Siamo arrivati prima del sole e siamo stati seduti fuori, abbiamo avuto dei cocktail fantastici durante l'ora felice, poi belle piastrelle da condividere. La posizione era un servizio eccellente, e il cibo era davvero delizioso. Il sole è stato consegnato e il club di spiaggia e piscina in fondo sembravano fare un buon lavoro. Devi pagare l'ingresso e poi si toglie la fattura, ma valeva la pena.

Il nostro soggiorno al 7 Secret è stato semplicemente perfetto! Fin dal primo momento siamo stati accolti con una gentilezza incredibile da tutto il personale. Un ringraziamento speciale va a **Dewa**, che ci ha seguito con estrema cura durante tutte le nostre cene: ogni pasto è stato una delizia, e la sua attenzione ai dettagli ha reso l'esperienza indimenticabile. Anche il **bartender** merita un elogio per i suoi drink squisiti, preparati con grande maestria. Non dimenticheremo mai quei cocktail deliziosi sorseggiati al tramonto. Un altro ringraziamento speciale va ad **Aidi**, che ci ha aiutato tantissimo con la prenotazione, facendoci sentire supportati e a nostro agio fin dal primo contatto. Consigliamo vivamente il 7 Secret per chiunque desideri una vacanza all'insegna del relax, del lusso e dell'attenzione impeccabile da parte di un team eccezionale.

This hotel has so much potential. The staff and service were amazing and super friendly. The location is isolated compared to other hotels but I loved the quiet and the sound of the waves from the balcony of my room. Half the hotel is still under renovation but my room in the other half was beautifully decorated and very clean. The restaurant menu is very limited however with a lot of things being out of stock even for simple things like beer or spirits so no cocktails are available despite having 2 bars which was disappointing. The food I did order was good though. Both the pool on the ground floor and the one on the top are beautiful and perfect to catch the sunset 🌅 Maybe next season will be better because like I said it has the potential to be excellent.

E 'un buon hotel, molto tranquillo e spazioso. Posso sentire l'onda molto chiaramente perché scelgo la spiaggia. La vista è bella. Anche il colazione è bello. Puoi ordinare il cibo se vuoi. Quando si gioca intorno alla spiaggia, la gente locale viene sempre a voi per vendere le cose, per me chi cosa ”me tempo”, è un po' annoiato. So che stanno lottando per la pandemia, ma ......

The staff at Kayana were all very polite, courteous and helpful. Each and everyone never fail to greet you when they see you. Service was tip top. Pool has some dust/sand particles and insects sometimes but it’s near a beach so maybe that’s why. Location is near the harbour and has direct access to beach which can also be accessed by the public. Good if you are planning to travel to Gili Islands. However outside the villa there is nothing much, will have to drive to go to nearest restaurant and not easy to get taxi. We had a driver who brought us everywhere. The Blues Restaurant in the villa was sufficient for us - served good food, very affordable too and overlooks beautiful view especially at sunset. The inclusive breakfast was also worth it. Have to mention that the villa is very near a mosque and the calls to prayer starts as early as 5am. We did not mind it at all though. Overall Kayana made our stay in Lombok an amazing one!

Ciao Trip.com, Grazie per averci inviato gli aggiornamenti. Ho appena ricevuto il supporto da vacanza a Lombok. General Living Asia Resort è bello e buono per rimanere in vacanza. Generale ambiente è buono e il più importante è il personale così gentile e utile. Sono arrivato lì a mezzanotte, anche il ricevitore è chiuso, ma ci stanno ancora organizzando la chiave della stanza per mezzanotte e sono riuscito a riposare bene lì! Devo stare in un altro tipo di camera, posso solo dire diverso tipo di camera diverso sentimento, sono contento di rimanere in questo resort! Il colazione qui è bello!
