Il soggiorno è molto pulito e dispone di tutte le attrezzature che vi servono per il giorno.Il personale è molto amichevole e utile a tutto. La posizione è grande per un passo attraverso la città.Vorrei tornare per un altro soggiorno.

Felicito al hotel Krystal Urban Ciudad Juárez. La gente muy amable desde q llegas a recepción. La gerente general muy atenta y pendiente de que la estancia sea placentera. El hotel muy limpio al igual q la habitación. La comida Deliciosa, los mejores chilaquiles y sopa de tortilla q he comido en México. Lo recomiendo ampliamente

E 'il migliore di tutti gli hotel, attraversando la strada rimane il consolato, il centro commerciale, gli esami medici, non si deve prendere i taxi e non c'è modo di perdere, si può arrivare ovunque camminando e in tre minuti, il male: Sento un odore super cattivo (a drenaggio, sembra che entra fuori) la stanza non si sente impeccabile quando arriva, le cuscinetti odore male, e non c'è pulizia giornaliera!!! Il prezzo è accessibile.

No necesitas ir a ningún otro hotel en chihuahua, Qui está todo en orden, muy muy muy limpio pero lo más importante es que Carlos Vazquez, el gerente te va a recibir como nadie te va a recibir TAN BIEN en un hotel. Es un tipo amable y profesional que de la manera más amena te puede solucionar todo lo que pidas. Es un hotel muy bonito y funcional. Además de excelente ubicación. Cuando vengan se darán cuenta.

Let me start with the negative points. Most hotels I stay at provide refrigerators in all rooms. For some crazy reason, this one does not have them in rooms with 2 queen beds. The only way I could get us a room with a fridge for our party of 3 adults was to book one with one king bed and a sofabed, which I did. (For future visits, I really wish they’d put refrigerators in the other rooms.) When we returned to the hotel after dinner and a show at 10:20 p.m., and we started getting ready for bed, we realized that the sofa bed had nothing for sleeping—no sheets, no blanket, and no pillows! I called the front desk. They said they would send someone up. However, they called back and said the people who could handle that had left. I said we could make up the bed if they would provide what we needed, but they said they did not have the sheets, etc. Over the next 40 minutes, there were three or four calls, during which we were offered to move to another room (who wants to do that just as you are getting ready for bed?), and the room still would not have what we needed! Or we could have 2 queens but no refrigerator. They even offered an “upgrade” from the “deluxe room” we had to a suite, but it would still have one king plus a sofabed with NO SHEETS, NO BLANKET, and NO PILLOWS! Finally, around 11:00 an employee arrived with a set of sheets, blanket, and pillows. He and I made the bed together. If, when I called the first time, they had said, “We’re sorry,” and immediately sent up what we needed, I would have been a little annoyed, but not so much. But spending 40 minutes in complicated negotiations in a foreign language is not my idea of settling down to go to sleep. I thought they owed us a rate reduction for the inconvenience, and I requested that the next morning. My request was passed on to the manager. When we checked out (after 2 nights), I learned the answer was no. The desk clerk said that manager had said it was not the hotel’s responsibility to have beds ready for guests(!), “we are not a full-service hotel,” and that they had had no idea that we would need the sofabed. (The reservation was for three adults. Did they think we would have a ménage à trois in the regular bed?) Other than the above, everything else was great! This is a new hotel. Everything in the room and public areas looked brand new. The mattress and pillows in the regular bed were very comfortable. My friend reported that comfort in the sofabed was so-so. Lots of light in the bathroom, and the shower was great. I would describe the fridge as half-size, larger that most hotel refrigerators; it even had a small freezer. Location is excellent, much closer to the border (think taxi fares!) than the hotels near the U.S. consulate. Some excellent restaurants, including Rocco Cantabria, are a few minutes’ walk away. There is a small Oxxo convenience store at the gas station across the street, and a Farmacias Guadalajara location a few blocks away (which we did not visit) is open

Tutto normale. Non male rimanere qui. Molti ristoranti intorno e facile da trovare cibo.

