Veniamo da Montana per la laurea di mia nonna La nostra soggiorno di 5 giorni era grande. Le camere sono un po' date ma molto pulite eravamo al piano inferiore di fronte alla piscina. La camera era molto tranquilla senza rumore dalle camere circostanti. Parcheggio ampio, vicino ai ristoranti, stazione di gas, Hwy 301 con facile accesso agli shopping. La tariffa era grande, rendeva il nostro viaggio super conveniente. Ci è piaciuto la vista sul lago Lovelee, l'hotel ha offerto coupons per i ristoranti vicini che erano molto benvenuti. Il manager era un po' corto con mia figlia e ho sentito che lei o qualcuno vicino poteva aver alimentato l'alligatore che viveva sul lago. So che erano poco occupati, e poteva essere un po' sopravvalutato. Non sono sicuro dell'alligatore, ma ho avuto un bel video quando mi ha visto nuotare proprio per me. C'è una pendenza che si separa dal lago, quindi mi sentivo abbastanza sicuro. Non mangiare gli alligatori e penso che questo sarebbe un posto per stare.

we stayed there all week with the family and we did hear the same from other people overall hotel/room condition is fine, with only one issue, they don't clean the rooms during your stay, you ask them to clean, they would say it will be clean and it is not. We talked to front office manager Mickhaelia and she said if you don't like, you can go to different hotel. pool is dirty with cigarette butts floating in there when kids ask for the pool towel, they said we all out, and when my wife came to Mickhaelia to complain about pool towel, same answer, go to different hotel if you don't like here??? well, if you don't have pool towells, please give bath towels the hot water they put for tea, had a coffee smell and light coffee color, meaning it wasn't washed after coffee. the hotel not worth money of what we paid for it, the noise is loud more from the street then from airport, I would say if no other choice, you can stay here, if you have other options, use them and breakfast is not as good, one day they was out of Plain bagels and one day out of cereal(the colored one),

The resort was conveniently located on the beach and the decor was nice. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. The bar tenders and most of the staff was very friendly. There was one front desk girl with painted on eyebrows that was not so much. The electrical and equipment/fixtures were another story. The first night was like we were staying in a low budget hotel, and nothing really changed. We arrived late for check in. There was no hot water in any of the facets in our suite and no water pressure in the bathroom sink facet. The lighting fixtures above the nightstands in the bedroom would turn off and on at random times a couple times an hour. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was broken and had a mind of its own. It would speed up and slow down on its own. When it sped up too much the thing would rattle and shake and make noise during the night. The fan would also stop all the way on its own and reverse directions. Then the AC/Cooling system on the roof would turn on and vibrate and hum in our room off and on all night. Not peaceful at all! It was like we were staying in a haunted low budget hotel. When I woke up in the morning (if I slept), my phone was dead even though I had it plugged into the convenient phone charger on the nightstand. I brought these issues up to the front desk the next morning and they sent maintenance staff up to our room. The breaker was tripped on the hot water tank, so that was resolved, and we had no more problems with water temp. The phone charger on the nightstand was not plugged in behind the nightstand and this was fixed. We were told: All of the bathroom sinks had the same facet and no water pressure. There was nothing he could do about it. The lights above the nightstand had some sort of sensor that he could not adjust. After he left, I tried waving my hand around to activate this sensor and the lights never responded to my action but would still turn off and on at random times a couple times an hour. He also said he did not have an answer for the fan or had no control over the noise level of the AC/Cooling system on the roof. We stayed there 4 nights with blinking lights and a haunted fan in the bedroom and had to put up with the noisy AC/Cooling system. Worst (4) nights of sleep in my life. I also received a $75.00 parking citation for parking the golf cart the wrong direction in the parking lot, which was a dead end. I was told I could park there by the front desk, but never told I had to be facing a certain direction. Love the Florida beaches, but will stay elsewhere next time.

The room was spacious and clean. Every staff person we encountered was helpful and personable. The beach is a short walk right across the street, and numerous restaurants to choose from are also within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Le strutture interne delle camere dell'hotel sono vecchie ma ordinate. La posizione è buona, ma il traffico nelle stanze vicino alla strada causa molto rumore. La piscina all'aperto e il bar al piano di sotto hanno una bella atmosfera, ma un po' rumorosa

Mentre questo è un hotel più vecchio, (pinto su pittura) abbiamo trovato la posizione era grande, sulla passeggiata acqua, grande piscina e tubo caldo. Il personale non poteva essere più piacevole e accogliente. Usavamo la suite con due adulti e tre bambini. Il letto di divano non è male (il suo letto di divano), due regine erano comode, noi lo amavamo.
