I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Brooklyn in Manchester and I'm thrilled to share my experience. This hotel not only met but exceeded my expectations, making my visit truly memorable. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by warm and professional staff. The service here is top-notch. Every member of the staff was attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They exemplify the essence of great hospitality. A small yet impactful moment came when we realised we had forgotten our toothpaste. Without hesitation, we called room service, and to our pleasant surprise, before we even got back to our room, the toothpaste was there waiting for us. It's these small details and quick responses that set Hotel Brooklyn apart. The breakfast at Hotel Brooklyn deserves a special mention. It was nothing short of fantastic. The variety and quality of food offered were impressive. From fresh pastries and cereals to a range of hot food, every item was delicious and well-prepared. It's a perfect start to the day, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. Our room was a blend of comfort and style. It was well-appointed, clean, and spacious with a cozy and inviting ambiance. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day exploring Manchester. Hotel Brooklyn in Manchester is a gem. The hotel is only a short walk from Piccadilly station giving in great access to the trains. Its recent renovation really gives the hotel a clean trendy feel. Our room was spacious and equipped with everything you would need. The king bed and the pull out were comfortable. The bathroom is surprisingly large with lots of room if you need it. Breakfast was simple, but top quality from the hot to the cold options. Great stay.

Well located hotel for my business trip and good facilities. Lovely large room, comfortable and quiet. Good for short stay. Just small bits of feedback...I was given a disabled room and thought the emergency pull was located too close to the toilet roll holder but loved having a large wet room style shower room. I found the sheets a tad hard and duvets too hot for me so a blanket would have been handy. I'd stay again and recommend it as overall ticked a lot of boxes.

The hotel is very near the Glasgow cathedral. We can walk to the viewpoint easley in the downtown. The breakfast was very rich and very good. But the hotel recommend 's car park Q parking was very difficult to drive to. If you use Google map, it will lead you to drive in the Bus lane. I drive 3 cycle but failure arrived to the entrance. It was our time to find the carpark. However, I found another carpark nearby, the price even more cheaper, it was only charged £10 for twenty four hours. The Q parking would need £16 a day.

Stavo per 3 notti con mia moglie, un hotel generale bello e piaceva.Le cose che ci piacevano; il personale era utile e amichevole, l'estetica dell'hotel era grande, le camere grandi e ben progettate, il bar e la barbecue sono molto bello con buon cibo. Le cose che avrebbero potuto essere migliori; il colazione alberghiero non è grande e non vale la pena contro gli altri, la diffusione continentale è stata minima e pascoli di scarsa qualità, solo una volta che lì si decise di mangiare in altri luoghi fuori hotel per il resto della mattina. Anche la caldaia nella nostra stanza non funzionava, noi la chiamavamo e nessuno si presentava mai per risolvere o sostituire. Anche c'era un odore di bruciare dalla doccia/spazzola che era molto forte, la doccia era sporca. Le piccole cose che possono essere facilmente rettificate con un po' di più attenzione al dettaglio.

L'hotel era in una posizione fantastica. La camera era di buona dimensione. buone strutture.

The hotel room is clean and tidy. Staff are friendly. In terms of location, it’s few minutes walk from the bus and tram station, as well as next to a supermarket. The down side is although there is lift, you have to walk half floor of stairs to reach the reception or the room which is a bit weird and inconvenient with luggage.

È molto vicino alla stazione di Oxford. L'hotel è proprio dietro l'angolo. È molto vicino al centro città e all'Università di Manchester. Il letto è molto comodo, molto morbido e ordinato. I cuscini sono della giusta altezza, ma il comodino è un po' piccolo. Sono molto soddisfatto dell'edificio di 15 piani. Il lato lontano dalla pista è ben isolato. Potete parlare con la reception quando scegliete una camera. Alla reception è disponibile un quotidiano. Il servizio della reception è molto entusiasta. Qualcuno controllerà la tessera della camera alla porta dell'hotel a mezzanotte. La sicurezza è buona. È solo che nell'introduzione si dice che ci sono dentifricio e spazzolino da denti, ma non è così. Inoltre, viene fornito con balsamo, shampoo e gel doccia tre in uno. Se hai esigenze particolari, ricordati di portarli tu.

The hotel it’s literally a 5 minute walk away from the taxi area of Manchester Piccadilly station. It’s worth knowing the hotel has two entrance where only is highlighted on most map apps. The room was good, the bed is incredibly comfortable with pillows that a little too soft for me. All in all a great room. I skipped the breakfast option and Pollen Kampus is around the corner and have a lot of great pastry and good coffee as well as being having some great brunch options. My only gripe is someone was smoking on the floor I was on, as I got close to my room it got stronger. I told the front desk and all that was said is the hotel manager will get in touch. This experience will prevent me from booking again. I mention this as I have to be fair to my experience.
