Camere con arredamento basico, abbiamo trovato tracce di dentifricio nel lavabo. Aria condizionata solo a pagamento. La cucina lascia a desiderare, a volte si ha l'imbarazzo della Non scelta. Frutta inesistente, se vuoi c'è il gelato nelle vaschette. Molte stanze sono raggiungibili tramite infiniti scalini. Posso confermare che offre: - la piscina per adulti e per bambini con il chiosco presso il quale avere dei drink gratuiti. - parcheggio gratuito adiacente all'hotel. - uscendo verso sinistra (a qualche minuto a piedi) c'è la spiaggia. - uscendo verso destra ci sono diversi ristorantini, supermarket, locali con musica, ecc.

Hotel economico ma...datato, camere poco curate, pulizia quasi inesistente, aria condizionata a pagamento, bagnoschiuma a disposizione solo per due giorni max di soggiorno, (poi te lo devi comprare) finestre senza zanzariere, l hotel e' circindato da migliaia di cicale che aggiungendosi alla musica dei locali notturni fino alle 5 del mattino, rendono il riposo difficile. Il cibo si alternava, a volte mangiabile altre volte davvero pessimo. Frutta inesistente, non riesco a capirne il motivo. In una settimana all inclusive non è stata mai servita. L unica cosa che si salva è la piscina con il suo bar e il fatto che si posso raggiungere la spiaggia a pochi minuti di camminata.

Albergo in tipico stile greco, semplice e al contempo comodo e completo di tutti i comfort, lontano dalla tipologia degli hotel "anonimi", questo infatti mi ha fatto sentire subito " a casa". Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile a venirti incontro, la mia camera era semplicemente fantastica, con un balcone arieggiato dove poter rilassarsi o prendere un caffè al pomeriggio. La cucina, a buffet, è molto varia e cucinata alla perfezione. Un grazie speciale a Iana e Ria della reception, sempre sorridenti e disponibili per ogni richiesta.

Economico e molto pulito albergo nel centro di malia, vicino il mare (3 minuti a piedi) e i club. Il personale è molto gentile, il cibo è abbastanza bene (per quello che pagi) ed illimitato vino 🍷 😄. Nonostante foster in centro è molto calmo. Siamo molto soddisfatti!

La stanza avrebbe potuto essere pulita meglio, ma il cestino della spazzatura è stato portato fuori ogni giorno. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, piscina pulita. La posizione è vicino al centro della città e alla spiaggia. Il piatto era delizioso. Abbiamo apprezzato la sistemazione.

Non so come riesci a rovinare la pasta, ma costringi l'hotel Triton a farlo. I bastoncini di pesce erano grigi. Un lato del kebab era rosa, l'altro lato era bianco. Il pane era raffermo. Il formaggio ha quello che immagino abbia il sapore del vomito. Il ragazzo al bar era comunque benedetto.

