L'hotel è vecchio. L'area è verde. Nè mangiare. Il caffè funziona solo al mattino. C'è un ristorante vicino. Cook delizioso ma costoso. Viaggiavano da Kuala Lumpur alla ghiandola. Così ci siamo organizzati. L'amministratore ha aiutato a comprare biglietti per la barca prima della pena di morte. Non c'era un cabinetto o un hangar nella stanza. I vestiti non erano costruiti. Il tè e il frigorifero lavoravano. A richiesta, sono state portate piastre e buste. Il condizionatore d'aria lavorava nella stanza. Abbiamo organizzato tutto. Il prezzo è buono. Abbiamo trascorso un giorno all'hotel. La spiaggia è vicina. I surfisti non raccomandavano nuoto lontano. Onde.. Dopo pranzo era un ingoio. Non è il posto migliore per gli amanti per nuotare.

The staff was incredibly attentive, with 24-hour butler service ensuring every need was met effortlessly. Whether relaxing by the infinity pool or exploring the lush surroundings, every moment was pure bliss. Truly a hidden gem in Lombok!

The staff at Kayana were all very polite, courteous and helpful. Each and everyone never fail to greet you when they see you. Service was tip top. Pool has some dust/sand particles and insects sometimes but it’s near a beach so maybe that’s why. Location is near the harbour and has direct access to beach which can also be accessed by the public. Good if you are planning to travel to Gili Islands. However outside the villa there is nothing much, will have to drive to go to nearest restaurant and not easy to get taxi. We had a driver who brought us everywhere. The Blues Restaurant in the villa was sufficient for us - served good food, very affordable too and overlooks beautiful view especially at sunset. The inclusive breakfast was also worth it. Have to mention that the villa is very near a mosque and the calls to prayer starts as early as 5am. We did not mind it at all though. Overall Kayana made our stay in Lombok an amazing one!

Abbiamo avuto il soggiorno più bello e rilassante a Jeeva Klui. Da quando siamo arrivati siamo stati così benvenuti e tutto questo è proseguito. Le camere, le strutture, il bagno e il cibo erano tutti eccellenti, tutto era stato pensato, ma è il personale che rende questo resort speciale. Il personale del front desk, erano così utile e Ken, Komang, Dini e Windri, ci ricorderemo della vostra cura, gentilezza e autenticità, davvero lo faceste un soggiorno per ricordare.

Thanks for send us updates. I was just backed from holiday in Lombok. Overall Living Asia resort is nice and good to stay for vacation. Overall environment is good and the most importantly the staff is so polite and helpful. I arrived there in the midnight, even receptionist is closed but they still arrange the room key for us in the midnight and I managed take good rest there! I have to stay in different room type, just can say different room type different feel, I satisfied staying in this resort! The breakfast here is nice!

A wonderful restful 2 night stay at this quaint hotel. The room was very clean with a very comfy king size bed and good pillows. It has a bar fridge which was very handy and also a kettle for tea and coffee. The Wi-Fi was good and easy to connect. The bathroom was clean with reasonable water pressure and hot water was reliable. Towels were clean and fresh. Swimming pool is large and great to refresh and do laps. Staff were incredibly attentive and were are standby for any requests. The cafe served really good food. Beach is across the road and great for sunset. Only thing this hotel needs is a bit more colour other wise a great stay. All in all good value for money. Thank you to all staff and management I will be back 🙏

Questo hotel ha così tante potenzialità. Il personale e il servizio erano fantastici e super amichevole. La posizione è isolata rispetto ad altri hotel, ma mi piaceva il silenzio e il suono delle onde dal balcone della mia stanza. La metà dell'hotel è ancora in fase di rinnovamento, ma la mia stanza nell'altra metà era ben decorata e molto pulita. Il menu del ristorante è molto limitato, con molte cose fuori di stock anche per cose semplici come birra o spiriti, quindi non ci sono cocktail, nonostante avesse 2 bar che erano deludenti. Sia la piscina sul pavimento che quella sulla parte superiore sono bellissimi e perfetti per catturare il sole 🌅 Forse la prossima stagione sarà meglio perché come ho detto, ha il potenziale di essere eccellente.

UUtente ospiteSiamo arrivati prima del sole e siamo stati seduti fuori, abbiamo avuto dei cocktail fantastici durante l'ora felice, poi belle piastrelle da condividere. La posizione era un servizio eccellente, e il cibo era davvero delizioso. Il sole è stato consegnato e il club di spiaggia e piscina in fondo sembravano fare un buon lavoro. Devi pagare l'ingresso e poi si toglie la fattura, ma valeva la pena.

UUtente ospiteThere was another persons hair on the bedsheets and the shower could have been scrubbed. The hotel was ok for the price and the staff were friendly enough. But cleanliness wasn’t great and the rooms ok the left side of the hallway upstairs have neighbours on a higher rooftop seating area able to see into your room (there is privacy glass but only on the bottom of the window).
