Il check-in è stato un brindisi, come è stato fatto alla reception sul piano del Club. Il personale della reception mi ha aiutato a controllare senza saldatura e a organizzare che il mio bagaglio sia inviato alla suite angolare che ho prenotato per il mio soggiorno. La suite era grande e i mobili erano piuttosto nuovi. La camera da letto era particolarmente confortevole e spaziosa. La camera da letto aveva un cubicello separato e una doccia a parte di un bagno. Ha anche una passeggiata in guardaroba. Era anche tesa e pulita. Il personale di accoglienza sul piano del club è stato eccellente e ha soddisfatto tutte le mie esigenze e ha accolto le mie richieste durante il soggiorno.L'hotel è in un po' di posizione riservata, ma è conveniente come si accanto a un piccolo centro commerciale. L'unico negativo era che la vista della mia suite non era del tutto piacevole, poiché si guardava in un quartiere poveroso, tra i prossimi blocchi di appartamenti e uffici della zona. Nel complesso, ero molto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno e tornerò all'hotel al mio ritorno a Manila nel mese o due successivo.

Uno dei pochi hotel che permette animali domestici a QC. Buono personale!! cibo medio.. Menu costoso... ma le camere sono spaziose e pulite... l'unica cosa che non mi piaceva era che ci hanno letteralmente buttato fuori dal loro lobby perché avranno una fotografa. Nessun avvertimento, nessuna considerazione... letteralmente “Mi scusi per lasciare o muoversi al caffè che stiamo facendo un tiro” sì. Non importa se non abbiamo finito di mangiare i nostri patatini e le nostre frittelle. E come introvert non ci piacciono le confrontazioni. Ecco la nostra recensione. Big NO. potrebbe non tornare.

Sequoia Hotel Upon checking in, I was asked how many will be staying in the room and I said 3. The receptionist pointed out that breakfast is just for 2 of which, I didn’t have a problem with. He asked for payment for 2 nights which I paid using my card and asked for Php 2000 cash deposit which I said I’s rather be put on hold from my card. Oddly enough, we were only given 1 key. I thought maybe there was already a card placed in the card switch socket in the room but when we got there, there was none. So, was the assumption is that we each one of us open the door every time someone goes out and comes back? I requested for an extra key which took time so I made another follow up. After a couple of mins wait, someone knocked and I don’t know if they were trying to be funny but 2 staff were holding out 2 keycards when I opened the door. Seriously? Room was small but nice. There was an electric kettle and cups, the usual hotel set up but they didn’t have complimentary coffee and tea set up. A small thing for Php 4200 per night rate. On our second night, when we came back from a wedding, it was so upsetting to discover that our keys didn’t work when we came back to our room. I asked reception why and she said the key expired. Again - seriously? You get 2 nights room payment but cut the key for 1 night??? The lady didn’t even apologize but rather, said she will check on the person on duty when I checked in. Then - no updates already. After the key incident, imagine finally being able to access our room and discovering that it wasn’t cleaned. I called reception, spoke to a guy and again, I was told that “he will check on Housekeeping”. When asked if my assumption is correct that all our rooms remain uncleaned, he said “most probably, yes.” WHAAAAAAT? Waited and waited to nothing so I called again and a lady answered. She told me yes that they are already checking on what happened………….. so I asked her what I should do - am i waiting for someone to clean? Am i waiting for their feedback on what happened? Ang labo. Also reported na din our AC that doesn’t cool and is noisy. In fairness, Maintenance people went up right away. But they just told us that “every so often, when the AC / room reaches it’s max temp, the AC goes to eco mode”. What are they talking about? The AC never reached a cool mode since we checked in 24 hours ago. Room attendant finally arrived and cleaned our rooms one by one. Of course, we have to do room hopping while cleaning was on going. Convenient right? Not. Cleaning was so-so - used cups were not replaced. You’d still see a paper on the floor. Bathroom sink wasn’t wiped. But then, at least the room was “refreshed” for the night. Too many on duty on a Saturday at the front desk - apart from the 2 ladies (there was a 3rd too) at the desk. There were 2 gentlemen walking around the lobby, doing nothing. È stato un ottimo soggiorno a Brentwood Suites! Ci serviva un posto per passare la notte per i bambini per rilassarsi da faccia a faccia le classi. La sua posizione è anche migliore per il giorno dopo non essere in ritardo dai gioielli di traffico. Il posto è bello, coraggioso personale dell'hotel, una bella selezione di cibo per colazione buffet e le camere sono pulite. Probabilmente preferirei rimanere qui nel nostro prossimo overnight!

