Minor annoying problems...the door took several tries to recognize the key every time, the TV was unwatchable because the signal was so flaky, the hvac unit would annoyingly cycle on and off way too frequently, and the shower drain was partially clogged.

I was on the bottom floor, and I was awoken at 5:30 from what sounded like bowling on the floor above me. It wasn’t just the room above, it was everything. I could hear entire conversations. It didn’t stop. Also, the tv only stayed on for 30-45 seconds at a time and shut off then back on and off continually. When I went to leave, early bc of the noise, no one was at the desk to even speak to.

Good for a one-night stay. Room price is reasonable, however it is quite dated. Little things, no elevator, legs have been removed from reclining chairs in several rooms, low bulb brightness in several bathrooms. Carpet was stained in the room I occupied. however the bed was comfortable

At first, the key we were given would not work but the employee can to our room and finally the key worked.

My room had an unfortunate odor, was missing furniture and the bathroom had dull lighting and outdated fixtures. There is no elevator. On the plus side, there was a room coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. It is definitely time for major updates to this facility.

Hotel is aged and run down. Properties age, that is to be expected. But keeping them clean and in good working order should also be expected. Dripping faucets, non-working recliner, disgustingly dirty office chair, non-working outlets, I would definitely not stay there again. Price for a king room was $186 with all fees, it should at least be clean for that price.

It was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. $285 for one night. I tried to get a refund when we saw the room but the staff said no. The carpet in the lobby is nasty. There is one outlet in the room. The curtains are barely hanging. We had no where else to go and thought about just sleeping in our car. The traffic noise is unbelievable. We slept without using the blankets and did not walk on the floor without shoes. Just praying for daylight.

This was a nice place to rest my head after work the female evening desk clean was exceptional. Although I would not stay there again due to housekeeping failing to knock before entering my room & then standing in the door for minutes while I was in a state of undress. I was planning to extend my stay before this incident... Then when I remarked about it on check out the male front desk attendant tried to make it my fault their staff entered the room unannounced. 10 out of 10 would not recommend to anyone!

This motel was totally fine for our quick weekend stay, especially with sold out accommodations throughout Manhattan. Parking, check-in, and access was convenient. Overall, very standard quality with good customer service throughout our stay.
Despite this, several bed bugs were found in our room and it was unclear how this was mitigated throughout the rest of the rooms. We essentially had to pack up and head back to Kansas City immediately and was assured that a we would be assessed a refund, which we are currently working through with management.
