Excellent , great position of hotel especially for us , centralised for all amenities, food and socializing in hotel great , great experience will definitely go back .

Location of the Hotel was absolutely perfect, about 5 minutes walk to the city centre. The service staff was really friendly and one staff even took the opportunity to chat with us about out trip there. The breakfast buffet was good and it is the same menu across the entire chain of hotels from Manchester to Edinburgh so it did get a bit bored and we eventually decided to stop having breakfast at the restaurant due to the lack of variation. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per tre giorni e il punto di forza principale è sicuramente la posizione: si trova di fronte alla Manchester Cathedral, a pochi passi dal centro commerciale Arndale e vicino alla fermata del tram Exchange Square, comoda per raggiungere l’aeroporto in circa 50 minuti. L’hotel è pulito e offre un servizio di check-in e check-out digitale, con il check-in disponibile dalle 15:00 e il check-out entro le 12:00. Al nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti da una persona molto gentile e disponibile, un ottimo inizio per il soggiorno. La camera è molto spaziosa, ma priva di un armadio chiuso e con moquette a terra. Non è presente il frigobar. Il bagno, sebbene non molto grande, è comunque comodo. Tuttavia, è sprovvisto di bidet e ha una vasca con soffione fisso, senza doccetta, e una tendina di plastica. Nel complesso, lo consiglio se non si hanno eccessive pretese.

Stayed here before because of its location but the Bar area is in need of a Refurbishment badly we had a drink in there after we had been out for a meal, there was 4 other people in there, tables were sticky and wet seats are ripped, my wife went to the Toilet and there was Blood on the seat the Gents were not much better dirty despite the check card on the back of the door being signed at 9pm to say they were clean, time for a different Hotel in Manchester next time.

Excellent hotel. Perfect location for exploring Manchester. Car park secure. Breakfast amazing and the rooms so lovely and clean. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Manchester. Bar area lovely and staff so welcoming and friendly. Would definitely return.

Brilliant stay here for a Peter Kay event at the AO arena ,staff brilliant and very helpful, food good especially for the convenience and price ,very clean room was airy and spacious and a great location for the Arena would stay again in an instance

Always a good stay, value for money, can't complain really. Went with friends for the Manchester run, stayed over had a good time, nice and chilled. The only bad thing is like everywhere is the bar prices for what you are getting. But when in Manchester will always use this premier inn, stayed about 5 or a times now over the years

Excellent staff friendly and helpful rooms comfortable and breakfast menexcellent. Clean and tidy peaceful and quiet very handy for the city center and all transport. Would stay again and recommend to others. All over a good stay.**†***

Second stay at this hotel, it's very good, great location for the arena and shopping, lovely big room, one lift was not working, good value for money, staff were very helpful, check in was better than other ones i have been to, 2 staff helping, theses machines on the walls seemed to work better than in other Premier Inn's. The parking was good at £8 per night, the big problem was people were parking everywhere, not in spaces, so blocking people in making driving round and out dangerous, there were signs everywhere saying there are fines if you were not in a proper marked space, so i hope they get fined as it was causing problems for some people, there was another car park literally across the road, they should have parked there, great stay overall, will stay again.

Louis was lovely, cheerful and polite on the bar. Poor guy was on his own but still smiling. He explained timings for the bar, asked about our evening and made sure we had somewhere to sit even though it was busy. Thanks Louis, keep up the good work!

Would like the thank all the team for our stay especially the Duty manager on shift on check in on the 8th and morning or the 9th. Sorry didn't catch your name. Breakfast was lovely fresh and topped up regularly. Room was fresh and clean Only issue were taxi due to football and olly concert but team member tried his best to sort it with them. Thank you all we will be back

Great location. Very clean and great price. Room is very comfortable and comfortable and good size. Staff are lovely especially Louie who is amazing, very helpful and friendly! Food is great. I will definitely be back again! Thank you very much!

Hotel is in an ideal location and close to city centre, despite the address. Car park is abit of right off, was metal fences everywhere that had blown over so cars finding it hard to move so not ideal. All staff were lovely and helpful me check in on the machines, was only here for work so didn't need all the bells and whistles. Was a good stay