Here are the comments for our 1 night stay at Luxent. Front Office: Krys and Jason was very friendly but at the same time very professional. They even upgraded my room to the Prima Club Room that has access to the lounge as well. Aljon was also very efficient and helpful he even went to the parking area to assist my husband with our baggage. That same evening Aljon assisted me with the cake delivered to me and have it kept at the Kitchen. Prima Lounge: Dana greeted me with e smile through her eyes (all staff are wearing facemasks) when I went to the the Prima lounge to explore. She mentioned to me the perks of the lounge such as drinks and appetizers available that day. Later that evening my husband and I went back to the lounge to experience what Dana mentioned earlier, I was very excited because I was actually celebrating my birthday yesterday and what a better way to celebrate it with free food and drinks. haha There were alcoholic drinks like red and white wine, scotch, and beers too. if you dont drink you can have sodas or juices. As for the food they have appetizers like canapes, meatballs, fruits and nuts and as well a few choices of cheeses too. Edren was very attentive and very friendly, I forgot the name of the chef but that gave me a mini birthday cake and greeted me too. I would say it was a happy birthday indeed and I thankful I spent it at Luxent. Vertigo Pool/ Bar: Jason and Dixie attended to all our needs during our dinner time at the pool, very accurate in taking our orders and assisted with our every need. Breakfast: I was not able to get the names of the staff who assisted us but everyone is very attentive and helpful, food selection is very decent I loved everything except for the chicken sausage, it tasted weird, and the texture is weird too. Check out was smooth and quick. Dana once again offered us drinks before we go, which I appreciate. The hotel itself is very nice, the room interior is very cozy, it felt vey luxurious as well We loved the bed and the pillows are super soft. Pool is huge and water is nice, 17th floor is clean and very spacious. I loved the cabanas it felt as if i was out of town and not in the middle of Timog/ Morato Area. All in all the Luxent experience was indeed very memorable and enjoyable. You guys made my birthday extra special. Kudos to the employees who work hard and make sure to take the extra mile just to assist the guests and provide the best service.

Ottenete quello che pagate. Questo è quello che mi aspettavo che un hotel di bilancio fosse. Il letto era davvero bello e confortevole. La stanza era pulita e tempestiva. Sono felice che ci fosse una tavola abbastanza buona per mettere un portatile. E 'anche molto vicino a SM Nord e terminale/MRT. Molto bel personale professionale. Quello che non mi piace di più è il rumore/sono della stanza adiacente può essere sentito a causa delle fine mura e porte. Dobbiamo ridurre la nostra voce e non era molto confortevole sentire qualcun altro dentro un'orecchio.

Sono molto veloci nel servizio in camera, purtroppo, è davvero un vecchio hotel già anche se avevano un nuovo ali e abbiamo provato prima. Abbiamo soggiornato per la notte per il compleanno di mio figlio. Non ho niente di male a dire di questo hotel. Ambiente - i massimali elevati dell'edificio hanno dato all'hotel un senso di lusso. La zona del soggiorno ha divano confortevoli; hanno un ristorante che serve stile buffet o piatto. Posizione - l'hotel è situato a Scout Castor. Ci sono ristoranti, caffè, e un negozio di comodità nelle vicinanze. Apprezzerete il silenzio dell'ambiente, soprattutto se avete bisogno di una buona notte di riposo. Camera alberghiera - abbiamo soggiornato in una camera gemella in otto piani. Mi ha sorpreso molto di quanto spaziosa la stanza fosse per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato! Ha anche un alto soffitto con finestre di lunghezza del pavimento e cortine cieche. La stanza aveva uno stile industriale moderno che io amavo tanto. Sono dotate di stazioni di riempimento d'acqua su ogni piano per evitare l'uso di bottiglie di plastica monouso. La zona della piscina era così bello.. la piscina stessa era solo circa 4 piedi profondo. Ci sono anche un soggiorno dove si può rilassarsi e godere della vista di QC. Personale - Tutti noi ci siamo incontrati l'aprile 29-30, 2023 erano super gentile e cortese! Voglio lodare i ricevitori (mi sono dimenticato di avere i loro nomi huhu) e Sir Harold per essere così gentile con noi talaga. Ero da solo con due bambini piccoli e nakikipag kwentuhan sila e nakikipagtawanan sila sa akin. Ho solo apprezzato tanto quasi questa è la prima volta che viaggiavo da solo con i miei figli. In generale, il privato QC è un posto meraviglioso e sicuramente torneremo indietro per un soggiorno più lungo. Medyo nakakagulat nga na wala masyado ospiti anche se il picco di tempo kami nag book considerando che era un lungo fine settimana pa. Questo hotel ha un cinque stelle per me! ❤️

It's not our first time to book and stay at this place, and every time, it doesn't disappoint us. Everything is a 5-star to me. From the reception area and speedy check-in system, the spacious room and amenities, and the courteous and kind hotel staff. It is located in the heart of the busy streets of Manila and very near to so many places you can roam around. Regardless if you are staying alone, with a couple or a group, this place is really a good and relax home for you. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. PROMISE, IT WILL NOT DISAPPOINT YOU!

This is the second time we are staying in this hotel. The last time was last June and we exactly had the same problem still. The last time we went here, they mentioned that wifi is not working since there's something that needs to be fixed. Fast forward to 4 months later, the lady in the front desk presented the wifi username and password but when we tried to connect, no internet still. The last time we went here, they gave us a different remote to the TV. Now, we got the right remote but lady mentioned that it's not cable TV but we can watch something thru the net. Poof. It's also not connected. The beds are comfy tho but pillows' too thin. The faucet in the sink was damaged. They don't have other amenities. Location is okay if you want to explore UST, quiapo, or divisoria. Overall, value for money, we've stayed to other hotels with way better deals than here.
