We had booked 2 rooms with my grandkids. When we checked in the rooms were on different floors, which made it difficult with our grandkids. Our room was very noisy with the highway adjoining the hotel and our room being by the elevator and ice machine. The alarm clock in the room was broken and there wasn't any conditioner in the shower (bottle was empty). There was a little bottle of lotion, that was 3/4 empty by the sink. I reported this to the front desk and they didn't seem concerned. The worst part was breakfast. We were in Manhattan for a gymnastic meet and had to leave for the gym by 8:00. We were down to breakfast at 7:00, when it was supposed to be open. We asked several times when it was open and was told ”soon”. Finally, at 7:22, it opened. However, the pancake machine and juice dispenser weren't working. After asking the girl who opened the breakfast about it, she called someone and finally got both working. Within 5 minutes everything but a very bagels and toast were gone and people were again waiting to get anything ”hot”. We finally gave up as we had to leave. No one acted even remotely concerned with all the inconveniences we were experiencing. We've stayed at other hotels in Manhattan and will go back to them in the future.

I letti sono molto buoni, ma tutto il resto è subpar, che è deludente considerando il prezzo: il lobby sembra moderno e bello, ma una volta che si inizia la strada verso le camere, si rende conto che il bello lobby era solo un'illusione. Il resto dell'hotel è costituito da bassi massimali e un'illuminazione inadeguata. Anche se non ho claustrophobia da solo, sono sicuro che le strade di questo hotel sono la miscela perfetta per farli sentire disturbati. Il personale del servizio frontale era bello, ma il personale del bar sembrava quasi infelice quando siamo arrivati. Anche se non sono abbastanza vecchio per bere, avevo visto una tavola da piscina nel bar mentre ci guardavamo intorno all'hotel. Quando i miei genitori si sono abbassati per bere, ho fatto un'etichetta con l'intenzione di giocare a pochi giri di piscina con mio padre. Purtroppo per noi, il barista mi ha informato che non mi è stato permesso giocare a piscina perché avevo 17 1/2 anni e dovete avere 18 anni per usare la tavola da piscina. Che tipo di regola è? ! Comunque, dopo essere stato vietato dal barista, mi sono seduto a scrivere questa recensione per avvertire chiunque con claustrofobia e un amore di piscina per guidare chiaramente questo hotel.
