Hotel in zona One Stop, Manchester

L'hotel è molto vicino al centro della città. La camera è molto accogliente, pulita e spaziosa. Il personale dell'hotel era davvero bello e utile anche. L'hotel è esattamente quello che si aspetta da un hotel Marriott - tutto è semplicemente perfetto e accogliente. Raccomanderò a chiunque resti a Manchester per una vacanza.

Il nostro hotel è stato aperto alla notte di un Rick Astley Concert. È stato un posto eccellente e dopo l'evento si è verificato che solo gli ospiti di buona fede sono stati ammessi all'edificio. La stanza era pulita e tranquilla (anche se la demografia per Rick Astley era per lo più coppie medievali!). La stanza era ben attrezzata, ma il colazione era buona (è un peccato che non facciano altro che uova schiacciate, ma non messe in tasca). Quando siamo arrivati, la stanza era calda, perché il riscaldamento era stato fissato a 22 gradi. Presto si e' raffreddato quando l'abbiamo spento e aperto una finestra. Anche la lavatrice non aveva sapone, quindi abbiamo usato i capelli e il lavastoviglie.

La stanza era bella e tempestiva, aria condizionata. La posizione è molto vicina alla fermata del tram, a circa 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. È possibile raggiungere il centro della città in 5 minuti a piedi dal tram. La ricezione era davvero carina, ho perso il mio tasca nel bagno degli hotel e hanno potuto trovarla di nuovo per me che è davvero apprezzato. Ci sono tè gratuito fornito anche nel lobby. Buona permanenza in generale, è consigliato!

La camera, i servizi e il colazione erano magnifici. Il personale era assolutamente brillante e molto utile. L'intera esperienza era brillante. Mi consiglierei con piacere questo splendido hotel a chiunque.

Arrived at 1pm as was going to leave my cases at hotel. However I was given a free early check-in as my room was already available. The staff member on the front desk was lovely, explained the city tax to me also. My room was perfect for a solo traveller, very clean, nice and quiet, there was a menu in the room for the bar next door which you can access from the hotel, they also do breakfast in the morning. All in all a very pleasant stay, and will stay again.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una notte. Era convenientemente situato. Il personale della reception era gentile e ha fatto quello che doveva fare come hotel. L'hotel è un po' datato, soprattutto la moquette in camera. La stanza era un po' soffocante e il tappeto aveva dei segni strani. A parte questo, l'hotel fornisce tè, latte e zucchero gratuiti, conosci le nozioni di base in camera. Soggiorno piacevole nel complesso

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. Location is quiet yet served by various bus and light rail lines. Only takes 12 mins (4 stops) to get to St Peter's Square. Parking is available at a cost and spaces are sometimes not enough. Front desk staff were not particularly demonstrating professional customer service even though questions were answered. The appearance of staff working with one shoe off behind the counter was not too appealing as the first thing a customer would see entering the hotel. Rooms were OK. Shower screen could be longer though. Complimentary bottled water replenished every day is a plus. Beds were on the soft side and squeaky. Closet was not big enough. Breakfast was served in the lounge. People were talking loudly and they did not seem to care. Food variety was standard but the cooked food was not even warm even though they were served in those buffet style hotplates. Most cooked food was tasteless. First time having a grilled sausage tasting so plain. The table waiting staff were not professional. Tables were not cleaned by only wiped with the same cloth all morning. Utensils, cups and plates were collected as if they were rushing to call it the day. The exceptions to this behaviour were the young lady and polite gentleman who both wore blue uniform. All others should follow these two staff who truly demonstrated what hospitality is. The gym was next to my room and it got quite noisy when guests were weight lifting. The library looks nice with music and free hot drinks. I may stay in this hotel again but would like to see a marked improvement in service delivery.

Mi sono divertito il mio soggiorno qui. E' uno dei più carini che ho soggiornato a nord. Alcuni problemi come il letto non è stato fatto in camera ma era ancora un soggiorno decente e la microonde e internet gratis rende il soggiorno piacevole.

Such a amazing place to stay breakfast all night. Really good to view  very friendly and helpful staff went to the game tomorrow. Love the fact they even give you a full mini fridge and overall design

Ho solo dovuto scrivere un commento sul mio soggiorno qui. Beh ... questo era il mio terzo hotel in 4 notti di viaggio. Era anche il più economico, e l'unico che avevo avuto paura! Oh, quanto potevo essere sbagliato! Dal momento in cui sono entrato, il ricevitore è stato così amichevole e utile. Benvenuto, gentile e professionale. Ho chiesto se c'era un frigo che potessi usare per immagazzinare alcuni prodotti alimentari che viaggiavo con e che mi hanno gentilmente messo in zona di personale per me durante la notte. Non potevo fare abbastanza per aiutare. L'hotel si sente più come un nuovo ostello moderno che un hotel. La vibrazione nella zona comunale si sentiva molto come un ostello classico. Era caldo, amichevole e accogliente. Il tè e il caffè liberi erano grandi. La colazione era solo continentale, che non avevo capito. Le camere sono molto piccole, come avevo previsto, ma funzionali, abbondante di socche da carico, buona doccia calda con attrezzature. Quando sono arrivato alla stazione al terminal 1, volando dal terminal 1 il giorno dopo, è un passo con sacchetti pesanti. Non c'è autobus o alternativa per arrivare al terminal 1, solo il collegamento Skylink. Sarebbe stato bello, ma gli scalatori che si muovono sul collegamento sono stati spostati. Quando ho chiesto al personale dell’hotel di non lavorare per mesi. Non so perché, ma avrebbe reso più facile il viaggio dall'hotel, quindi era una vergogna. In generale, un soggiorno molto buono e inaspettato. Per il prezzo, mi fermerò di nuovo. Grazie a tutti i dipendenti per un tale piacevole benvenuto.