Escellenza! Ho frequentato la formazione dal mio lavoro e sono rimasto in questo fantastico hotel. La remodelazione è fantastica e le camere sono super comode. La cosa più importante su questo hotel è il servizio, la qualità e l'attenzione che il capo Carmen fornisce a tutti gli ospiti della zona di colazione. Sarò certamente presto di ritorno e consiglierò questo hotel a tutti i miei conoscenti. Excelencia! Ho assistito alle abilitazioni del mio lavoro e ho ospitato in questo fantastico hotel. La ristrutturazione è incredibile e le camere super confortevoli. Il più importante di questo hotel è il servizio, la qualità e l'attenzione che il capo Carmen offre a tutti gli ospiti della zona di colazione. Certamente ritornerò presto e lo consiglierò.

Me hospedé 4 noches en este hotel por un viaje de trabajo; al llegar, como es la moda por esta ”nueva normalidad”, me recibió un doctor, o espero que lo sea, y tomó temperatura y una dosis de gel anti-bacterial; en recepción la Srta. muy amable y con atención rápida me asignó mi habitación. Me pareció algo raro ver el área destinada al comedor sin mesas ni sillas y con las luces apagadas, no se, me dio una imagen no muy agradable, quizá pudiera apostar por acondicionar con algunas macetas y plantas de ornato y encender una parte de las luminarias... En cuanto a la habitación, es agradable, una cama bastante cómoda, un escritorio para trabajar, una TV con señal de cable, dicho sea de paso, muy pocos canales y ninguno con noticias locales, supongo para que los huéspedes no veamos las noticias malas de la ciudad. El servicio de Internet muy bueno. Lo que no estaba tan bueno fueron los desayunos, que por el tema de esta pandemia del SARS-CoV-2 pues se tiene el formato de que es llevado a la habitación, quizá esto sea la causa de que llegue algo frío y pues no sepa tan rico como al estar en el comedor. En general tuve una estancia muy agradable, es un hotel muy recomendable en el cuál hosped****.

The staff was so helpful. I love the room so clean. I love how so elegante the lobby is. Also they speak English too. The breakfast was so good. Also the bar made great drinks i like the bloody marie highly recommend. You know I think it is a good idea to use your door key to turn on your electricity in your room

Il personale era molto gentile, amichevole e conosciuto. Le camere sono molto basilari per il prezzo. Inoltre, c'era una luce rotta nella stanza. Posero lo specchio di vanità in una posizione strana che era troppo alta per usare. La piscina e il tubo caldo erano sul tetto e sono bellissimi, ma il riscaldatore della piscina era rotto, così era troppo freddo per nuotare nella piscina. Inoltre, il tubo caldo era sporco. Ho lamentato a Davide e lui ha cercato di riparare il tubo caldo e di pulirlo. Il colazione dei ristoranti era tutto a posto. Non era buono o cattivo. Il bar era ok, ma non sapevano come fare alcune bevande. L'hotel è probabilmente situato in uno dei migliori luoghi, ma l'hotel ha bisogno di un sacco di lavoro. Inoltre, il sito ha detto che avevano una sala dirigenziale, ma non lo hanno fatto.

This hotel was so safe to have my family over we love the service and installations crew and it was covenant to apple we across the street and more!! My family was plesent and happy thanks Hilton always the best service!

L'ambiente è bellissimo, anche la sicurezza è molto buona, c'è di tutto per mangiare, bere e giocare vicino all'hotel, la colazione è ricca di nutrimento e ci sono molte scelte, l'unico neo è la rete lenta, spero che la prossima volta ci tornerò

If you’re rolling through Chihuahua to the USA, may I suggest this pet friendly hotel right off the main highway. This old City Express got a nice facelift and renovation. Super clean and comfortable rooms with hardwood floors, soft sheets and good quality pillows. A full breakfast per person is included in your stay and is available at 6am. The pet fee is $500 pesos (approx $25 usd). Special thanks to Jesus, the manager at the time of our check in, who was helpful with some dinner suggestions and border crossing routes.

Nos sentimos en casa, la habitación que nos asignaron muy espaciosa (309), el servicio de AyB muy bueno y variado, el room service y mantenimiento (lo ocupamos por una barra fundida) muy eficientes, las instalaciones y limpieza del hotel impecables, los chicos de recepción súper atentos y es que el hotel estaba con ocupación al 100%, Gracias por su hospitalidad

L'esperienza è stata in generale buona, rispetto al costo del servizio ritengo che sia accettabile. Il luogo è molto ben situato; forse l'unica cosa da migliorare è lo spazio dove si serve la colazione, è insufficiente.
