Vecchi hotel ma ancora mantenuto. Camera spaziosa, grande bagno. Devo migliorare in alcuni mobili, come un gabinetto perché la porta è in pelle. Quindi c'è un evento per la stagione alta sì. Situazione molto strategica

L'hotel è vicino al MOG, uno dei più grandi Mall di Malang. Hanno anche un connettore di base da Hotel a Mall, in modo che non si bagni quando piove. La stanza dell'hotel è pulita. Se sei fortunato, si può vedere montagna dalla tua stanza. Le varietà di cibo non sono così numerose, devo cogliere per molto tempo per preparare le mie uova. Hanno buon jamu (beras kencur, sinom e kunyit asem). Se non siete mai stati a Malang, vi consiglio di rimanere in questo hotel da vicino a molti posti di pranzo come Gang Djangrik, Pecel Kawi, Bakso Presidente, ecc.

Skip this hotel and never set foot in this property, you'll thank yourself later. - The customer service and staff was really bad. They told us they'd inform us once the second room was ready but they never called us. We had to call the reception again to check the status of the room. - The owner and or management of this hotel have let this hotel into disrepair. They have closed the main escalators that was supposed to be the main entrance to get into the hotel. The interior of the hotel also looked worn and not maintained, everything fell apart and dirty. - Very noisy surrounding as it's located next to a train station.

If you'd like a hotel with a view in Malang, and centrally located inside the city, this is the hotel for you. It gives me a great value for the money. I stayed at standard twin bed room with a balcony with mountain view. The location is superb. I can walk 10-15 minutes to Kawi Street, where many restaurants located. However, a few things that can be improved. I went to the gym at 6 am, and no one there. However, AC wasn't turned on. So, after 20 minutes of intense workouts, you'll be drenched with sweat. No towel inside the gym was available. Bring your own from your room and bottle water as well. Maintenance and house keeping can be improved. I visited my sister who stayed on the 7th fl executive suite, and there was a hole in the curtain. And the room could use more deep cleaning. The bed sheets in my room can be replaced with the one without hole in it. With the years, some of the amenities could be replaced.
