Hotel a 4 stelle a Manila

L'hotel è stupefacente al suo valore facciale. L'ingresso, la sicurezza e il buffet e la piscina non possono essere colpiti. L'atteggiamento del personale di servizio è grande. Le bevande di benvenuto nella Hyde sono un grande valore aggiunto. L'hotel non è lontano dal centro commerciale SM, che ha impianti di ristoranti e tutto quello che potresti avere durante il tempo a Manila. Rizal Park, un grande sito storico da esplorare, è anche a pochi passi. La nostra finestra era così sporca che non potevo nemmeno prendere una foto del bellissimo sollevamento del sole che era sfortunato. Un graduale aggiornamento delle stanze farà miracoli e così la modifica di lino e di tovaglioli vecchi e tinti che non dovrebbero mai essere messi in una stanza di un padrone di pagamento. La mia proposta è di essere flessibile e dare spazio per ospitare gli ospiti quando necessario e un po 'di aggiornamento delle camere per corrispondere l'ingresso.

The hotel service is superb. No problem there. Swimming pool is a joke. It's not even inside the hotel. It's next to the stage and appears to have been the old place where they held their sea lions. Ginawang pool lng. The rooms are average. Biggest problem is that it hasn't decided if it's a room for kids and family or a honeymoon suite. The shower even when the door is closed leaks a lot of water so the entire bathroom is wet. The most disappointing is the actual Ocean Park. Limited animals and attractions. The show itself is limited to birds and 2 sea lions who do a few tricks for snacks. OK naman un show but the mere fact that they let their audience burn in the hot summer sun for 30min and the show is merely that is severely disappointing. They can't even pay for a good tent cover.

An unmined gem. Elegant old-world interiors with checkerboard floors in the lobbies and hallways, intricate wrought-iron railings, and beautiful Spanish tiles and brocade wallpaper in the suites. Some common areas, like the central courtyard, need a little TLC but are quietly lovely with trailing flowers and birds chirping above. The pool is a good size, not overly large, but with a great bay view. Parking is adequate for guests though might be a struggle if there is an event in the 1000-person ballroom. We had a gorgeous, comfortable corner suite with windows overlooking the bay on one side and the park on the other side. The giant king bed was luxurious and a delight to sleep on, and the huge bathtub was a treat for the kids. The hotel cafe has a delicious breakfast buffet featuring different regional dishes, and there is also a rooftop restaurant and bar with a perfect panorama for cocktails paired with the famous Manila Bay sunset. There are some quirky policies though, like the need to pay on the spot for ala carte orders rather than charging them to your room. Also because this is an old building, there is kind of a split floor plan where the hotel has two wings. Each wing has its own suites but only one has direct access to the poolside and spa, so if you're in the other one, you need to pass thru the lobby and transfer elevators to get there. It wasn't a dealbreaker for us, but is something to consider when you book. The best part though was the service. Every person was warm and gracious, and a real pleasure to deal with. Rushdee at the front desk and Prince at the roofdeck took exceptional care of our family during our stay. It is also walking distance to family attractions like the Manila Ocean Park, Museo Pambata, and of course Rizal Park. All in all a memorable and wonderful place to stay in the city of Manila.

The property is located 2.2 km from Manila Cathedral, 2.3 km from Fort Santiago and 2.6 km from Intramuros. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a hair dryer and free toiletries. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. World Trade Centre Metro Manila is 3.3 km from the apartment, while Malacanang Palace is 4.5 km away. The nearest airport is Ninoy Aquino International Airport, 9 km from Partial Ocean View Opposite the US Embassy.

Recentemente ci siamo fermati qui, abbiamo celebrato il nostro compleanno e il nostro matrimonio, abbiamo avuto un'esperienza eccezionale, il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e gentile, andando sopra e oltre per assicurare il nostro conforto. Apprezziamo davvero il signor Jason (consulente della piscina) per aver curato di noi e offerto delle bevande, anche se eravamo gli unici a quella piscina. Ringraziamo anche la signora Marivic e la sua squadra, in particolare il loro supervisore del settore alimentare, per il servizio del nostro cibo. Particolare menzione alla signora Sheila, che ci ha serenati durante il pranzo. Le camere erano lussuose, ben mantenute e offrono una vista fantastica. Qualsiasi interazione con il personale ha lasciato un'impressione positiva, rendendo il nostro soggiorno davvero piacevole. Raccomando vivamente questo hotel per il suo servizio di top-notch e l'atmosfera accogliente.

Manila Hotel is a legendary hotel that has been in existent for more than hundred years. The ambiance, lobby, rooms and even, the staff’s uniform truly imbibe history and the Philippine culture. The rooms are spacious and overlooking the Manila Bay. Nice to see the sunset from the hotel room. Food is in abundance. Appreciate highly if they could have the single beds replaced with double beds. It’s quite small compared with other hotels. ❤️ Overall, it’s a great stay.

Le strutture, in particolare la piscina, sono un po' logore. So che alcuni degli hotel sono stati sottoposti a lavori di ristrutturazione e ristrutturazione, e questo è buono a sapersi. Inoltre ci sono molte lavanderie in quest'arera, quindi puoi risparmiare un pacchetto se vuoi fare il bucato da solo. . .

This hotel is adequate, but slightly overpriced vs. competition. While they have updated the lobby in recent years, from what I can tell there has been little effort to update guest rooms, which are dated vs. other 5 star properties like the Westin. The one differentiating factor this hotel previously had was a great breakfast buffet served in the Pacific Lounge on the 21st floor with floor to ceiling windows that gave a sweeping view of the skyline and the bay. It was carpeted with cushioned club chairs and those soft surfaces absorbed noise and the overall experience was a great way to start your day compared to the crowded and loud breakfast buffets at other 5 star hotels. Well someone decided to spend a lot of money to destroy that experience. They have opened a new restaurant on the first floor that is loud, crowded and gives you a view of 7-11 across the street instead of the bay. I spoke to the GM about this, so he already knows my opinion, but what continues to strike me is his point that the Pacific Lounge is “a premium space” - yes Sir, that’s true and previously it was one that virtually all your guests got to enjoy which is exactly why it was THE difference maker for this hotel. I came back thru Manila for a night on May 15 and was going to try the Sheraton one more time, but it was fully booked. Instead I stayed at the Westin for less money. There was no comparison- the Westin’s rooms have a much higher end finish, their food was better, and the service there was far superior like being provided a welcome drink and the Manager sending fruit to my room with a welcome note. The Sheraton Manila Bay is no longer on par with Manila’s best hotels

It has a great experience. Very modern and chic deco with great service. It’s located between the busy shopping district and old tourist attractions, facing bay. I will definitely stay over again.
