento, il letto e il lenzuolo sembrano un po' abusati e posso suggerire di prendere un nuovo set. Grazie

We had a wonderful stay at Diamond Hotel! We were a family of four—two adults and our kids aged 10 and 14—and everything was comfortable and enjoyable throughout. The hotel staff were welcoming and attentive, and the service truly made our stay extra special. We also celebrated our daughter’s birthday during our visit, and it turned into a memorable family moment. The ambiance, amenities, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. Just a small note for future guests: outside calls, even those within the city, are chargeable—so it’s good to be aware of that. Overall, we highly recommend Diamond Hotel for families looking for a relaxing and delightful getaway. We'll definitely be back!

Location is perfect, near to public transportation and near to famous tourist spots. Staff are very accpmodating. Whole hotel is so clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast is excellent, they change the food selection everyday.5/5

Aside from the well-maintained units and hallway and the units' affordability, what is commendable is that the crews from the front desk attendant to the maintenance personnel, are all friendly and accommodating! I hope they would keep this up.

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights PROS: 1. Great location  very close to shops, 7-Eleven, and even a nearby ****** if you're into that. 2. Exceptional cleanliness  big compliments to the Housekeeping team! 3. Comfortable bed and pillows  very cozy. 4.Nice amenities provided: 2 bottled waters, dental kits (toothpaste and 2 toothbrushes), a comb, 1 shampoo sachet, and a small bar of soap. 5. Front desk security is excellent. Every time my partner left the hotel, they confirmed who was with me. Great job on ensuring guest safety. 6. Affordable choices of food from hotel menu and it was really taste great. 😋 CONS: 1. The front desk staff who checked me in didn’t seem very hospitable honestly, it was my first time experiencing that. I requested a room not near the elevator, but she still placed me next to it. The first room we were given had a non-functioning AC. I didn’t catch her name, but I think she could benefit from additional training in customer service. 2. Not ideal for light sleepers like me the walls are wooden, so you can clearly hear people in the next room talking, and unfortunately, even groaning and moaning during *** (yes, really!). 😩 3. The first room we were given was on the third floor, and it was terrible you could hear people singing karaoke in another room, which made it really hard to relax. OVERALL: The stay was just satisfactory. I’m glad I brought my earplugs they helped reduce the noise around me. Big thanks to the manager who helped us move to a new room on the 4th floor and even extended our checkout time, since the front desk didn’t check us in properly at first but still you can hear noise to the next room but not really loud unlike the first room we had. I didn’t catch the manager’s name because I was so exhausted and just wanted to sleep after our long trip from the north to Manila. We waited around 10–15 minutes for the new room to be ready because housekeeping was still cleaning it, but that was okay.