Vorrei raccomandare il soggiorno al Triton Hotel a Malia, Creta. Siamo stati lì due settimane: io, mio ​​marito e la nostra bambina dell'asilo, e ci siamo trovati davvero bene! È stato molto più di un soggiorno in un bell'albergo in un bel paese. Gli interni dell'hotel sono eleganti, puliti, presso la reception potrete rilassarvi e godervi l'atmosfera balneare accompagnata da belle foto. La nostra camera aveva un utile balcone, letti comodi, armadio, comodini, toletta con un grande specchio, sedie, tutto il necessario (e anche frigorifero e cassaforte, aria condizionata, TV...). La nostra camera veniva pulita ogni giorno, c'erano asciugamani nuovi e profumati, i letti erano fatti e puliti, il bagno veniva pulito ogni giorno, la spazzatura veniva portata fuori. La signora è stata molto gentile. Nel ristorante qui c'era cibo delizioso sia della cucina greca che internazionale, un'ottima scelta di carne (pesce sia a pranzo che a cena!, frutti di mare, pollo, maiale, agnello...), tutti i contorni, contorni di verdure, verdure fresche, formaggio, frutta: anguria, arancia così rinfrescante!, dessert, varietà di bevande rinfrescanti, vino e birra, acqua e 6 tipi di gelato. L'hotel è situato nella posizione ideale a Malia, in un piacevole ambiente montano, vicino alla grande spiaggia di sabbia, e l'hotel dispone di due grandi piscine - una delle quali profonda 40 cm - ideali per far giocare i bambini, ci sono taverne, negozi, bar vicino all'hotel ma non sarai mai disturbato da discoteche rumorose quando vuoi riposarti in hotel. Anche i giardini sono belli: puoi sentire il profumo degli alberi di limoni, guardare i fiori in fiore e le immagini dei luoghi cretesi e delle bellezze naturali. Ma qual è il massimo: lo staff si tratta a vicenda e tu come un membro della loro famiglia. Si prendono davvero cura di te, ti chiedono gentilmente se sei soddisfatto e se possono aiutarti con qualsiasi cosa. Discutevamo molto utilmente dei nostri piani per i viaggi, il noleggio dell'auto, qualsiasi cosa, e ci hanno aiutato molto. Malia è il luogo ideale per iniziare i tuoi viaggi a Creta! Sempre sorridente, sempre accogliente e cordiale. È stata una vacanza assolutamente perfetta che desideriamo rifare in futuro. Mille grazie!!! Amore.

I suggest everyone to spend a holiday here in Crete and, in case, to stay at the Triton Hotel. The structure seems to be ruled by a family and you will feel at home. But in Crete. The kindness and professionality of all the personnel and especially of Jana, the leader of the hotel, and of the young Amclena will conquer you. I should only criticize about the room cleaning personnel, who knocks the door and AFTER HALF SECOND opens it to enter, never minding about your eventual answer to their knocking: it can generate embarassing situations. The food is various and tasty, compliments to the cooks! In a few words: come and enjoy your staying.

It was the biggest mistake booking this hotel, tho the staff was really friendly, the room was made like a prison that was cleaned properly 2 years ago, the shower cap was defect , the lamp in the balcony didn’t work The „Wifi“ was not even useable, housekeeping did not respect any boundaries and just opened the door and woke us up to ask if we want the room cleaned, the food was terrible, even worse than the refugee camp, i threw up 3 times in 5 days only because of the food, the drinks were terrible, would not recommend, +you have to pay 8€ for the AC , and the heat is not bearable without the AC .

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD, DISGUTING, POOR AND NIGHT WORKER WITH A STRONG ATTITUDE!!!! Better remove your eyes out with a knife than needing any type of help from the front night desk. All inclusive but they don't even serve water, is a total scam and joke. I needed to get a glass of water to have a medication during the evening as everything was closed I went to the reception to get a glass of water. There is a old man without teeth, almost blind and can't hear well working there. He is disgusting!! If you ask him anything he will treat you like trash. He clearly needs to be retired, it's totally crazy that they put the worst and most unacceptable person to work during rhe night at the front desk!! In case of a emergency in the middle of the night , it's probably better to go screaming for help on the street!! Let me know even start about the disgusting dishes and the fact that the all inclusive has no drinks and you can have only at some points during the day. Never again, and if you want to have remotely good holidays just don't be cheap. Do some research and book something properly. It's better to spend more money and some time researching than not even having wifi, water and proper food on a place that is supposed all inclusive!!

I spent one week in June in Triton hotel and I was happily surprised from the service the food the stuff and the facilities. Newely renovated pool rooms ,very clean hotel in general. I came solo but for sure I will be back again with my family this summer!!!

I visited hotel with my husband for one week. It is located close to everything. The rooms are cosy and clean. The service is excellent. The food is tasty. The staff great. I will visit it again 🥰🥰!

Nice hotel quiet with the best service and staff. the food is great and the rooms standard that have been recently renovated. i really like potamos beach and the old village. i will definitely return
