Service quite bad & low, but wld'nt complaint much at this price. But I feel that the cleanliness can be better & improved as the overall outlook is old but still ok. Housekeeping did not do a good job as they did not manage to change the wet cloth for flooring & on the last day, housekeeping did not come up to do housekeeping though we have indicated a housekeeping switch was on - your staff said we put DND, in which we did not. We truly did indicated housekeeping switch but I believe your staff have missed our room for housekeeping during our last night stay which is a disappointment. Overall, ok average stay only if you're looking for a temporary stay. Would not recommend for family/w elderly onboard. Ohh lastly, no hangers in the wardrobe for the 2N stay but last night have hangers when they changed room for us as there's no housekeeping at tt moment. Phone in the room aso can't be use at all even though the line is connected but easily plugged out, so is of total useless phone on the table. There's no bedroom slippers provided as well, sadly. Estadia Hotel outlook is nice, inside is nice design but the cons is they are very rundown & old amenities frm it's look when we enter the rm. Nonetheless, it's still ok average for the total 3N stay if there's more improvements & some reno to be up done.

Great location if you’re going to Malacca by coach bc it’s right at the pickup/drop off point outside hatten hotel. Hotel came with bedroom slippers, amenities like shampoo/conditioner/body wash, disposable toothbrush, and bottled water which was appreciated. The room itself isn’t the cleanest because there was a lot of dust all around. There were also stains on the couch in the suite. Breakfast was just downstairs, simple but nothing fancy. Good part was the egg options. The coffee machine was broken for quite awhile on both days of our stay during breakfast. Met quite a few staff who were friendly and nice - cleaning lady on level 6, the concierge staff who helped us store our bags and guy who was fixing the coffee machines on both days. Overall an okay stay for a family trip to Malacca but would hope to have cleaner rooms!
